Let me find the accuracy rule...Here we go.

According to the unwritten "Eye of the Tiger" rule, any attack with an accuracy of more than 50% will hit the first time.

I guess it's a written rule now, though not on the first page. By the way, the scoreboard only started counting from a few pages ago.

POINT SYSTEM:
2 points are awarded for an OU counter, 1 point is awarded for an Uber counter or an anti-Choice immunity, a BL counter gets 4 points, 5 points are given if a counter is UU or if the strategy for an OU or BL is complex, and 6 points are awarded for NU and complex UU.

2 points are subtracted for an Uber, OU, or BL counter that fails, while 1 point is lost for any failure of lower rank.

Any NFE is counted as being one tier under its present final form.
