Yeah this confirms to me the starters have new evolutions no questions:

-Plushes of all three sinnoh starters in their first and final forms.

-Only plushes of the first stage of the legends starters.

On top of the fact the other plushes or for things like the Pokémon Go event.

So it’s safe to say there’s new evolutions for rowlett, cyndaquil and oshowatt imo.

DQ11 released during SwSh's development cycle. They can't just dump everything and start over.

Both Legends and BDSP are shaping up to be muuuuuch better than we all initially thought. Legends in particular looks uncannily like BOTW in some areas, graphics wise.

Also, there was some stuff for all the mobile games but I kinda just skipped all of that so idk

I feel dumb, earlier I thought about the trailer mentioning three Pokémon during the time and space part and how maybe Giratina could play a part, but it was talking about the Lake Trio; I saw the stone wall-thing with them depicted on it but didn’t get a good look earlier so I didn’t realize ._.

Hmmmmmmmmm.

Scarlet Nexus is £35 with all the special add-ons and soundtrack on PSN this week. I'm very tempted. Super tempted and considering that my impressions from Tales of Arise demo is a bit mixed might get this then.

Like Tales of Arise from the demo impressions.
The weight of the attacks and the battle system feels so perfect now, the look of the game is great but there is pop in and draw distance issues. A lot of the stuff is great from my own impressions but as I'm in the minority but while it's a step up from Berseria battle system wise, IMO a step down from Zestiria's.

Half the party has forgettable designs as well for Arise but the other half looks cool as ****.

Still getting it Day 1 of course.

I honestly just can't choose between this film and Nobody that I eventually concluded they're both a tie for my second favorite film this year. Nobody was such lightning in a bottle that it continues to remain on my top list.

So my top 3 for this year currently are.

1. Godzilla vs. Kong
2. Nobody/The Suicide Squad
3. The Mitchells vs. The Machines

I noticed it during the trailer. It's the bare minimum, but it still makes me so happy.

DQ11 was the first game ever announced for the Switch iirc.
But to answer the question:

Can I just say this? GameFreak, why did it take you this long to realize doing what DQ11 did better then you was the way to go about things.

Now, I can't confirm this as fact, but rumors had it that SwSh were meant to be 3DS games, but they had to jump ship to Switch when the 3DS was sinking. Thus, SwSh is... that.

And before anyone asks: I'm not putting Dread or the amiibo as I'm buying those at launch day (my mother is helping me out with that).

This one is because I already have the other two LEGO Marvel titles and I always wanted to try out this one. Apparently It comes with the DLC included so that's cool.

This one is because I really liked No More Heroes 1 and this new one seems to be packed with a lot of cool content. The visual artstyle is also cool.

This one I want because I really liked the story in Yakuza Like A Dragon and apparently this one has a lot of parkour and movement shenanigans which I quite enjoy.
Not sure if I have to play the game before to understand It doh, that would be a sort of problem as I can't find its physical version anywhere (for PS4 that is).

TPC has a very rigid marketing strategy, never delaying anything for any reason, so they were probably breathing down Gamefreak's neck to release the SwSh in time for that deadline. I wouldn't be surprised if it was developed in crunch time.

A handful of new Pokemon from Legends Arceus (which still has turn based battles scowls), stuff from weird spinoffs I don't think anyone cares about with nothing from the spinoffs people actually do care about (like New Snap), and more stuff from the remakes revealed to us like it's new despite the fact that it's a step for step remake of an old DS game most people have already played. Boring out the wazoo.

I'm pretty interested in Banana Mania and Tales of Arise myself, and I can personally vouch for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes and say that it's a really fun time.

Sure but Gamefreak also pretty much speeds everything out for us before release. They don’t hide Pokémon evolutions unless we haven’t seen them. That’s literally how starters work. We’ve seen scenes In trailers or demos where the starter is way over leved because we dont know it’s evolution. So it seems like a safe bet that’s the case here. Could be wrong but I’d be surprised if they didn’t go this route.

If you haven't played that series before, Monkey Ball and Tales might be risky choices. Lost Judgement seems like its own thing, so while having the first game will give you a good amount of context, you can go into it blind. I'd say either go with it or Marvel Super Heroes, the latter if you want something more lighthearted.

I have no idea on Cafe Mix though, that game has been dead for about a year. Even I forgot about it. Hopefully everyone comes back with the upcoming update.
