oh yeeah, I knew I forgot something. Zro has announced his resignation due to the fact that he was placed temporarily in the sub-d. while I do not encourage members to leave for such reasons, I can understand why it may be a bit annoying to him. he will more than likely be joining the "Jman and Hax Fan Club." We wish you the best of luck..

lmao why would you quit if I 4 stocked him tec9? I did, everyone gets 4 stocked once in a while? He wasn't sandbagging he sd'd twice so he played bad. But NO JOHNS!! he once 4 stocked my fox with roy ahh!
and zro its not a big deal really. challenge someone for a spot if it means that much. sub d doesn't mean your not as good as the elite d. It just shows our starting line up for crew battles. and players temporarily go in the sub-d automatically that are new until they prove their selfs worthy. And you were just recruited last week.....lol.

i think we should because NOBODY wants to be considered in the sub div..... but i think vanz's idea for rankings is a good idea motivation is a very good thing for a crew

idk.. I think this will help motivate crew members to get better, and in the process, we gain knowledge of different match ups. my friends tend to do very well against peach ^_^

exactly. you would be placed in sub-d until it is decided that u should be a crew battle starter and we decided who needs to come out of starters. ya know, kinda like what pleazy did except we won't wait till the last minute to tell u ur not in the crew battle.
Now look.. it's been said over and over that Zro will NOT stay in Sub-D because he should be a starter. but he gave me some very disturbing information that I'm sure he's told you by now, so we'll see what happens.

what the hellllll does that post mean?? we're not taking anything too seriously. u guys are because this was a situation we were about to take care of. but branden told me that he was only going to stay in ihnc til ya got ya crew going, and than he was out. now I could see why he'd tell me that as a friend, but as a member of the crew, I'm like "wtf.." he's only using us so that he has a crew while ya get started?? that's what I didn't like. so why should we change anything when he'll be leaving us in a few days??
more importantly, put KF in our position. ok u guys are in, and they just threw u on the roster in any random order. but do u think when they have a serious crew battle, and they need to enter their top six, that u guys will be anywhere near consideration?? it pretty much goes without saying that you ARE the KF sub division.
now please don't question our methods because everyone seems to understand why they are where they are. the purpose of a crew is so that a group of people can all learn from each other and get better at a nice pace. that's another reason why I suggested the rankings. so that our top can change constantly to show the growth/progress of our members.

People know who's good who isn't. We all know Tec0 is the best and VaNz places the best consistently. Grill and VaNz are close and Starzonedge places high as well. Me and Tec9 are even and Silven places as good as Tec9 in tournaments.

No they are not. I watch my crew when they play and look at them closely. And the way I have my ranking system. It shows how much work one does and puts in. Thats how I ranked players. If you say that cause im ranked first, then best to pay more attention to it. cause for the last rankings I was 4th in the crew. I change it every 2 weeks. Its like lil contest in the crew you could say. this time I manage to rank first in the crew for how I did within the 2 weeks before ranks were made. And my rankings dont cause problems. Never had one, and everyone in the crew agrees with what they are placed. every 2 weeks I review what the crew did and on that you rank will stay the same, go higher or lower. If one gets like 4th, dont mean they will stay that way if they did good work for 2 weeks, they will rank up.and if the person gets first, its thier job to keep working hard if training and tournies to keep thier spot. My ranking system is fine. simple, and all in the crew agree with what they get. and cause of it, players try to beast everytime to score higher. And trying to do that, they are forced to work hard and try to improve to help themselfs and too get a high rank.
