You can earn a spot in the KPR since you are a former Kansan, but you gotta compete at UNK3 or OH SNAPv6. Once a Kansan, always a Kansan. That's what I believe. lol

Given that Wichita has "retired" from smash, I've decided to take charge of the PR thread from Mr. Doom. I have plans for this that I will outline tentatively. I was thinking of having a combination of:

- An Elo system
- An In-State Panel
- An Out of State Panel

The purpose of this list is to promote competition in Kansas and encourage participation in tournaments. I hope to keep this updated from now on or until someone decides that they want to do the project in my stead.

If you have interests in serving on either panel or maintaining the Elo rankings, PM me or post about it in this thread. I intend to start keeping track of rankings and results starting at the beginning of 2012. Ideally I would like to get a Pre-Season ranking up in December to help generate hype for the coming year. We'll probably end up doing two 6 months seasons for the year.

I told people that they may or may not factor activity at their discretion since it's preseason. When the results factor starts coming in when the season begins in January, inactive/retired players will naturally filter out.
