hey, does this crash on anyone else for riivolution? i can only get it to work on gecko

Yeah, it crashes :/

Which means my setup won't have it saturday.

i wonder if its because some of the PNGs have really random file sizes? im gonna investigate tomorrow

If it's that, there's a resize file attribute in riivo xmls you can set to true. might fix it.

Still won't have it, since I won't have computer access to any degree that matters before the tourney.

patches are you running riivo? wtf am i doing wrong rofl i can only get it to load on gecko ?_?

also dirt some of the files are the wrong format too which doesnt matter in gecko for whatever reason... i dunno if riivo is strict on that sort of thing? (like portrait names are CMPR instead of I4 and stuff)

Format issues are unlikely, they're all just textures.

but they do change filesize... is riivo the one that doesnt care about filesizes or will a huge menu crash things

also eh dont think i can get riivo to work with the css before tomorrow... tried a blank sc_selcharacter_en.pac with the only thing replaced being mario's name, same file format and canvas size, didnt even load and the wii crashd when i exited char selection

maybe ill figure it out for next tourney till then im running gecko

riivolution, its how some ppl load hacks and stuff (works form ore games than brawl) as opposed to gecko and the file patch code

ok so i've spent 972985 hours in photoshop making alternate skins of each character so we can have more of our scene in the css btw I have saved all the unmerged PSD files as well as PSD files containing just the heads of each of us, so if anyone wants them let me know.
