I think I am going to Cat3 with Cactuar and possibly Velocity.

Snack votes = dunkaroos if they still exist.

Oh man, the kangaroo cookies were the things eat back in the day. Whatever happened to this phenomenon is beyond me.

Apparently you can still order them from Amazon.com.

I'm not a 100% sure yet because I don't have my work schedule and there seems to be some transportation issues at the moment but I will work out the logistics when I get a chance.

All right, TSA.

The biweekly is a success. Now we have a new gameplan.

I'm going to have another member of TSA host the next biweekly. Eventually, I'd like to try and see if every member has a shot at hosting these events. This way, all of you can get some experience on how to run the events. Another reason is that I might not be at these events all the time - Just because I'm not there doesn't mean we still shouldn't run it. It's time some of you carried that weight.

If you're completely inexperienced, I'll come and teach you everything you need to know. Try and do everything by hand using paper brackets - it's not as hard as one might think. Calculating results isn't so difficult either.

If there's anyone who wants to volunteer, come and do so. Otherwise, I'm just picking and choosing who gets to do it next. Bwahaha.

Actually Andrew, can we continue to do it at my mom's? At least for awhile. If you want someone else to run the show next time that's ok. You and I pretty much did it this time.

I only ask because my mother was really happy to see so many young men in her house and being able to buy stuff for them. She sees herself as a mother, so she told me that cleaning up after young men and buying food for them made her happy. So can be continue to do it at her house for awhile? Like I said my mother is very lonely and enjoys the company.

Your mom kicks *** Marcel. I thought she wouldn't like cleaning up after all of us since there was stuff everywhere, lol, but she actually enjoyed it, which makes her super cool. She also helped me getting there without ending up in Australia, LOL. Kudos to EL's mom.

yea your mom is super nice, when that guy dropped that hanging plates thing she was like "ITS okay, dont worry about it its only five dollars and kept reassuring him" and then later in the day she came up to me and was like "Good Morning" and i was like huh? and then i realized that she mistook me for Ryoko. anyway she is really nice and thank her for me too.

Sorry. Let me rephrase.

I meant for someone to run the tournament. The venue will still be at mommy's place.

Speaking of which, I'll be going Skiing this weekend, but I should be back by Sunday. We'll have a meeting at CyberConXion on that day.

And no, you and I didn't pretty much run it this time. From what I remember, you got tired of doing the brackets. All you really did was gopher work. Hah!

But yes, everyone in TSA helped me run the bracket. Don't flatter yourself, Emblem Lord.

I'm thinking Mud and Muz should try running the biweekly. They usually help me the most when it comes to these things, and I know they're responsible. I think it's also natural, since they are also second in commands.

My other candidate is Copycat. He helped me along with KOTC, and I've helped him run his tournament at his school. Even with that small turnout, I know he's felt the pressure. I'd like to see how well he handles a somewhat larger crowd.

Those are my picks. Anyone else interested?

We'll decide by the next meeting who will be able to do it.

Even if I'm there, please handle everything. I know you can do an excellent job.

If you would like some help on seedings and creating brackets, please let me know.

It looks freakin' amazing.

I'll wait for the poster to get done, and then I'll get started on making a thread in tourmanent discussion. Other than that, once we have the official date setup, we can update the sig then.

Everyone should start donning this sig.

I'm taking out the dancing animals again.

Also, getting something for Emblem Lord's mom is good.

Oh? Should I take out the Asian Mustache Men then?

Here's the code for the signature. Please copy and paste it into your sigs into one line, instead of the two line code you see here:

Speaking of which, the SMASHTALITY III thread can now be found here.

Dear Mr. Sensei,

When will you make the Smashtality 2 team videos?

Sincerely,

Mr. Cort
Laziness and forgetfulness prevent me from accomplishing that and I apologize. I would definitely like to get those videos up because those were some kick *** matches. I have one question though, who were you and brook playing as in the loser's finals? I don't want to pull another Azen/M2K vs Neo error.

And MikeMan, I will keep you posted on the trip, but right now I think we are full. If anything changes, I will let you know

Hey WoZ, you should put the link for Smashtality III in the first post as an upcoming event.

And MikeMan, PM me your address and phone # (cell if you have one) and tell me when you are able to leave on Friday to go to Chu's. I think I should be able to pick you up for the road trip :)

Dear Mr Cort,

Please Chillax. Sensei is a lazy bum, so you will have to accept the fact that you will never get your vids. I'm sorry, but it's true.

Sincerely,
Mr. Emblem Lord

Lol, I was just telling him to IM me when they're done. I don't need chillaxing, buddy.

Thanks for trying to give me advice though, or something.

AHAHAHA! Beautiful!!

We need more TSA videos.

Meanwhile:

This video is such an inspiration. It makes me want to travel to all the other countries that I've always wanted to. I might even go and dance around just like that.

The shots in Namibia, Norway, and Antarctica were badass.

The best part?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFtTSisZtVY&NR

If you watch his interview, all he wanted to do was make and play video games when he was 19, which kinda reminds me of m2k, but got sick of staring at a screen for 12 hours by 25. He suddenly dropped everything and traveled the world. Freakin' amazing. I'll probably do the same in a few years - I think it's time I went and took on a real adventure.

EDIT:

All right, so for something somewhat significant.

I'm losing my laptop, so I won't be able to come online as often as I can. I'm actually posting from work right now, which is probably the most I can do. If any of you happen to find something important enough to tell me, please give me a call.

Thanks folks. I'll try to get online as much as I can.
