I feel like people are setting themselves up for disappointment. Well, more than usual.

There’s this sense of “Because there wasn’t one last year they have to go all out this year” which really ain’t how anything works. It’s similar to Nintendo’s direct this February.

Don’t get me wrong, I think we’re in for some good *. But not some godlike, life changing *. Y’know?

I’m still hyped either way

Like looking at E3 there's only a few things I kinda want right now.

1. The final two Smash reveals. As long as it is fun that matters to me.

2. A teaser of whatever Monolith Soft is working on. Xenoblade something please.

3. A bit more Microsoft-Nintendo collaboration.

4. Seeing if that Final Fantasy soulslike is true.

5. A few surprise Switch ports.

I'm just not as fussed over games as I used to be. Anime I'm more excited these days.

Time is scaring me.

I'm 24 and getting to experience E3 in the year of 2021. Needs to slow down before I have a Chronophobic Mental Breakdown.

The only thing besides Smash I'm interested in is BOTW2, and honestly it's only because it's been 2 full years(original trailer literally premiered at E3 2019 lol) since we got any kind of footage for it and I'm hoping they give us the goods.


When it comes to Smash, I'm mainly interested to see if it's a double reveal or a single one; I'll let the speculators argue over who it/they could be.

I mean yeah. But IMO it would be worth it. I mean, if the cutscenes were real time it could make it a lot easier. And it’s not like characters as stylized as Sonic characters would need different animations for the different genders

It’s not exactly something that’s in high demand. The existing female characters get little screen time as it is. You’d also need to hire more voice actors and actresses for the other gender forms.
