Wii U Results:
1st place goes to :4link: & :4samus: with 56% in the World, 56% in the Americas, 56% in Europe & Oceania, and 54% in Japan. Points given to this team (also including Green/Fusion Suit Spamus) were 24 on the Wii U & 40 on the 3DS.
2nd place goes to :4megaman: & :4bowserjr: with 24% in the World, 24% in the Americas, 23% in Europe & Oceania, and 24% in Japan.
3rd place goes to :4sheik: &
with 20% in the World, 20% in the Americas, 21% in Europe & Oceania, and 22% in Japan.

Prize for 1st on the Wii U (and 3DS, as soon as my 3DS can let me get inside without Communication Errors forcing me out) is a Bob-omb Booster. EDIT: With +78 Speed & -31 Attack.

While I'm impressed that I accurately predicted all 3 places, personally, it's rather unfortunate that the ONE time that BOTH :4bowserjr: AND :4duckhunt: are in the same Conquest, I ended up repping NEITHER of them, and instead sold out to "BLUE KNIGHT" and "Green/Fusion Suit Spamussssss~" (who I actually repped more often than Link, and I'll admit, I DID spam Missiles WHILE shorthopping towards folks until someone or I got close enough to be within melee range). Were it not for those two, I would've had a seriously tough decision to make, with their partners (or lack thereof) being the major factor that would've influenced which of the two I'd side with.
*Strangely thinks of bumping up the Hoshino Version of Aqua's Song for DH and the Nohr Version of Aqua's Song for Jr & the Koopalings.....*

Without any partners, I would've went with :4ludwig:-- *Cue the Nohr Version of Aqua's Song (aka Hitori Omou) and me militantly tapping my feet to the beat* As I've once explained on the previous page's provided links, as well as his 2 shocking wins last year.
With that Conquest's team-ups, I still would've went with :4larry:, due to :4megaman: having had stronger performances during his appearances thus far than :4sheik:.

Currently, as of the posting of this, well, post, in Pacific Time, AGDQ 2016 just started up dsx & BeefWellington's race of Star Fox 64 with the Any% category with an estimate of 00:30:00 (aka, 30 minutes).
Check that run out (& more later) here: http://www.twitch.tv/gamesdonequick
Re-streams in different languages are also available at Twitch, so look around that site if need be.
Schedule for upcoming runs here: https://gamesdonequick.com/schedule
Their YouTube channel has archives for many of the runs posted already, so if you missed a certain run (such as The Simpsons Arcade Game for me), you can go here: https://www.youtube.com/user/gamesdonequick/videos

We now return you to the Weekly Scheduled Program.
When's :4cloud:? Week Count: 4

Team I'm Supporting: :4ryu: (earned 7 points with him on the Wii U version so far. 3DS version is 0 so far, due to constant Communication Errors. EDIT: It's now 5 points) & :4megaman:

Falcon, Mac, AND Ryu, all on separate teams!? Were it just them alone, I really wouldn't know who to expect to take 1st, especially since the DLC Hype Train has LONG since parked for Ryu. They've all got 1 partner here, so looking at them will likely be the deciding factor for who might take 1st this week. :4pit: & post-patch :4luigi: (were it pre-patch, where that one guy's song about how he was "in love with his down throw" actually applied....) don't strike me as folks who'd pull much weight here, and :4megaman: is fresh off of a close win with Bowjow against DH & Sheik, so it is both the Blue Bomber and Ryu's status as a DLC Cast Member (more valued on the Wii U, come of think of it, if the results thus far have taught me anything) that I'll be banking on this week.

Place Predictions: To be frank, as of right here right now, I'm really not sure who's going to be where. I can at least say that Ryu's odds of pulling his weight are higher on the Wii U version than on the 3DS version. I'm suspecting that the version gaps will be significant enough that I could expect a 3rd place finish for him & MM on the 3DS version, and either 2nd or 1st on the Wii U version, perhaps because more folks bought the DLC Cast Members for the Wii U than for the 3DS.

Wii U Results:

1st place goes to :4pit: & :4falcon: with 41% in the World, Americas, & Japan, and 56% in Europe & Oceania.
2nd place goes to :4littlemac: & :4luigi: with 35% in the World, Americas, Europe & Oceania, and Japan.
3rd place goes to :4ryu: & :4megaman: with 24% in the World, Americas, & Japan, and 22% in Europe & Oceania. Points given to this team (Really just Orange Gi Ryu) were 37 on the 3DS, and File #34 on the Wii U. Oh, Droopy-Tan, aka Miyo Takano~ ¦)

Prize for 3rd on Wii U & 3DS is 1000g

While I indeed called the 3rd place finish for Capcom Cuts in the 3DS version, for the Wii U version to also have a 3rd place finish for them as well DID surprise me. So Ryu has his limits in popularity, it seems: Paling in comparison to Falcon & Mac. ._.
He may be solo-viable in actual tournaments, but he's not popular enough to overtake them. :ohwell:

Speaking of actual tournaments, Genesis 3 is this weekend, starting Friday. http://www.genesisgaming.gg/streamschedule/

*Cue the Opening theme from SF3: 2nd Impact*

Nostalgia burst in-bound from a series that wasn't super-noticed on the world circuits until EVO 2004~ :)

The 01/14/2016 - 01/21/2016 Week's Conquest:
Smashing Since Before It Was Cool (aka the Entire 64 Crew)

Team Mario: :mario64: :luigi64: :yoshi64: :link64: :fox64: :ness64:

Team DK: :dk64: :samus64: :kirby64: :pikachu64: :jigglypuff64: :falcon64:

Oh hey, I think they're equally split from where they are on the Character Select Screen in Smash 64 too~ :o

*Cue the Player Select Theme from SF3: 2nd Impact*

Points Given So Far: 12 points on Wii U ("YoinkingDemKOs~" was sent to the U.S. FG FFA Wii U servers), 2 points on 3DS, both for Orange :kirby64:

When's :4cloud:? Week Count: 5

This is looking to take as long as it did for :4Mewtwo: to start showing up. At this rate, the BayoCorrin Patch will have dropped and potentially eclipse him in terms of popularity/wins, because of the Week 1/2 DLC Hype Train factor that both Bayonetta & Corrin will have over him.

*Actually had a whole RP scene starring Teyin the male Orange :kirby64: in production, but holds off on posting it here....*

Folks to expect most often this week:

Team Mario: :mario64:, :link64:, :ness64:
Team DK: :samus64:, :kirby64:, :falcon64:

Who I'm Hoping Will Win: Team DK
Who I'm Expecting To Win: Team DK

*Scrolls up at the 3DS Results, since his own 3DS has yet to Log On successfully so far*

*Cue "Mission Completed" by Jun Ishikawa from the Kirby's Dream Land 3 OST*

<Teyin the orange male :kirby: with the blue suede shoes> Oh, TarToon~! ¦D What wonderful news you've brought for Splooshi~ ¦)

<RL Me> "I've come bearing good news for him as well, Teyin--" *Sees that TarToon racked up 96 points--* "Ni-ni-Ninety six!? That's impossible!" </Nostalgia Critic> "Wonderfully done, my good sir, that might actually be a new personal record, and you've certainly beaten my highest record as well."

<Teyin> "Seeing my buffed up hero's team win that week on the 3DS front...." *Becomes misty-eyed, despite comfortably maintaining his warm smile* "It was beautiful." ¦>

<RL Me> "It was also incredibly funny, especially that one match I sent to the 3DS servers in the U.S. FG FFA area where I threw out SOOO many Warlock Punches that actually worked, it was ridiculously awesome." 83

<Teyin> *LOLs!* "I KNOW, RIGHT!? My kind's even BETTER at throwing out those B-Reversed Reverse Warlock Punches in the AIR than the King of Darkness himself is!"

<RL Me> "So many jumps to mix up the timings on when to start it up, and with the RWP now having Super Armor...."

<Teyin> *Thinks back to certain moments during that 2 minute match, like.... seemingly everything that happened after the 01:17 mark has passed, and ROFLs so hard, that not only does he become too caught up in the lulz to coherently say anything, but he actually starts shedding tears!*

<Sirt the orange male Coo-styled Owl> *Is currently off-stage, and becomes alarmed from overhearing Teyin's cries* (What's going on out there that's pushed Teyin beyond the shimmering eyes!? If what I overheard from Splooshi earlier is what's doing that to him right now, I've gotta get over there NOW before someone like that Bronto Burt Bamino bullies him again!) *Starts flying towards the main area as fast as he can*

<RL Me> "That indeed was such a hoot, that it seriously was the highlight of that week for me." *Takes a deep breath, and then sighs heavily* "Alas, what's good news for TarToon is bad news for us."

<Teyin> *Feels his face intensely vibrating!* "You can't be serious, Splooshi!"

Wii U Results:

Team Mario got 1st place with 51% in the World & Europe & Oceania, 52% in the Americas, and 49% in Japan.
Team DK got 2nd place with 49% in the World & Europe & Oceania, 48% in the Americas, and 51% in Japan. Points given to this team via Orange :4kirby: and Straw Hat :4jigglypuff: were 25 points on the Wii U and 38 points on the 3DS.

Prize for 2nd on Wii U was 1000g
Prize for 1st on 3DS is an Imperfect Shield Agility Badge with +65 Speed and -3 Attack. THIS is a FANTASTIC option for weakening the Clone form of Master Core on 9.0 Classic, who is often prone to Perfect Shielding just about everything that it can. Also, I think that's the lowest negative value I've ever seen for a positive value that high.... ;o

<RL Me> "This... might've been one of the most fiercely contested weeks in a LONG while! =O "GreatGame!" tag brandishes for everyone involved." =D

*Cue "Mission Failed" by Jun Ishikawa from the Kirby's Dream Land 3 OST*

<RL Me> "FINALLY, I get to use this one! >=D Let there be MOE!" >=3

<Teyin> *Sobs as he sheds more tears!* "WHY SPLOOSHI!? HOW COULD MY HERO'S TEAM LOSE THERE!?"

<RL Me> "Your guess is as good as mine, Teyin. It really could've gone to anyone's side there too, it was that close. You're taking this WAAAY harder than I am, by a LONG shot." X3

<Teyin> "So WHAT if I am!? YOU were representing MY kind out there on the world wide web!"

*Cue "Esoragoto" from the Air - Original Soundtrack Disc 1 (the Visual Novel version by Key/Visual Arts)*

*Throws
at Teyin*

<Teyin> *Had his vision blurred too much by his tears to even see the salt coming, and thus gets a face full of that, causing him to genuinely wail aloud from both pain and sorrow as his face is covered in both salt AND tears!*

(May the internet's trolling denizens FEAST on the ideas you're feeding them for jokes surrounding the idea of getting SALTY!)

<Sirt> *FINALLY arrives onto the scene, spotting the orange Batamon covered in salt!* "TEYIN!"

(Oh SNAP, it's the literal night owl! My kind may be known for hunting ducks, penguins, and eagles, but there's NO way I'm gonna survive messing with HIM right now! Not while I'm unarmed!)

(I'M OUTTA HERE!) *Is now out of the area*

<Sirt> *IMMEDIATELY lands in front of the Batamon!* "You're smothered in salt!" *Starts helping Teyin wipe away the salt, though strangely, he, along with Teyin, completely avoid touching Teyin's eyes, including the areas immediately around them* "WHO DID THIS TO YOU!?"

<Teyin> "I DON'T KNOW!! I was already emotionally overwhelmed when somebody threw salt at me, so I couldn't see who!" *Hugs Sirt and wipes his face on his body as he continues sobbing*

<Sirt> *Hugs Teyin back, and covers him with his wings* "Even with all your training sessions in rooms filled with freshly chopped onions thus far, you're still so vulnerable to such blindsides."

<Teyin> *Forlornly looks up into Sirt's misty eyes* "I need Hiegin now! All this salt can't be good for my shimmering eyes! I still need them to fight the Social Liquid Boundary!"

<Sirt> *Somberly looks down into Teyin's actively teary eyes* "That you do. You're one of the most vocal opponents of the SLB, we can't lose you while they're still around!"

<Teyin & Sirt> *Stops hugging each other*

<Sirt> *Latches atop of Teyin with his talons* "We must go, Splooshi! As much as I want to question you right now, Teyin's eyes are in need of urgent care right now, so you'll have to fill me in who the culprit was later. Now then, to Hiegin the Audino's office!"

<Teyin> *Waves his flippers above his head* "See you later Splooshi!"

<Sirt> *Tightly grips onto Teyin's head as he flies away from the area with him*

<RL Me> *Facing the audience, aka the readers* "And so, a glimpse of their true selves have been shown to the public at last. They are among the main characters in the ambitiously-and-perpetually-under-development fanfic series, Shimmering Eyes, and I'll admit, I find them both uniquely interesting and incredibly moe. Before I return us to our Regularly Scheduled Program, I have a full-fledged episode preview sequence I'd like to share with all of us here. I should warn you that I wouldn't expect this upcoming premise to actually get finished any time soon, if at all, so consider this a one-shot teaser."
*NOTE: At NO point do we actually SEE the narrator here, so I won't be describing the appearance of that person at all. We only HEAR the narrator, who has an incredibly serious monotone voice to accompany all that will be said here in this segment*

*Cue a plain black background with the words "Next Episode Preview" on the center of the view, alongside "why, or why not" by Ooshima Hiroyuki feat. Katakiri Rekka playing in the background, starting from the 05:08 mark (Said music in question here: (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ajcLDdMLoM) *

<Yamaji the Fumu/Tiff-esque not-Cappy> "What enamored you, was an answer to the earliest what-could've-been."

*Said background is now filling up with water droplets coming down from the top of the screen, gradually uncovering numerous words & phrases that might be considered randomly assorted, but are actually incredibly relevant to the upcoming episode, such as:*

On-Screen Text:
"After 11 whole years...."
"You saved me!"

<Yamaji> "What enticed you, was the potential for welcoming additions."

On-Screen Text:
"At last, a place to call home."
"WHY CAN'T HE LIVE HERE WITH US!?"

<Yamaji> "Who those two really are, may not be what anyone expected at first rescue."

On-Screen Text:
"WHY WON'T YOU LET ME HUG YOU!?"
and "You're like this at THAT AGE!?"

*Said On-Screen random words & phrases finally disappear from the screen*

<Yamaji> "Shimmering Eyes, The Familial Repair Chapter, Part 1: Abandon."

*Cue a solid white background with a hazy/fuzzy/grainy effect on a shaky frontal view of Teyin the orange male :4kirby: (with blue suede shoes) in the middle of the frame, looking upwards with his flippers remaining on his sides while standing upright and bawling his eyes out with his wide open frown, while Aldis the dark blue male :4kirby: (with dark green shoes and a teal bowler hat) on the right side of the frame is venemously glaring at Teyin with a closed frown, narrowed dry eyes, and flippers held together in front of himself, and Snoy the white female :4kirby: (with dark red shoes and a glaucous lampshade hat) on the left side of the frame is deviously gazing at Teyin's eyes with slightly narrowed dry eyes, bright red cheeks (considerably blocked by her flippers), and an open smirk*

<Yamaji> "Would these Shimmering Eyes say otherwise?"
We now return you to the Regularly Scheduled Program.

*Cue "Tentoumushi" from the Air - Original Soundtrack Disc 1 (the Visual Novel version by Key/Visual Arts)*

"Cheater? I don't know what you're talking about amigo." - Masked Muscle, after losing to him once in the Major Circuit, Super Punch Out!!

While karate antics from Dragon Chan were already cheating enough in a BOXING match, at least Masked Muscle ACKNOWLEDGES his opponent's claim of cheating during the last fight, unlike Dragon.

When's :4cloud:? Week Count: 6

Speaking of him, here's to a gigantic post on the Cloud VS Duck Hunt MU from me, formatted like the Self-RP above:
http://smashboards.com/threads/sic-...-floac-and-clodd.379294/page-11#post-20761564
If anyone's got any intel to share on this MU, feel free to drop on by.

Points So Far:

Wii U: Boney Shirt :4lucas: with 8 points (A Buzzer Beater Ending that denied me a shot at entering Sudden Death!)
3DS: Green Mage :4robinm: with 6 points (A :4bowser: be yoinking all the KOs from everyone in the room, as per the occasional usual~)

(Banking on the Wii U having the DLC Cast Member support again, Splooshi? Don't you remember the blow-up that happened to Ryu & Mega Man two weeks ago?)

<RL Me> "I sure am, Heartless Hunt. This week is different, since there's no one like Mac or Falcon to get in their way. If anyone's expected to get first this week, it's Miss Robin-chwan. I just wish that would be a week where I'd actually WANT to rep the Trainer. Seriously, every time she has shown up throughout 2015, I've ALWAYS picked someone else, and this week is no different. Is she going to need to square off against someone like Game & Watch or Doc or Pac-Man to have a shot at winning one of these?"

Order Predictions:

Wii U:

1st: Lucas
2nd: Robin
3rd: Wii Fit Trainer

3DS:

1st: Robin
2nd: Lucas
3rd: Wii Fit Trainer

*Cue " 'Defilers of Fate' Palmecia Totsuyuu Version" by Hamauzu Masashi from the Final Fantasy XIII Original Soundtrack PLUS*
Wii U Results:

":4lucas:, darling~" ;o </Nostalgia Critic> got 1st place with 43% in the World, 47% in the Americas, 39% in Europe & Oceania, and 30% in Japan. Points given via Boney Shirt was 30 on the Wii U.
:4robinf:-chwaaaaan~! 8D got 2nd place with 40% in the World, 37% in the Americas, 44% in Europe & Oceania, and 52% in Japan. Points given via Green Mage Robin was 27 on the 3DS.
Kuradoberi Jam-- er, :4wiifit: got 3rd place (as usual... ._.) with 17% in the World, 16% in the Americas, 17% in Europe & Oceania, and 18% in Japan.

At least the Duck Hunt boards (STRICTLY for gameplay-related reasons, I'd nickname DH "Bridget", who I mained alongside Anji Mito and Baiken. X3) are looking poised to talk about the WFT MU pretty soon. I MIGHT pop in to at least fill in the Customs part of the MU, which is definitely going to be one of the more noteworthy MUs, considering how much mightier Jam-- er, WFT (to be frank, I'll probably call her Jam a lot during the making of that post. XD) becomes with the 332x set.

Prize for 1st on Wii U was Crouch Healer Clothes.
Prize for 1st on 3DS was.... Something. Whatever it is, as soon as my 3DS copy can let me in.

Wow, I completely called it for both versions! I think I'm starting to get better at calling these, now that I've technically been at these Weekly Conquests for at least a whole year now. Not necessarily being the Wii U Results guy that occasionally goes on tangents unrelated to the Thread Topic at hand, whether to announce certain RL events, call attention to any Patch Updates, or even share some of my fanfiction write-ups, just yet, but a participant, nonetheless.

The Wii U side was a complete surprise to me in terms of how Lucas won. You'd THINK that the duo of Europe/Oceania & Japan for Robin-chwan would've been high enough to take it, but apparently it was the duo of Americas & The World from Magical Drop 3 that led LUCAS to the top, despite the reported numbers suggesting that it was Robin-chwan that won it on the Wii U.... Wat? O_O

Anyways, planning on going on Cloud 9 for 3DS as well.... as soon as I can get online on there.
Going on Cloud 9 for Wii U, got 4 points so far (No Links yet. However, dat ONE :4morton: WON in a fully filled FG FFA room!? 8O).

My reaction? Joke Answer: <Dr. Robotnik> "YOU!" >:O "I'll make you PAY for this!" D:<

Serious Answer: "Wait what, he actually won that? ;o I didn't even notice." XD "Then again, I didn't gimp him with NAir or DAir while he was Up B-ing, soooo...." :ohwell:

My reaction while regrouping for the Runback? <Komato Soldier from Iji> "C'MEREEEE!" >:D
<RL Me> *Prepping the "GreatGame!" tag and then "CostcoDawg" tag w/ :4duckhunt: to match*

<:4morton: Player> *IMMEDIATELY leaves after Round 1 before I could even switch to "GreatGame!"*

My reaction? Joke Answer: <Tommy Wiseau> "You're just a chicken, cheep x??"

Serious Answer: "Awww, I was gonna run it back with :4duckhunt: and the CostcoDawg tag." *Sigh* "Ni-yer well~"
That player probably has the same attitude as I do regarding these Conquest battles nowadays: One & Done. A likely exception being if :4bowserjr: AND OR :4duckhunt: show up at any point. I just wish he stuck around long enough for me to brandish the "GreatGame!" tag. :<

<SNES Radical Rex Announcer> "LEGENDARY!" 8D

When's :4cloud:? After 7 WEEKS of my liife~ </Tommy Wiseau> ("I C WAT U DID DERE, NINTY~" XI ), it's FINALLY his time to shine at last! And he is up against one of the most FAMOUS dream opponents that the Internet and the world at large has clamoured for, heavily debated, and otherwise fantasized about for almost 19 years.

I know not if I'm really fit to play up the grand historic scale of this fated duel, but I CAN at least direct you readers to their Character Boards that have been talking about this MU.

I HAVE seen some talk of Cloud VS Link over at the Cloud board's Social Thread, though I'm not sure how far back that was. Considering how lively it's been, you'll probably have to go back tens of pages or so to find that intel.

As for Link's side of the MU, there's this:
http://smashboards.com/threads/mu-the-final-fantasy-duel.428339/#post-20732606

As for my RP-dressed intel on Cloud, scroll above to my last post, despite it being tailor-made with DH in mind.

(Splooshi came back afterwards. What we found was more negativity for my kind, with someone going so far as to claim -2 in favor of Cloud. Splooshi was probably the most optimistic out of all the participants that week.)

<Glimmer Ardor the Shell-Less Boomerang Bro that's cosplaying as Hope Estheim in his 13-1 outfit> "Well, I can at least trust that the Hero of Time will be more capable of winning against the SOLDIER than Hunt will in a For Glory Anywhere environment, IF the general consensus over at Heartless Hunt's boards are of any indication. In a Customs On and multiple legal stages environment, Hunt can retaliate at full capacity."

However, it's been 7 weeks since Cloud's debut. If FE Roy is any indication, that COULD be one of his biggest obstacles in the 3DS version, given the historical precedence of the DLC Cast Members generally performing better on the Wii U than on the 3DS. Then again, this is his 1st time in a Weekly Conquest, and if the previous DLC Cast Member debuts are any indication, Cloud's odds of winning this week on both fronts are looking VERY high with that fact in mind. He's also been seeing MUCH representation in actual tournaments, and even producing genuine results. ALL THAT is what I'm banking on this week.

01/29/2016 EDIT:
Prize for 1st on 3DS was a Crouch Healer Coat with +58 Defense and -30 Speed.
With 13 points earned in 1 FG FFA battle already, I am most certainly on Cloud 9 right now, since I just submitted my replay of that battle in the U.S. region under the name "WalledAggroStyle". ;3
Wait, 13 points already!? Wow, what a coincidental bang to start off my 3DS side of this week! How many days left until the BayoCorrin Patch drops? If its within 13 days now....

*Cue "The Final 13 Days" by Hamauzu Masashi from the LIGHTNING RETURNS: FINAL FANTASY XIII ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK - CD1 (aka 13-3)*

Edit 2: Regarding the persistent Connection Issues I was having for a couple weeks now... I've gotten word from my 2nd youngest brother (I'm the youngest of 4 bros) that simply turning off "Data from Friends" in the Internet Options can help with being able to connect online on the 3DS, which DOES seem to work well for me. Maybe now I can start achieving the higher scores I used to be earning before the connection problems started happening....

7 points on 3DS & 10 points on Wii U

BOTH for the Blue Team, serving the King that once RULED OVER the Future King last year!

Ohhh, do I have things I want to say here, but I'll be back at some point for... typing up a fresh cutscene later, perhaps~? :p Not sure when this week, but I'm thinking about it.

EDIT: Cutscene GO Tiem at last! Thought I'd forget? I thought so too. Yet despite the Weekend Flu, here I am~

*Cue "EV03-1 Drive with Enzo" by Erina Niwa from the BAYONETTA Original Soundtrack DISC 1, which I didn't take much notice of during my playthrough of B1, but upon checking out the soundtrack on my compy, outside of its original context....*

<Kehtas the male orange :4kirby: with blue suede shoes> "Oh hey, my hero's back at it again this week, and this time, he's gained a little bit of weight!" :D

<RL Me> *Takes a deep, laboured breath of a groan* "Right when I was about to rock my first main's more damaging FAir & BAir, and faster recoveries on his Smashes, especially his FSmash, I just HAD to analyze who he was up against and who he had on his side...." >:\

<Kehtas> O.O *Looks up at Splooshi* "Splooshi, you're on my hero's team, and he's allied with your Mugen main--"

<RL Me> "ALMOST my Mugen main. He's missing the Arm Cannon, instant airdashing wings that cause hard knockdowns, Ryu-styled Normals into Specials combos--"

<Kehtas> "ANDYWAYS, there's also my planet's king who I've never met in person--"

<RL Me> "For reasons that I believe to be solid, that also apply to Sirt, Teyin, Wriss, and anyone else that you'll personally know about, such as 'logic errors', 'distorting space-time continuities', and 'has no motive for getting involved in your personal affairs'.

<Kehtas> ".... And your first main's dad who got a buff AND a nerf. >:I Done cutting me off, Splooshi? >:\ If so, let me ask you this: How can the Blue Team possibly lose this week?" ¦)

<RL Me> "That's the thing, Kehtas. My first main's on the other team this week, and I'm gonna have to betray him again if I want that first place prize, since all the heavy hitters, sans my avy, are against him. Sure he's got Chillager, but neither the slightly lighter Sanic nor--"
<RL Me> *Waves at the above Spoiler linked vid* "Thank you 5 year old Tatsunoko anime, featuring flashy macroeconomics featuring Pokemon-styled battles, for lightening the mood here with hype memories~ :D Come to think of it, how did I NOT use the above OR that anime's OST during the week that I covered the Pac-Man MU at the DH Boards?" *Headtilts* "At least you all now know where the phrases "OPEN DEAL!" and "MICRO!" came from on my 3DS Profile~"

(Because you were going on about how it's like the Old Sagat VS New Chun-Li MU from ST?)

<RL Me> "Oh yeaaaah, that WAS going through my head at that time. Of ALL the folks that would remind me of those two, whudda thought that it'd be Trio the Shoot and Ghost Muncher?"

(Trio the Shoot? That's a new one.)

*Cue "Bondage head" from the C - The Money of Soul and Possibility Control Original Soundtrack*

<RL Me> "Welp, mind as well take a moment to switch to the one fight song that I would've bumped up for that MU, had I thought of doing so, back then. :> Especially since Pac-Man here IS capable of setting up QUITE the Defense that would trouble my Jr, yet probably not so much my Ryu." X>

FINALLY, I get to use this one! 8D
One of the most romantically chill songs of the SNES era I know for one of the most romantic days coming up.... Or at least that's what this world CLAIMS the 14th of February to be.

Wii U Results:

Team Kehtas-- er, Team :4kirby: got 1st with 65% in the World, 64% in the Americas, 66% in Europe & Oceania, and 65% in Japan.
Scores achieved with the entire team (largely with the Orange Batamon & the GreenDeeKING) were File #34 on Wii U and 68 (2 File #34s~) on 3DS.

Team :4bowserjr: got 2nd with 35% in the World, 36% in the Americas, 34% in Europe & Oceania, and 35% in Japan.
<Spoony> BETRAAAAYAL!! D8< BETRAYAL! D:<

Prize for 1st on both Wii U and 3DS was a Crash Lander Hat with +87 Defense and -2 Speed. While that IS one of the best stat combinations I've ever seen, the fact that it INcreases landing lag on all aerials makes it tough for me to recommend putting it on.

For some of us who have been blessed with a significant other, the 14th of Feb could very well be as romantic a day as it's globally claimed to be. Sadly, others, such as myself and a couple of my own fancharacters, would rather dub that, "Singles Awareness Day". Some of us, again including myself and a couple of my fancharacters, may have baes and waifus/husbandos (Or are they the same thing? For the record, I don't have ANY husbandos, but I do have at least one waifu), but like the Courtly Lovers of the early-mid 1000s, we are pained by how impossibly unattainable they are, due to the basic facts that 1. They're not real, and 2. They canNOT become real at all. However, if ever I were to be pressed on whether or not I would prefer 2D ladies over 3D real life ladies like certain folks in animes (ex. Takumi from Chaos;Head, Katsuragi Keima from The World God Only Knows, etc.), I will GLADLY pick the 3D real life ladies over the 2D ladies any day of the week, withOUT any questions or hesitation!

We now return you to your Regularly Scheduled Programming.

*Cue "SONORA ~Rekishi~" by Ootake Kaoruko from the Bartender anime OST, which, IMO, is one of the most genuinely romantic songs I've ever had the pleasure of hearing in ANY anime series*
It may not SEEM like it, but once you reach the 00:28 second mark... WHOOOO BOY, does it wonderfully pick up, and up to the very end, it consistently maintains its romanticism! I SERIOUSLY wanted something like this to play during my high school prom with my long-time female best friend, but it never did. I also wanted a genuinely classy candlelit dinner with her with a song like "Martine ~Seiren Sareta Mono~" playing in the background, but that never really happened either. ._. I guess my fantasies of high-class romance are probably just too subtly old-school for this blunt new-age world.... *INB4 the "Rare footage of Splooshi actually hinting at his REAL age" joke*

When's :4corrin::4bayonetta:? Week Count: 2

Points So Far: 2 on Wii U, 1 on 3DS, both for :4mewtwo:(who I repped with orange) & Detective :4pikachu:.

Who to Expect More Often:

:4charizard:, :4lucario:, and :4mewtwo:.

Order Predictions:

Wii U:
1st: Detective MewChu
2nd: ChariPuff
3rd: Grecario

3DS:
1st: Detective PikaTwo
2nd: JigglyZard
3rd: Luninja

*Cue "Kakusei Heroism ~THE HERO WITHOUT A "NAME"~" by Antic Cafe from the Darker Than Black OP2 Single, which I have been rocking out to for a LONG while (I'm talking for a couple hours in a row here~ 8O), over the course of a few days now, due to a VERY special fan script involving that song and my ambitiously-in-perpetual-development fic series, Shimmering Eyes, that I'm VERY pleased to showcase here tonight~* 8D
*Cue "Kakusei Heroism ~THE HERO WITHOUT A "NAME"~" by Antic Cafe from the Darker Than Black OP2 Single*

In the interest of sparking some sort of activity here, I would like to share a fan anime opening music video script for my ambitiously-in-perpetual-development (fan)fic series, Shimmering Eyes, that I recently wrote up earlier this week, using the above bumped up song as the audio basis for the fan opening. I personally LOVE writing up these sort of sequences, but this is the first one that I've actually managed to completely finish.

Before I begin, I would like to warn you that, as the very name of the (fan)fic series might imply, there will definitely be a solid focus on a certain E-Sports friendly liquid, which a considerable amount of the cast of Shimmering Eyes will invoke for the effects of sympathetically defensive moe and even hot-blooded offensive strength.

<Kehtas the male orange :kirby: with blue suede shoes and a spring green Fighter-styled headband> What Splooshi's trying to say here, in other words, is that me and my buddies are going to be crying an awful lot during this OP, so if the teary-eyed text imageries of me, my look-alike girlfriend, my Animal Buddies, and a Waddle Dee brandishing the Shimmering and even Raining Eyes for various reasons are going to bother you, there is still time to back out of the rest of this post.

<RL Me> You just namedropped the Shimmering and Raining Eyes without explaining what those mean. Care to elaborate for the audience who don't have access to my Jarte rich text files?

<Kehtas> Sure~ ¦D Just make sure to provide the example images when I ask for them, OK?

<RL Me> Already got 'eem~

<Kehtas> Wonderful. ¦) Now then, this is an example of the Shimmering Eyes:

<Kehtas> And this is an example of the Raining Eyes:

<Kehtas> These photos should be enough to answer your question, Splooshi.

<RL Me> I would like to think so, myself. Thanks. :D

<Kehtas> You're welcome. =)

<RL Me> Now then, for those of you who are still here after the warning and photos as terminology exposition, allow me to finally share that fan anime opening script here:
*Cue the TV Size version of "Kakusei Heroism ~THE HERO WITHOUT A "NAME"~" by Antic Cafe from the Darker Than Black OP2 Single*
Which is located in the Spoiler below:
*NOTE: Syndicate's English fansubs were used for the translation to this, the lyrics from which will be provided after almost every time stamp, including both that fansub's english translation & the original romaji included in that fansub.*

*NOTE 2: While I've taken as much care as I could to keep certain aspects accurate to how they actually work in the series, I've still taken some liberties at certain points, since there ARE anime openings that depict events that never actually HAPPEN IN the show, such as the Last Exile OP. X3*

OP Start:

00:00

*Cue footage of a dazzling quick-traveling sequence through the caverns of Onion Ocean, fueled by actively running waters, that alternates between going above and under water at various points*

00:12

"Saikou gasu wo buchiyabure"~

"Slam the gas pedal to the floor."~

<Kehtas the male orange :4kirby: with blue suede shoes appearing as a Rainbow Curse styled submarine, with Kowi the cerise colored Chuchu-styled female Octopus (with twin pumpkin colored bows) and Yait the jungle green colored Kine-styled Sunfish appearing as they normally are> *All dramatically swim downwards as they graze past a whole seabed's worth of bubble-encased mines fired from Crabbos*

<A Horde of Green Blippers> *Attempt to chase the Trio through the bubbled minefield, only for a bunch of them to literally get blown up by the mines!*

00:16

"Minareta keshike wo kegashi--
te~"

"Pollute the view you see every day."~

<The Remaining Green Blipper Horde> *Continue to chase the Trio!*

<Kehtas, Kowi, & Yait> *Physically split up from each other upon reaching a forward dead end with three possible directions (left, right, and up), with each taking a path almost of their own (Kehtas goes left, while Yait & Kowi go right), yet they don't REALLY commit to traveling down either path just yet...*

<Kehtas> *Deliberately starts generating LOADS of bubbles with his rotors towards the junction!*

<Yait> *Encases Kowi in a large air bubble that travels upwards, then blows more large bubbles in front of her to support Kehtas's bubble collection*

<Kowi> *Grins while narrowing her eyes at the approaching Blitters and smugly waving her arms towards herself, beckoning their attention*

00:19

"Sekai ga gyaku ni kaiten suru~"

"The world's changing, so why shouldn't you?"~

<The Remaining Green Blipper Horde> *Swim headstrong into the bubbles, recalling too late that there was a solid wall beyond the bubbles, their rushing zeal being what makes them crash into that wall face-first*

<Kowi> *While still encased in the bubble, gapes far ahead of both the left and right paths, spotting giant holes at the ends of both paths, which turn out to be housing giant eels that are NOW LUNGING towards Kehtas & Yait, ALARMING her abruptly enough to widen her eyes in shock as she fearfully rallies for the duo's attention with her cries while frantically motioning her arms upwards!*

00:22

"Nichijou wo tobikoe~"

"Break free of your normal life."~

<Kehtas & Yait> *Upon hearing Kowi's harried cries, are shaken out of their bubble-blowing stupor, and immediately look up at their frantically waving companion and the upper opening, where they RACE towards with enough speed to escape the giant eels' gulps (causing them to inadvertently collide with each other while their mouths were open, spooking and sparing the Remaining Green Blipper Horde!), and upon Kehtas reaching the bubble that Kowi's encased in, he spins himself around to pop the bubble with his rotors, before swimming upwards into the opening with Yait & Kowi in tow!*

00:25

*Title card of the name of the series, "Shimmering Eyes", bubbly pops up from the bottommost side of the screen, along with the subtitle, "The Bubble Bursting Chapter", and said text stays at the bottommost side, keeping the delightfully swimming Trio well within focus at more than just the top half of the screen*

00:37

"Oshioseteku fuan ga mada kutsuu wo umidashi--
te~"

"Feel the constant, painful sense of apprehension."~

Wriss (the fully carrot orange colored Rick-styled Hamster with dodger blue suede shoes), Teyin (the fully dark orange colored Nago-styled Cat), and Sirt (the azure colored Coo-styled Owl) are all overlooking the splendor of the ocean under the yellow Mr. Bright-lit night, when the Trio from earlier (Kehtas (who is no longer in the submarine form, and is instead in the normal Batamon body), Yait, and Kowi) all wash up ashore, presumably unconscious, before their very eyes!

Tobe (the robin egg blue Pitch-styled Bird) runs towards the scene from the left side of the beach, right on time to witness JUST the sight of the Animal Trio crowding over the sunfish, octopus, and Batamon, prompting him to anxiously call out to the Trio, which greatly shocks them all to the point of their eyes shimmering with tears of worry, especially Sirt!

00:44

"Nigetai hodo tsurai toki mo keshi--
te hitori ja naieee~"

"I know I'm not the only one who wants to run from his pain."~

<Kowi> *Awakens quietly until she tries to move her arms, the unexpected aches from which jolt her wide awake with strained wails, leading to her eyes welling with tears!*

<Teyin> *Squeezes the Batamon's sides, intending to eject any liquids he may have ingested*

<Wriss> *Horizontally lies down to physically line up with the sunfish and gathers his breath before exhaling said breath inside the sunfish's mouth*

<Sirt> *Tearfully flies towards Tobe, who's now flying towards his friends as quickly as he can, and cries out to him, symbolized by a shaky speech bubble (looming at the top part of the screen, above everyone in the scene) containing the line, "We vow to you on our Shimmering Eyes....!"*

00:49

"Yasashiku tsutsumikomu kaze ga tatakau yuuki~"

"The gentle breeze gives me the strength to fight on,"~

<Tobe> *With Kehtas holding onto his talons, flaps his wings with a bit more speed than usual to safely descend onto the wooden pier*

<Mote the turquoise female Waddle Dee with a teal bandanna> ^^ *Waves at the duo who just arrived*

<Kehtas> *Lets go of Tobe's talons upon his feet reaching the road, and soon after letting go, feels Tobe resting atop of his head for a bit* :o

<Mote> *Giggles upon such a sight*

00:55

"Majiri kusuo ga~"

"As fantasy melds into reality."~

<Tobe> *Just as quickly as he briefly respited atop of Kehtas, he departs upwards into the blue sky with a few clouds here & there*

<Mote> *Cheerfully waves good-bye to the soaring Tobe*

<Kehtas's 1st Person POV> *While waving good-bye to the departing Tobe, he delusionally imagines a light pink Batamon with a tuft of hair on the forehead, cat-like ears, and a straw hat with a blue ring in the middle of it, gracefully floating down from the sky with open arms, eyes, and mouth....*
((AKA, :4kirby: after copying :4jigglypuff:'s ability))

00:59

"genjitsu ni kawaru~"

"As fantasy melds into reality."~

... Only for said imaginary Batamon to LITERALLY go up in smoke as a sneakily intrusive Wheelie (with a bright red covering) deliberately emits ACTUAL smoke from its exhaust pipes pointed towards the imaginary Batamon.... and a return to the 3rd Person Perspective as both Kehtas & Mote become covered in that smoke as well, causing them to cough (just Kehtas, really??) with their flippers in front of their mouths, also making their closed eyes reflexively shimmer*

01:02

"Saikou gasu wo buchiyabure"~

"Slam the gas pedal to the floor."~

<Kehtas & Mote> *Rather than draining their stamina by attempting to give chase to the Wheelie that is CLEARLY racing circles around them, they hold their ground while standing back-to-back, ADAMANTLY REFUSING to wipe away ANY of their free-flowing tears, which allows them to INTENSELY focus on WHERE the Wheelie currently is AND is going to be at!*

01:05

"Minareta keshike wo kegashi--
te~"

"Pollute the view you see every day."~

*Camera Angle switches to a 1st person view from both of their perspectives, changing to the other as the Wheelie races out of sight of one of them, whose visions are DEFINITELY blurry from the tears still nestling in their eyes, yet are able to actually keep up with the Wheelie's movements (when within their viewpoints, that is)!*

01:08

"Sekai ga gyaku ni kaiten suru~"

"The world's changing, so why shouldn't you?"~

<Wheelie> *FINALLY drives towards Mote!*

<Mote> *Grasps Kehtas's left flipper with her right flipper, allowing her to keep facing the Wheelie charging towards her as she makes a daring leap towards the Wheelie, with Kehtas in flipper behind her!*

<Kehtas> *Is completely caught off-guard by her sudden jump timing, causing him to panic scream aloud as he is lifted into the air by Mote!*

01:11

"Nichijou wo tobikoe~"

"Break free of your normal life~"

<Mote> *Uneasily lands on the Wheelie's covering, feet-first, and then firmly seats herself & grabs the left handle with her left flipper before letting go of Kehtas to grab the right handle, which is when she narrows her teary eyes with a game-faced energy!*

<Kehtas> *Lands on top of Mote's head, head-first, and then starts tearfully screaming his head off as he tightly clings onto the tied back portion of her bandanna for dear life, his whole body helplessly flopping about in the air!*

<Mote & Kehtas> *Both leave a stream of tears in their wake as they drive down the wooden pier on the Wheelie!*

01:14

"Noore no karada to sono subete wo~"

"Your body, your mind, and all that you are"~

*Camera switches to a horizontal semi-close-up of Wriss late at night, sitting on a computer chair with 5 wheels at his desk with various open books at his sides and a jumbled collection of seemingly random thought bubbles floating around in the air around him, containing both visuals and words hovering over his head, as he bewilderingly frowns with his head facing down at what APPEARS to be a written report with several sentences already written on it, which he moves onto one of the open books.*

His frown gradually flips upside down, along with his mood, to the point of incredulously squeeing while excitedly writing down various words on said moved paper with a 0.7 lead pencil, as he sheds tears onto the desk itself (after having made sure to keep the paper safely away from his face), which is also when the hovering thought bubbles begin to connect and fuse with each other to form a coherent mental image with complete sentences.

01:17

"Sonzai igai was sasenai~"

"cannot free you from your existence."~

*Camera switches to Teyin bartending at Steins;Keep, where he is mournfully gazing at a teary-eyed female KDL3-styled light pink Batamon with light red shoes named Aiji, who was shakily ABOUT to drink a non-alcoholic cocktail called Cinderella (orange + lemon + pineapple juices + ice), only to regretfully put down the glass to the side and climb atop of the counter to firmly hug Teyin (who hugs her back), the both of them now openly weeping*

01:20

"Sora wo tobenakatta nagai hiyou wa sekai wo miryou suru~"

"Those long days of halted flight throw your worthless life into sharp relief."~

*Camera switches to Sirt carefully tending to one of Tobe's wings (atop of a palm tree at a beach near thee Onion Ocean (time is early evening) with a long, straight, and thin top that can serve as a platform), which Tobe forlornly stares at with Shimmering Eyes of nervousness as Sirt tests its movement ranges. Upon making certain movements with Tobe's wing, Sirt empathetically winces as sudden jolts of pain are triggered within Tobe, causing him to yelp aloud as his eyes transition from Shimmering to Raining!*

<Sirt> *With Shimmering Eyes of his own (due to empathetically hearing Tobe's pained yelps that he technically DID cause to an extent) and a determined look of concern, he positions his own wings at ground level, so Tobe can walk on top of them, and then he lifts him up onto the top of his own head*

<Tobe> *Sports a strained smile as he lets his tears trickle down his cheeks without wiping away any of them, as he hangs onto Sirt with his good wing*

01:26 to 01:29 (THE END)

*Camera angle pans upwards as Sirt cautiously soars into the early moonlit distance with Tobe atop his head*

OP END!

Detective MewChu got 1st with 44% in the World, 44% in the Americas, 44% in Europe & Oceania, and 45% in Japan. Scores achieved with Orange :4mewtwo: (with an appearance from Sushi Chefband 'Chu~) were 28 on Wii U and 68 (2 File #34s~) on 3DS.

ChariPuff got 2nd place with 34% in the World, 35% in the Americas, 31% in Europe & Oceania, and 31% in Japan.

Grecario got 3rd place with 22% in the World, 21% in the Americas, 25% in Europe & Oceania, and 24% in Japan.

Prize for 1st on both Wii U and 3DS was a Super Final Smasher X Attack with +66 Attack and -31 Defense.

And again, my Wii U predictions were absolutely spot-on. Only my 3DS 1st place prediction was right this time. Welp-- *Cue this voice clip* <Pokemon Puzzle League!Lorelei> "Can't win 'em all."
:rotfl:

Points Earned So Far: 3 points on Wii U and 10 on 3DS ("PersistiSmashes~" 3DS FG FFA Replay was sent~), both for Fire Flower :4peach: (Pssst, try Z-Dropping Turnips~).

When's :4corrinf::4bayonetta2:? Week Count: 3
Well, at least for :4corrin:, his/her game, FE Fates/If, is slated to come out today~
As much as I would LOVE to say that I had a typed scene ready to show in commemoration of it... I.. don't. :<
At least I can share with you readers one of my favorite covers for the Nohr Version of Hitori Omou (aka Lost in Thoughts All Alone). :>
<RL Me> *Proceeds to get super-down on the dance floor to the above song while fantasizing about certain fancharacters of his getting just as super-down on the dance floor as I am, albeit under controversially complicated circumstances that would have whole crowds looking at them really funny (and unfortunately for them, that means more than just the  way....) while gossiping about their... "possible relationship statuses", to put it lightly....*

Thanks to the above fan script, I MIGHT have found my fancharacters of choice with which to use for that scene (Mote X Kehtas (X "Baepuff")).... Though I DO have at least 2 Pokemon fancharacters I'd want to use for it as well, namely Zinta the non-shiny male Dewott and "Sir Caliber" the non-shiny "Gentleman" Snivy who's actually NOT male (and is basically crossplaying as thee Excalibur from Soul Eater, albeilt with a forest green tint on the entire outfit, cane included).... ;3

In case any readers here may not know what the Snivy + Excalibur combination might look like, here's a pic that shows what I mean by that:
http://harijizo.deviantart.com/art/Excalibur-Snivy-188624591

((Shout-Outs to Harijizo for this, btw.))

<"Sir Caliber"> Just to let you all know, while Splooshi SAYS that I'll look like the rather dashing Snivy pictured above, except with everything white being colored forest green, my mannerisms, personality, and seemingly everything else about me will be radically different from thee Excalibur. Soon enough, I will show you how that is so in the most dramatic of ways.....

*Cue the Instrumental Recreation of the Hoshido Version of Hitori Omou (featured in the spoiler below!)*
*Proceeds to fanboy over how heroicly hype that version sounds in comparison to Nohr's as he fantasizes about "Sir Caliber" making bombastically grandiose speeches about--*

<"Sir Caliber"> *Abruptly bumps up the Vocal-Less Remix of "Lost in Thoughts All Alone" from Sm4sh on the WinAMP Playlist instead!* Allow ME to make such a grand speech, Splooshi! Show me a photo that I can showcase the theatrical might of my persona with!

<RL Me> *Scrolls up to the quote at the top of this post, clicks on it, then clicks on the Spoiler containing the photo of :4kirby: bawling his eyes out*

<"Sir Caliber"> *Epicly points "his" cane at the above mentioned photo in question!* "Ahhh yes, the Star Warrior who's been pushed to the brink of despair over a supposed lack of trustworthy allies who wouldn't double as quote on quote "frenemies"! For those who AREN'T that quoted term, he often ends up having to LEAVE after saving their worlds! The sudden realization must've hit the poor boy's mind with such force that he's reached out to one of our body's greatest tools for withstanding hard-hitting emotional blows:" *Dramatically lifts both "his" face and "his" cane with much pride!* "The Raining Eyes! Despite popular belief, it is a perfectly natural emotion with which to deal with woes such as that, for they provide quite a number of genuine benefits that have been widely reported by numerous medical professionals the world over! I'll admit, I don't believe there's any Social Liquid Boundaries for him to be breaking through in that moment, but at the very least, he WILL feel better after this bout of tear shedding is over, since he'll have released QUITE the number of chemicals and stress hormones that would ruin his insides if they were to remain bottled up, as well as having FINALLY taken the time to bravely confront that fearsome concept head-on--" *SLAMS "his" cane on the ground!* "OH WAIT, this is non-canon fanart I'm embellishing here." *GROANS*

<"Sir Caliber"> "ANYWAYS, surely, if that snapshot were to advance forward in time, I am most confident that his Raining Eyes would be able to rally over one of the most beloved allies who has most consistently been with him since his Return to Dreamland: *Dramatically slashes the air with "his" cane* BANDANNA DEE!! It is HE that would be MOST capable of rescuing him from the slowly building puddle of tears that threaten to drown him, should he tire himself out from his bawling to the point of sleeping where he is at that moment, for it is HE that even brought along two of his other comrades for the Rainbow Curse outing! I'll also admit that if I or Kehtas had our way, we'd probably embellish over how the both of them would completely avoid rubbing his eyes during the crying spell, as well as how patient Dee would remain in hugging the Batamon, who would be encouraged to cry it out until the well on that subject emptied out completely, but that's neither here nor there. Such behavior WAS gloriously displayed by both Kehtas and Sirt earlier on this page to an extent, so at least I can be appeased with that.

<RL Me> *SQUEES profusely!* Its moments like these that make having fancharacters like you around absolutely worth it! I most certainly DO have QUITE the meta-heavy plan for you to examine the Episode Preview Sequence from several weeks ago at the top of this page that I DID update last week here, but I know not when I'll actually get around to finishing your investigation with Kehtas & company....

<"Sir Caliber"> You are most welcome, my good sir. My over-the-top speech on that photo is done, though I DEFINITELY have a number of choice phrases I dream of reporting to Kehtas and his allies, though I must admit that some of the intel I DO wish to share with them are going to REALLY set them off, especially poor little Kehtas who so DEARLY wishes for his parents to stay with him and work things out.... *Eyes start to shimmer!*

<RL Me> The Familial Repair Chapter will absolutely slam seemingly my entire cast of fancharacters with the force of a freight train. It is no wonder that even you, who will have no slated part of that Chapter, are reeling from its emotional power.

<"Sir Caliber"> From what details you've let me in on so far, you are not joshing me in the slightest. Alas, I must now let you proceed to the Regularly Scheduled Program, Splooshi. I bid you good night....

<RL Me> Will do~

<"Sir Caliber"> *Politely takes "his" leave as "his" eyes transition from Shimmering to Raining, causing "him" to loudly sob....* (I just KNOW that once I suggest to him that he should RUN from his parents on that fatefully fearsome first night, his fragile heart will shatter as he will wail against me....) *Sobs harder & louder as "he" vividly imagines how that scene could play out....*

<Stuffwell> BACK TO ADVENTURE!

Yoooo, that week was a COMPLETE blow-up! X) EVERY place was wrong in every way! XD I've not been THIS off in what seems like months! X3
And here I was, thinking that I had erry place pegged where I thought they should be....

When's :4corrin::4bayonetta:? Week Count: 4

Points Earned So Far: 1 on Wii U (Like my predictions last week, a total blowup, though at least it was a funny one. XD) and 5 on 3DS ("WowDatEarlyKO!8D" has been sent to the U.S. FG FFA area), both for Green Suited Family Man :4olimar:
"Wait what, him? And not Alphimar? It's not like you to rep the Family Man over Alphimar, so something special must've happened lately for you to be doing that."

<RL Me> Oh I WILL rep Alphimar later on this week, that much is certain. As for why I've taken a liking to the FAMILY MAN as of late, WELLLLLLL~
(Just posing here to serve as an emoticon for Splooshi~ Carry on.)
In the interest of sparking any sort of activity here, I've found a neat 'n short one-shot SFW fanfic with feels that seems to take place within the middle of the Pikmin 1 days, written from the perspective of a few of the Family Man's countless Pikmin.

http://twin-cats.deviantart.com/art/6-Tears-556861075

Personally, I found it to be quite the occasion to fire up the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni OSTs for this one, specifically the Matsuri OST. :3

I LOVE it when I find occasions to use super-manly dance-fight songs like "Kaguramai", since its one of those songs that I can seriously imagine myself wanting to have actively blaring when folks are looking to finally get serious enough to figuratively throw down ALL the dueling gloves, so to speak. 8D

As someone who's looking for inspiration to continue the ambitiously-in-perpetual-development fic series, Shimmering Eyes, this COULD serve as quality reference material. ;)
Here's THEE Kaguramai that I've squee'd over back then:
IMO, Until near the end of the fic, this is a WONDERFUL accompaniment for the majority of it. When would I fire it up for that fic? Well, considering that I DO call it a super-serious dance-fight song (and one of my most favorite ones from the Higurashi Matsuri OST at that!), it's best reserved for when an actual fight scene shows up, so once you find one, bump it up, throw down those dueling gloves, and even hit up the dance floor! >:3

Scene might still be currently WIP~? Tune in later~??

We now return you to your Regularly Scheduled Programming~

Who to Expect to See More Often: :4falcon: (obviously~), :4fox:, :4samus:, possibly :4zss:.

<Yooji the Bun-esque Not-Cappy....> I know I'm spoiling my own appearance, but unlike everyone else that Splooshi has introduced so far, I'm actually not only one of his OLDEST fancharacters, but I'm also fully-clothed, moreso than Zinta and even Sir Caliber, so allow me to air out my whole wardrobe here....

Appearance:
Orange Peel colored Bun-styled hair

Dark Spring Green T-Shirt with an Orange stripe in the middle
Navy Blue open Vest
Denim Blue Shorts
Sea Green Shoes

<Yooji> Handled~ NOW we can get going. :)

<RL Me> Well, almost. I'd like to give a GIGANTIC Shout-Out to TarToon for gifting me with that GDLK pic, that which is now my new avatar! 8D

*Cue "Crowded Street (action movie edit)" by Hideki Okugawa & Yuki Iwai from the STREET FIGHTER III 2nd IMPACT GIANT ATTACK ORIGINAL SOUND TRACK*

<Yooji> *Gazes at Bun in the avatar* OH DUDE IT'S YUN! 8D

<Yote the sky blue suited Poppy Bros. Jr with spring green "Banana Shoes~"> QUICK, somebodyput HIM, and NINJA KIRBY, IN DIVEKICK! 83

..............

<Yooji> "Hey, where's the cutaway gag of Bun and Ninja Kirby divekicking each other like Divekick cast members?

<Mote> "And where's my squeefest over my favorite idol Bandanna Dee, who's finally going to get an Amiibo for himself~?" ^^

"And where's the gushing over how much of a goofy cool guy my passenger can be, who Splooshi claims to also be capable of being a hammy kooky troll, with beautful hair when racing out of bodies of water?"

Oh I know ONE of the answers to ALL those questions! But first, Splooshi's got a Regularly Scheduled Program to follow.

Wii U Results:
*Cue "Island of the Earth Dragon" by Yasunori Mitsuda from the Chrono Cross Original Soundtrack*

:4falcon: and Family Man :4olimar: got 1st with 46% in the World, 46% in the Americas, 48% in Europe & Oceania, and 44% in Japan. Scores achieved with :4alph:imar and the Green Suited Family Man were 58 points on 3DS and 23 points on Wii U.

:4samus: and :4zss: got 2nd with 29% in the World, 28% in the Americas, 29% in Europe & Oceania, and 31% in Japan.

:4fox: and :4falco: got 3rd with 25% in the World, 26% in the Americas, 23% in Europe & Oceania, and 25% in Japan.

Prize for 1st on both 3DS & Wii U was Ray Gun Boots with +76 Speed and -31 Attack.

<RL Me> THERE we go~ Now THAT'S a way to recover from last week's total blow-up.

<"Sir Caliber"> While last week's shared short tale starring the beloved Family Man may have ended with the sobbing destruction of a Social Liquid Boundary that was separating him from his own troops, who thought him to be....

<Yote> A vengeful GDLK entity. :D

<"Sir Caliber"> *Chuckles* By rallying two of the bickering troops with his sorrowful cries, while mourning over the loss of four-fifths of his own squad, Splooshi can at least take solace in the ONE win that the Pikmin Captains will probably get, ALL YEAR~

<RL Me> Just like last year, when his ONE win was only because he was carried by a whole slew of now-proven Conquest winners.

<"Sir Caliber"> As much as I'd like to continue on with what you claim to be a directional breakthrough for where you want Shimmering Eyes to go, we sadly DO have the matter of an unexpected guest tonight to contend with..... *Looks up at MegaDemonJr*

Points Earned So Far:
10 on Wii U
("ClutchCounter2x~" sent on the Wii U FG FFA area~), and 6 on 3DS ("JohnRed2Stock?!1" sent on 3DS FG FFA area~), BOTH for John Red:4corrin:!

When's :4corrinf::4bayonetta2:? Week Count: 5

<RL Me> While Miss BaeYO's gonna hafta wait another week--

*Cue "Sleazy Delusion ~E.Guitar version~" by tOkyO from the ChäoS;HEAd Original Soundtrack (anime version)*

"GAZE upon the fanservice, and DESPAIR over your mind's disconnect, that which prevents you from TAMING your physical body's ADORATION for what we--
WALKING
GROUND POUNDERS
TAUNT
The censors with in E-rated spinoff games!"
*Cue "Theme Of Bayonetta 2 - Tomorrow Is Mine" by Hiroshi Yamaguchi from the Bayonetta 2 OST (aka, the one with actual English vocals)*

<RL Me> *Upon gazing at the Yoshi tails in both his new avatar (Gigantic shout-outs to TaRtOoN-Hand94 for that!) & above this quoted post, as well as recalling certain moments during certain E-rated spinoff games (ex. Superstar Baseball, Kart Wii/8's tricks, Party 9 & 10) when his species (victoriously) show off their tails, and even the very fact that Miss BaeYOnetta is even IN Sm4sh at all (STILL much to my surprise, given how E-Sports UNfriendly certain aspects of her series can be.... >.<), mentally loses seemingly all sense of self-control as he is now uncontrollably squee-ing, in utter bliss, and even feeling extreme embarassment, all at the same time, oblivious to everything around him, as he fantasizes about 2 Yoshies...

(1 male named Yooshji, basically colored just like in my new avatar, armed with a giant Hammer Bro-styled hammer on his left hand (& thee Mega Buster on his right hand at certain times~), and a Chain Chomp tied to one of his shoes. The other being a female named Fujioshi, who is cerise colored with spring green shoes, armed with a giant Hook Guy-styled hook (think of the yellow spear-esque sewing needle that the Shy Guys wielded from Woolly World~) on her left hand (& thee Mega Buster on her right hand at certain times~), and a Chain Chomp tied to one of her shoes as well.)

... In super SLICK, highly stylized action sequences against hordes of Bowser's NUMEROUS cronies (from the lowly Spear Guys, to Boomerang Bros, to even the Koopalings, especially :4ludwig:, among countless others!) with phenomenally acrobatic fight choreography that would be creatively cool enough to be an art form, unusually high amounts of classy glee from the Yoshi duo that stands in stark contrast from the vindictive glee that I was originally expecting from the original source material.... and a surprising amount of smoothly integrated tailshots from both Yoshies that not only do NOT stop the flow of the action AT ALL, but the Yoshies themselves seem INCREDIBLY comfortable about showing off their tails (neither of them would be embarrassed about that (just like in the E-rated spinoffs, where I SWEAR they're parading them! XD), plus it's equal opportunity (¦3), and occasionally, the tailshots would fill up a significant portion of the screen AND have attention called to them by the camera angles themselves~!)*

<RL Me> "BE QUIET AND TAKE MY COINS!!" 8D

Rest of Post is Under Construction. Check back later in several hours for more details.

EDIT: Cancelled until next week?? 3;

We now return you to your Regularly Scheduled Programming.

*Cue "The Dragon Gave a Loud Scream : In Holy Night" by Naofumi Hataya from the NiGHTS into dreams... PERFECT ALBUM*

*Insert Intro Cutscene attempting to explain away why I didn't follow up on last week's scene Here (that my personally inflated standards, along with me constantly getting sidetracked by the OTHER scenes that I've been developing over the week for the ambitiously-in-perpetual-development (fan)fic series, Shimmering Eyes (Sadly (Pun NOT intended XD), I'm not quite confident about sharing those new details here just yet... 3: *INB4 an edit to this post sharing those details later on this week??? MAYBE???*), and even the dreaded Writer's Block towards the above posted scene, have all combined to prevent me from following up on)*

John Red:4corrin: got 1st with 63% in the World, 62% in the Americas, 60% in Europe & Oceania, and 65% in Japan. Scores achieved with John Red:4corrin: and-- <Random Weeaboo> "Orenji :4corrinf:" were 67 points on 3DS and 25 points on Wii U.

got 2nd with 20% in the World, 20% in the Americas, 22% in Europe & Oceania, and 20% in Japan.

got 3rd with 17% in the World, 18% in the Americas, 18% in Europe & Oceania, and 15% in Japan.

Prize for 1st on both Wii U & 3DS was an Air Defender Cape with +63 Defense and -31 Speed.

My absolute 1ST reaction upon seeing (Orenji) Corriin-schta winning this week's Conquest by a landslide:
<Yooji> I'm pretty sure that the ONLY reason you're going HERE, to one of THEE best animes of 2007, is JUST BECAUSE you THINK that Miyo Takano is namedropping Corrin's name in the 4th sentence at the 12 second mark.

<RL Me> You're ALMOST completely correct. As some of us might be more than painfully aware of, Corrin's Counter Surge has a ridiculous amount of KO power, only really rivaled by the likes of Shulk's Down 3, Power Vision, particularly when bolstered with any of the Smash Arts, especially that of Neutral 3, Hyper Monado Arts. Those of us who have taken advantage of this power during this week, including yours truly, might very well have been tempted to hammily CHEW the scenery, LAUGH as maniacally, & possibly even BOAST with great intimidation, ALL as much as Miss Takano Miyo did in Higurashi Kai, for EVERY time that we've KO'd someone REALLY early with Counter Surge~! >8D
<RL Me> Oh oh, and Miss Takano Miyo is one of my absolute MOST favorite villains in ALL of anime, for OH SO MANY reasons that I could gush on about, ALL DAY! 8D Seriously, I would LOVE to channel Miss Takano Miyo in any female villains I might have running around in the Shimmering Eyes fics, such as Snoy during the Familial Repair Chapter.... >83

<Yooji> So would you describe Corriin as someone who has more than just the Blood of Dragons coarsing through the veins?

*Cue "Dragon God" by Yasunori Mitsuda from the Chrono Cross OST*

<RL Me> HMMMM, MAY BE~! >X3
When's :4bayonetta:? Week Count: 6

*Cue "Red Phoenix" from The Last Blade AST*

Points So Far:

13 points on Wii U with :4ganondorf: (ALL of the Warlock Punches & FSmashes that I kept landing.... XD)
2 Points on 3DS with :4ryu: (At least the Pink :4dedede: got 1st place, so I'll take that~)
Both for the Power Players (which is ALSO THEE main style I run in The Last Blade 1 & 2 for the Neo Geo, ESPECIALLY with my mains, Tatane Hibiki (one of the waifus that I've taken inspiration for Yamaji from!), Setsuna, and Moriya)

Folks to Expect to See More Often:

Power Players: Bowser, Ganondorf, Triple D, Ike

Speed Demons: Sanic, ZSS, Detective 'Chu

Place Predictions for Both 3DS & Wii U:

1st: Power Players

2nd: Speed Demons

NOTE: The Online System's Weekly Conquest Update Time has now changed from 10 PM to 11 PM Pacific Time (UTC-08:00) (US & Canada), due to Daylight Savings Time.

Wii U Results:

Power Players got 1st with 63% in the World, 62% in the Americas, 61% in Europe & Oceania, and 68% in Japan. Scores achieved with Green Armor :4ganondorf: and especially "Goku" :4ryu: were 73 points on 3DS and 23 points on Wii U.

Speed Demons got 2nd with 37% in the World, 38% in the Americas, 39% in Europe & Oceania, and 32% in Japan.
"Yes, I'm here, yet again. Splooshi's simply been lucky enough to get to use his favorite color quite often over the last several weeks. Also, there's a certain big electric rat that SOME people out there, NOT including Splooshi thankfully, are probably still wishing to have made the cut into what came out today, instead of a certain masked wrestler chick... Who Splooshi's actually hype for, along with 3 other Pokemon he mained in 2 other fighters, including the one I came from...."

Prize for 1st on both 3DS & Wii U was a pair of (really just 1) Shield Degenerator Fake Nails with +90 Attack and -9 Defense. That might just be the highest raw value for any piece of Equipment I've ever earned through these Weekly Conquests... :O

<Cehwin the male Shiny Plusle> "HEY MOY! R. Mikachu's NO mere stweet chick! She's a stwong and independent LADY!" D=<

<Sebrin the male non-Shiny Minun> "You mean Libwaechu, the body slammer of societal expectations about where a lass with a body like hers should fight. Also, have you SEEN Splooshi's avatar? MOY's got a Mega Buster, we shouldn't mess with him!"
"You best listen to the negatively charged twin, plussie. I hear Splooshi's pegged you two as PHYSICAL PACIFISTS, so you better leave the defending of that chick's honor to someone who's actually willing to fight me, like that white cat ferret with the red claws, who always seems compelled to feud with that POIIIIIsonous snake with the bladed tail end."

<Zael the male Shiny Zangoose> *Points at MOY with one of his claws* "You mean me?"
"Yes?? I thought your claws were supposed to be red."

<Zael> "I'm a shiny, so they're blue for me. Anyways, which rodent's honor are we talking about here?"

<Cehwin> "R. Mikachu."

<Sebrin> "Libwechu."

<Zael> "Oh, THAT Libre chick? She probably took my spot in the opening lineup for Pokken, so I'm not exactly the happiest of campers here, especially since MY kind's just being a TEASING SPECTATOR in one of the stages! So why should I defend her honor again?"

*Camera Angle Focus shifts to a 1st Person View from Zael's POV*

*Cue "Kakusei" by Ozawa Takumi from the Ookami Kakushi Original Soundtrack (anime version) {Provided in the Spoiler below}*

<Linnei the female non-Shiny Minccino> "Because the loser's gonna get tickled pink?" >:3

<Rinnei the female non-Shiny Cinccino> "By both myself AND Lin, who's NOT kidding about the pink part." >;3

<Cehwin> *Uses Nasty Plot to help himself envision the Cinos forcefully tickling a defeated Zael, who'd be too exhausted to fend them off!* "So in other words, you two are going to tickle the loser SO much that...." >¦3

<Sebrin> *Also uses Nasty Plot to help himself envision the copious amount of tears that Zael will shed from all the frantic guffawing that the Cinos will MAKE him do, despite his pleas for them to stop, & his cries for help!* "The SHEER amount of LOLS generated will cause the loser to--" *With as much of a ham-fisted delivery as he can muster!* "CWY!!" >8D

<'Invisible' "Saltspecters" that, for us the audience, visibly look JUST like Duskulls (For the actual Pokemon in the area, namely Zael in this case, they're... 'Invisibly' formless??)> *LOOM over Zael's head, spiraling around him in the sky, as if Hyper Scanning his body for... something, whatever it may be, particularly in his eyes.... while magically darkening their surroundings to near-pitch-black levels of lighting & warping their surroundings to look as devastatingly decrepit as if a battle between two Legendaries had JUST happened where MOY, Zael, Cehwin, Sebrin, Linnei, and Rinnei are all currently standing....*

<Zael> *With widened eyes of horror from what he's "seeing" around himself, including the trollishly devious facial expressions from Linnei, Rinnei, Cehwin, & especially Sebrin, he faces MOY as stoically as he can!* (NO WAY am I gonna let those Saltspecters spirit me away for LOSING in front of those childish trolls!) "You, me, Mugen, NOW!!"
"That's the spirit. Let's take our leave, then. Splooshi's got a BIGGER scene planned for this week, that WON'T require our presence."

<Zael> "Good! The sooner we can get away from those SINISTER KIDS, the better!" *IMMEDIATELY RUNS on all fours OUT of the area as FAST as he can!*

<"Saltspecters"> *Despite appearances, are MORE than capable of keeping up with Zael, bringing their dark lighting and decayed landscapes with them!*

*Camera Angle Focus shifts back to the general 3rd Person View, which means that the "Saltspecters", including their dark lighting and decayed landscapes, are completely absent from the scene!*

*Cue "Kedamonotachi wa Warau" from the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Matsuri OST Disc 2*

<Cehwin, Sebrin, Linnei, and Rinnei> WE HEARD THAT! D:<

"Now, before we all go after him together, Splooshi demanded that we leave this big picture here in preparation for that big scene coming up."
http://dramateen01.deviantart.com/art/Sad-Raichu-lets-it-out-560903587

((Shout-outs to dramateen01, btw, as... unfortunate of a name as that might be....))
<Cehwin> "HOLY SCHMOKES, that Rai's got the Waining Eyes ON BLAST!!"

<Sebrin> "Ceh, that's the big electric rat that MOY hinted at earlier!"

<Linnei> "C'mon boys, let Sir Caliber and the other Criers of the Coalition handle that picture! We've gotta catch up to Zael, or he's gonna Torchicken out of the fight!"

<Rinnei> "Pardon that pun of hers, but she's right, that Bottler's going to do whatever he can to avoid risking ANY possibility of him brandishing the SiTeR Eyes!"

<Cehwin, Sebrin, Linnei, and Rinnei> *All vertically nod in agreement* "Let's go!" >:o *ALL RUN on all fours after Zael!*
(Little do those 4 kids know, that if I lose, there won't BE a body for them to tickle....)
{Several seconds after Zael, Cehwin, Sebrin, Linnei, Rinnei, and MOY have all left the premises...}

*Cue "Search and destroy" by dai from the Higurashi Kai "Yours" CD2 being (provided in the Spoiler below!)*

<Kehtas> *FINALLY arrives on the scene with a dagger on each flipper, and was about to open up the Spoiler tab that MOY left above before leaving, when--*

<"Baepuff" the delusionally imaginary overall light pink Batamon (feet are just as light pink) that looks JUST like :4kirby: after copying :4jigglypuff:'s ability, while donning a straw hat with a blue ring in the middle of it, & yet isn't actually here....> "HOLD IT!! Keh, we can't open that up without dumping some exposition!"

<Kehtas> (Wait what, those 4 Pokemon ALL left the term SiTeR Eyes UNexplained like what the 13th Ongoing Corridor would do!? That's bad storywriting! We've gotta rectify this!)

<"Baepuff"> "Okay, the SiTeR Eyes are a quick 3 syllable way to namedrop the Shimmering, Trickling, and Raining Eyes, all in 1 go, without the lengthy mouthful hassles of names like "Beh-yah-too-rii-juu" & "Shi-shi-wa-ka-ma-ru". The i and the first e mean absolutely nothing, they're just there for pronunciation purposes."

<Kehtas> (Hold up, Trickling Eyes? That needs an explanation too. It's the in-between of Shimmering & Raining, right?)

<"Baepuff"> "Correct. Here's an example that Splooshi's been waiting WEEKS to use for that."
<Kehtas> "Thanks for clarifying what those Criers missed for our readers, though just to answer a question that our audience might have, before returning to Story Time, NO, neither a Pichu nor a Riolu are currently planned to be making any appearances, either here OR in Shimmering Eyes, as of right here & now. Same goes for MOY, Glimmer Ardor and all the Mr. Peepers of various colors that have shown up in this Thread so far, who aren't slated to be making any appearances in Shimmering Eyes."

<"Baepuff"> "While it's unfortunate that those 4 Pokemon had to chase after a salty Brigadier, with all that exposition taken care of, I believe it's finally time for us to hold that pic down for those 4 and the rest of the Coalition."

*Cue "Search and destroy" by dai from the Higurashi Kai "Yours" CD2 being, skipped ahead to the 01:07 mark*

<Kehtas> *Takes a deep breath as he braces himself for what's inside the Spoiler, and upon FINALLY opening up the Spoiler tab featuring the pic of a crying Raichu, he DELIBERATELY, in a fit of RAGE, THROWS ONE of his two daggers at the word "stop", and then GLARES at the rest of Pichu's SENTENCE (NOT Pichu himself AT ALL!) as he holds his remaining dagger with both flippers like a two-handed sword!* "THIS Raichu is BEING COOL for--" *SLASHES the air* "OPENLY CRYING, EVEN WITH the POSSIBILITY that he FEELS like he should NOT!!" *Slashes upwards!* "PICHU, HELP HIM BY BRAVELY JOINING HIM in the SHEDDING of TEARS, NO MATTER HOW SCARED YOU MAY FEEL ABOUT DOING SO!!" *Slashes downwards!* "IF ANYONE THREATENS to HARM you two, TRUST in PIKA FOR PROTECTION AS YOU ALL PROCESS THOSE FEELINGS TOGETHER!!" *VICIOUSLY THROWS his dagger on the floor (which bounces off said floor once before settling down), for he is now filled with so much ANGER from how OFFENDED he got from that Pichu's sentence, that he's struggling to remain standing while brandishing the Trickling Eyes!* (This pic's too well done & intentioned for me to cut up with impunity...)

<"Baepuff"> *HUGS Kehtas, despite him not actually being able to feel her embrace at all...* "It's great that you're sparing that image, but PLEASE hang in there, Kehtas! We're the fancreations of someone who's trying to be a GOOD writer, who would NEVER ALLOW such a COWARDLY phrase to come out of the mouths of Crier Coalition members withOUT genuine retribution!"

<Kehtas> *Loudly weeps as he runs over to & picks up his thrown dagger while continuing to glare at the above pic through a blurry vision!* (Indeed we are in good hands, Baepuff. It's more likely that we'd hear that kind of talk from members of the Bottler Brigade, anyways. Plus, THEIR focus would be on the PEOPLE saying them, nothing like US Criers, who'd focus on the IDEAS that Pi's WORDS here are conveying!)

<Mote> *Plainly sees & hears Kehtas... and NOT "Baepuff" AT ALL, despite us the audience still being able to see her* "Kehtas!" *Runs over to him & hugs him on his right side, which is when "Baepuff" bubble-pops out of the audience's sight!* "What has moved you to brandish the Trickling Eyes so angrily!?"

<Kehtas> "Well-intentioned BOTTLERS who are ATTEMPTING to do what WE CRIERS EXCEL AT!" *THRUSTS his dagger straight at the above photo!* "THEY'RE DOING IT WRONG!!" >=O

<Mote> *Stops hugging Kehtas, and readies her spear as she takes on a fighting pose while facing the above posted photo....* (The physical actions of Rai's rallied troops, Pi & PiKA, don't seem to be questionable, aside from leaving alone Rai's own hand placements....) *Then upon noticing Pika's SENTENCE (NOT Pika himself AT ALL!), GLARES AT THOSE WORDS of his!* "PIKA!" *Points her spear at THAT SENTENCE, IGNORING the Pikachu COMPLETELY!* "HOW DARE YOU ISSUE FALSE ASSURANCES!!" *Stabs the air in front of herself!* "THAT'S NOT what he NEEDS to HEAR RIGHT NOW!!" *Multi-stabs the air in front of herself!* "You should be MOVING Rai's hands--" *Finishes off the multi-stabs with one last dramatic stab!* "AWAY from those eyes, since NOT ONLY will those hands exacerbate their puffiness later, but you'll also be SHOWING him that there is NO NEED for him to HIDE his tears in SHAME!!" *ANGRILY THROWS her spear rather far in front of herself, and shares the same overwhelming feelings of offended rage that which is still consuming Kehtas's mind, to the point of her joining him in angrily brandishing the Trickling Eyes!*

<Kehtas> "MOTE!" *Drops his dagger and TIGHTLY HUGS her wholeheartedly!*

<Mote> *Hugs him back with an equally TIGHT grip!*

<Kehtas> "I'm scared that we're getting THIS close to acting out our anger over this!"

<Mote> "We're both here to STOP that together!"

<Kehtas> "I don't want to hurt you Mote, but I'm just SO angry!" *Eyes transition from Trickling to Raining as he continues hugging Mote while physically pushing her backwards!*

<Mote> "I don't want to hurt you either Keh, but the temptation is OVERWHELMING ME!" *Eyes transition from Trickling to Raining as she pushes him right back!*

<Kehtas & Mote> *Both wail loudly into each others' flippers as they tighten their grips on each other!* "Would our Raining Eyes DARE say otherwise!?"

{TO BE CONTINUED....?!}

POST to be continued later in a couple of hours! (More like a day or two, because Splatfest & Pokken....)

*Cue "EV03-2 Shopping A" by Norihiko Hibino from the BAYONETTA 2 ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK*
Wii U Results:

:4robinf:-chwan~ got 1st with 61% in the World, 60% in the Americas, 61% in Europe & Oceania, and 66% in Japan. Scores achieved with Green Mage :4robinm: were 38 points on Wii U & 64 points on 3DS.
Kuradoberi Jam-- er, :4wiifit: got 2nd with 24% in the World, 25% in the Americas, 24% in Europe & Oceania, and 21% in Japan.
:4alph:imar got 3rd with 15% in the World, 15% in the Americas, 15% in Europe & Oceania, and 13% in Japan.

Prize for 1st on both 3DS & Wii U was a pair of (really just 1 for each copy) Pity Final Smasher Boots with +84 Speed & -31 Attack.

And again I call it~ The only real surprise here to me was WFT beating Alphimar as much as she did. Say, speaking of surprises....

*Cue "ST12 Ithavoll Building - Lower Floors" by Rei Kondoh from the BAYONETTA Original Soundtrack DISC 4*

<Yooji> Eh? Why this one and not the more famous fight songs?

<RL Me> *Shifts the above song ahead to the 00:42 mark, and dorkily two-steps to it while in a fighting pose of sorts~* The 42 second mark's where it's at with this one~ Plus, THAT song dominated the entire stage that it takes place in, meaning, I get to fight out whole Verses full of baddies with that song STILL going the whole time~ :)

<Yote> Even when you kept getting BOPPED by those demonic humanoid Moleys a buncha times in a row, until you remembered that you put Miss BaenYO Nerffa in the e-sports friendly Link outfit for those mashable GDLK Parries to accompany your Dodge spamming. :D

<RL Me> Yehhhp, even when I insisted on remaining at Normal difficulty on my 1st playthrough, I kept going, and even though it didn't give me the nice "CPUs get DUMBER with every credit spent" treatment that 3rd Strike gives against Gill, I eventually DID clutch it out. Also, the above song was what inspired me to go out and get the OSTs for both BaenYO 1 & 2~ :D

<Yote> Say, why DID you make me call her BaenYO Nerffa, anyways? Weren't you calling her BaeYOnetta just a few weeks earlier? ;o

<RL Me> Oh, about that. I'll explain soon enough....

<Yooji> After I ask two questions that those not in the know would probably ask, which Splooshi himself did NOT ask, by the way, who instead just heard from one of his older brothers: One, how's :4darkpit: considered an angel? And two, where's :4palutena:?

.....

Points Earned So Far: 8 points on Wii U, 4 points on 3DS, BOTH for Pink Dressed :4bayonetta2:

<Yooji> Hold up, that outfit? Why not the orange-ish one?

<RL Me> She looks cooler with long hair to me, plus she definitely rocks the pink wonderfully.

<Yooji> Ohhhhh~ I wonder if that has anything to do with Yamaji and the rest of your female fancharacters having long hair and traditionally feminine colors whenever possible...

Place Predictions for both 3DS & Wii U:

1st: :4bayonetta:
2nd: :4pit: & :4darkpit:

When's :4bayonetta:? It may have taken 8 weeks, but at LONG LAST, the FINAL member of the DLC Hype Train has arrived to take on both of the prominently featured fated match-ups in her Reveal Trailer~ Oh, and as alluded to last week and earlier here with the Nerffa part, she got nerfed a bit.

I'd still call her BaeYO, as.... *Scrolls up to the post featuring MegaDemonJr essentially twerking up enough inspiration for me to fanboyishly lose myself in a full-blown fantasy sequence about a dream Yoshi + BaeYOnetta hybrid game* THAT shows~

However, that's not all, for there's been some serious hating going on against Miss BaenYO in the competitive landscape quite recently, as these two topics show:

http://smashboards.com/threads/banning-bayonetta-in-tournaments.433725/

http://smashboards.com/threads/re-bayonetta-character-hate-in-competitive-play-an-analysis.433568/

Which is why there's an n before YO. I'm honestly surprised that the above two Threads are even happening at all, since I coulda sworn she was one of the hypest folks around (I still find her really hype to watch, IMO, especially in the Customs-less world that which has stayed since AFTER EVO 2015, aside from that ONE side tournament that happened a few weeks ago....), in comparison to ZSS & Sheik, who I swear were vilified by the majority of the community, including myself.

Then again, I'll admit, I've been out of the loop for the competitive scene for Sm4sh for QUITE a while now, what with Pokken entering its 2nd week (Libaechu, the Mewtwos being GOOD, Smashboards having a section for Pokken(boards), ChrisG's Sceptile (and/or possibly someone else, if the last time I saw him livestreaming was any indication....), and thee Justin Wong's Weavile for the biggest pleasant surprises so far~), Pokemon Shuffle getting a sizable update, and of course, my ambitiously-in-perpetual-development fic series, Shimmering Eyes, which HAS BEEN seeing additions in terms of the Pokeverse parts of it (separate from the Kirbyverse, and yet taking the Tales of Elysium route in that NO humans will be involved, whatsoever, despite having NOTHING to do with the PMD universe as well (IMO, "Sir Caliber", Zinta, Cehwin, Sebrin, Linnei, and Rinnei, among other potential Coalition members, would TOITALLY be able to emotionally survive those Endings, which would utterly DESTROY Zael to an extent that I'm personally not sure about how far off the deep end he'd go.... >_>)).

Needless to say, not since 1999-ish (Read: Gen 1 & 2 ONLY, in regards to personal interest in my younger days. Come Gen 3, I was completely GONE, because of the "It's just a passing fad for lil' kids, big boys like me shouldn't still be digging it! >=(" mindset I held during said younger days... If ONLY the Mystery Dungeon series, Type:Wild (which I can THANK VERY MUCH for bringing me BACK INTO the series! Also, 2 of my Pokken mains, Gengar & Gardevoir (Air-dashers back then, who now don't air-dash in Pokken..._.), came from that, as did Blaziken (who NOW air-dashes! O_O)), the Special manga (I've yet to really check it out, but if its TV Tropes page is any indication...), and a bunch of the fan materials over the years (such as what I've shared here in this very page of this Thread so far~) crossed my younger self's mind sooner to convince me earlier... >_<) have I really been such a Pokemaniac. XD

Still no interest in the main RPG part of that series though, but give me spinoffs like Detective 'Chu, Picross, and possibly-- <Mondegreen'd Final Fight Arcade!Hagger> "LEHT'S RUMBLE! 8D", and I'll toitally meet you there~

*Goes off to write up a certain RP scene featuring certain Shimmering Eyes cast members taking GREAT offense to a certain scene during Chapter 6 of BaeYOnetta 1, that I honestly found to be super hype in the "THANK you, Miss BaeYO, for being a STRONG, INdependent lady, in a position of POWER to NOT take Cereza's brand of NONsense!" way~*

I was hyped when I saw Bayo in action for the first time but now IÄ'm so annoyed, more so than I ever was annoyed by Sonic, that I'm gladly go for the angelic duo all the way.

:4darkpit: & :4pit: got 2nd with 46% in the World, 43% in the Americas, 47% in Europe & Oceania, and 53% in Japan.
(Were it possible, I'd definitely be spinning around in a circle like the REAL Trophies do in her series!)
Prize for 1st on Wii U was Smooth Lander Boots with +57 Speed and -30 Attack! 8D

You got the Stone Award!
<Enzo ((not the one from LoZ: Minish Cap!))> "Look at it this way, it could've been worse." XD
Prize for 2nd on 3DS was 1000g.

And so, history repeats itself as Miss BaenYoNerffa pulls an FE Roy by losing on the 3DS while winning on the Wii U. I was honestly not expecting this... until I remembered that 1. DLC Cast Members typically flourish on the Wii U, not on the 3DS, 2. It's been 8 weeks since BaenYo's debut (Hype Train's gone~ :<), and 3. It was a 2v1, tipping the scales in favor of the Pits.

2nd: ????

1st: ????

It's been a while since we've had a tough week for me to pick a side in. :4cloud2: may have been nerfed a bit, but John Red:4corrin: & Lelouch-- er, :4metaknight: got nerfed more, methinks. :4link: & :4shulk: have been getting buffs, as have :4marth:, :4lucina:, & :4robinf:. If anything's going to give a side an edge, it'll probably be Mr. Lamperouge-- er, Mety's consistent losses that will give the 2010's Team the edge they'll need to win this week.

Dwarfen vow #7 - Goodness and love will always win.

As for the next conquest, my prediction goes for Team Red on all consoles. Cloud seems to be the next Cpt. Falcon. While Corrin as a counter figure might be debatable, Roy probably won't hold a stand against the 1st class SOLDIER. Marth easily beats Lucinas as far as I can tell and Meta Knight recently seems to be highly regarded. I haven't seen much of MKs in FG though. And then there's Link, who makes up for all lack of presence. Strangely Toon Link hardly challenges his alter ego's dominant presence.

Still going to support Team green. Heavy Fire Emblem Bias goes!

Prize for 1st on both 3DS & Wii U was an Item Lobber Sword with +88 Attack and -9 Defense.

Wow! :O As abx called it, Cloud could very well be the next :4falcon:, since I've seen him & :4link: more than anyone else during that week, followed by fellow Marths, and then just about the entirety of the 2010s Team. :o Mety's lack of presence was not even a problem, considering how big of a lead the 1990s Team earned. Amongst the DLC Cast Members, it's looking like Cloud > Corrin > Roy to me.

(You almost forgot to mention the run-in you had with a, quote-on-quote, "defensive" player of me during that week on the 3DS's U.S. FG FFA room~)

<RL Me> "Oh yeaaah, I DO have a shout-out to give to DatClutchShield~"

(Way to namedrop the sent replay title, Splooshi.)

<Sylus the male non-shiny :235: with an orange-colored tail tip and a tangerine-colored bowtie> "Your performance during that match as that Marth was QUITE the demonstration that you indeed ARE thee player who wrote this and that."

(It's pretty clear that he knows how to fight me, given all those posts he's written for that Thread over the last near-full-year. Perhaps enough for you to say that his performance in that match was quite stylish?)

<Sylus> "Were it possible for one to style on FG FFA combatants any further, by now, he would've surely brought out--" *Holds up his tail towards the sky* "The stylus!"

<RL Me> "Oh hey, that IS what I bring out, whenever I play Smash Run, Pokemon Picross & Shuffle, & Splatoon~" :D

<Sylus> "Wonderful! :) Say, speaking of Splatoon, suppose my kind might've served as an inspiration for the Squid Kids?"

<RL Me> "Hmmmmm, maybe~ How the Inkbrushes and Octobrushes function there WOULD be how your kind would function there~" BionicBunion

<Sylus> "I've also heard you claiming that my kind would make for QUITE the unique addition to Pokken, with our turf-inking tailbrushes being among the top reasons for that."

<RL Me> "Well, you ARE in the background of one of the stages, doing what your kind does best: Painting portraits~" :3

<Sylus> "I DO wonder what effects could happen from either myself and or my opponents stepping on inked turf, whether in Field OR Duel Phase, as well as what it would mean for either of us to be marked with my ink...."

<RL Me> "As fascinating as that sounds, such speculation should probably be taken to the Pokkenboards section of Smashboards, presumably in that one Thread about potential DLC ideas, or perhaps the General Social Thread. Before I do continue onwards to the Regularly Scheduled Programming, I'd like to announce that you, Sylus with the Stylus, WILL BE in thee ambitiously-in-perpetual-development fic series, Shimmering Eyes."

<Sylus> "That you HAVE been saying while you were designing me. Before I DO let you go, could you vow to me something near & dear to my being?"

<RL Me> "If you're expecting me to answer with the SiTeR Eyes active, you're asking the wrong guy."

<Sylus> "What? Splooshi, I thought you were with the Coalitionists like I am."

<RL Me> "Not entirely, since I HAVE confessed to adoring a certain scene from Chapter 6 of BaenYO Nerffa 1, which I'm certain would anger you as much as that image of the 'Chu Trio from 3 weeks ago greatly angered Kehtas & Mote."

<Sylus> "As much as you wish you could share it here, it's too bad that her own series is rife with countless E-Sports UNfriendly content that my own paintings would never include."

<RL Me> "And that is a significant portion of the kind of battles you'll wage in Shimmering Eyes."

<Sylus> "Right you are, Splooshi. Speaking of battles...." *Tightly hugs his tail as his eyes begin to suddenly well up with tears!*

*Cue "Futari no Kage" by Suga Shikao, which was used as an Insert Song during an early part of Honey & Clover 2, Episode 11!*

<Video Clip Projection> *Shows a VERY familiar clip of a certain scene from the Anime Opening Sequence Script for Shimmering Eyes: The Bubble Bursting Chapter, minus the 2nd Darker Than Black OP playing in the background, and plus the above Insert Song playing right now, which has been provided below....*

*Camera angle pans upwards as Sirt (whose eyes have now transitioned from Shimmering to Trickling) cautiously soars into the early moonlit distance with Tobe atop his head, both of whom leave a stream of tears mid-flight*

OP END!

<Sylus> *Eyes transition from thee Shimmering to Dripping!* "Tobe's wing is as important to his livelihood as my tail is for my art.... If ANYTHING were to happen to my tail, I don't know what I'd do with myself, or how I'd continue living on without it...." *Eyes transition from Trickling to Raining as he tightly clings onto his tail with both hands & runs out of the area, loudly wailing for a certain older sister....* "Lady Artasia!!" *Is now out of the area after leaving behind a stream of tears!*

<RL Me> "He'll be back~ I've got plans for him to be in another scene at some point. :> NOW I can finally get back to the Regularly Scheduled Program."

We now return you to your Regularly Scheduled Program.

Hard to make any predictions for this one. On 3DS, all three of them are somewhat rare according to my experience. Pikachu seems popular, but he hasn't much of a trackrecord in carrying conquest parties on his own. Villager managed mixed results in small groups while Luigi seemingly relies on carriage through others.
That is 3DS though, which seems to divert in character populariy at times. Still I dare to call a Villager win on bothplatforms (morst firmly on 3DS), but myself will contribute to Luigi's fraction because I like him most out of those three and yay green as well.

Please pardon me, readers, but for just this moment, before I start off our Weekly Scheduled Program, I'd like to step into "quote-unquote Real Talk" territory for a bit by giving a friendly reminder for some of our North American readers, such as myself, that this year, the due date for filing taxes is April 18th, NOT today, the 15th, for once. Why is that so?

http://taxes.about.com/od/Federal-Income-Taxes/qt/tax-deadlines.htm
About.com said:
This year, the tax deadline falls on April 18, 2016. That's the deadline to file personal tax returns (such as Form 1040) with the Internal Revenue Service. Normally, the deadline is April 15th. But this year, April 15th is Emancipation Day, a legal holiday in the District of Columbia. Under a special rule, whenever the tax deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a legal holiday, the tax deadline is moved to the next business day, which this year is Monday, April 18, 2016. (That special rule, by the way, is section 7503 of the Internal Revenue Code.)

Residents of Maine and Massachusetts get an extra day to file. April 18th is Patriots' Day, a statewide legal holiday in Maine and Massachusetts. Accordingly, residents in those two states have until April 19, 2016, to file their personal tax returns.
<Yooji> *Snickers* "It's rather fitting that it'd be the guy with 2 Associate's Degrees, one for General Business, his minor, and the other for Accounting, his major, who'd bring something like THIS up."

<RL Me> "Right you are, bishounen bookkeeper~"

<Yooji> *Blushes* "Awww, why thank you~"

<Teyin the male fully dark orange colored Nago-styled Cat> *Appears apprehensive as he stands upright on his two back feet* "Come to think of it, you don't suppose that the act of filin' taxes is going to be a thing in Shimmering Eyes, will it?"

<Yooji> "No way! Not only have we Onion Ocean residents, let alone ANY Pop Starians, NEVER been SEEN dealing with a North American styled taxing system, but the very subject would probably bore youngins and other adults to brandishing the SiTeR Eyes!"

<Teyin> "Well, I suppose yer right, Yooj~ As fascinatin' as our creator Splooshi SEEMS to find the whole process of filin' taxes, I DOUBT that dere'd be many readers who'd share his passion for tax season, no matter how much life, comedy, and love he would try to inject into such topics."

<Yooji> "The same would probably go for our day to day operations at Steins;Keep, which Splooshi plans on having more than just the rosy side that THEE Bartender anime wonderfully shows going on there."

<Teyin> "And we don't just mean rowdy patrons getting quote-unquote, 'tipsy to stay in da mood', either. Wer talkin' organizin' da logistics for gatherin' da ingredients with which to create our signature quote-unquote 'dranks', including the E-Sports questionable slash UNfriendly 'spirits'."

<Yooji> The Accounting process would also be brought up, which would include me claiming that I'd pick either the First In First Out or Specific Identification inventory cost flow method myself, or even both, for keeping track of our inventory.

<Teyin> We should probably let Splooshi START the Weekly Scheduled program before he gets carried away with typin' out what he considers to be a rousin' conversation between you the bookkeeper and me the bartender, who may or may not also be the owner of Steins;Keep.

<Yooji> "Hey, I MIGHT be a CO-owner with you."

<Teyin> *Brandishes THEE Shimmering Eyes as he imagines Yooji AND himself getting arrested for false accusations of himself allowing a minor to self-intoxicate!* "At the age of 16? When you're not even legally allowed to drink?! Yooj, I REFUSE to risk losing ourselves to local law enforcement!"

<Yooji> Oh yeaaah, I forgot that I'm slated to be that young.... *Bashfully grins* ... And that my shift ends when it's night time. Whoops! XD

<Teyin> *Takes a deep breath as his urge to transition his eyes from Shimmering to Trickling disappears, though he lets his welled-up tears linger* "Yer very much welcome. Now let's actually take our leave, please." *Lowers himself to being on all fours* "In a speedy style~"

<Yooji> "You sure about that, Catbus? Your eyes looked like they were going to transition to Trickling."

<Teyin> "I vow to you on my Shimmerin' Eyes that yer assurance helped soothe me."

<Yooji> "Very well then, I'll gladly take you up on your ride, Catbus~" *Carefully seats himself on Teyin's back* "Somebody draw us in these positions, we'd look so cool this way~" *Tightly grips Teyin's back*

*Cue "Yuuutsu wo Fukitobase!" by Kawai Kenji from the Eden of the East Original Soundtrack*

<Teyin> "And awaaaay we go~" *RUNS out of the area now with Yooji in tow, leaving a small stream of tears in his wake!*

We now return you to your Weekly Scheduled Program.

Wii U Results:

:4villagerf: got 1st with 37% in the World, 36% in the Americas, 34% in Europe & Oceania, and 35% in Japan. Scores achieved with Chillager were 27 points on Wii U & 51 points on 3DS.
R. Mikachu-- er, :pikachu: got 2nd with 33% in the World, 33% in the Americas, 37% in Europe & Oceania, and 37% in Japan.
:4luigi: got 3rd with 30% in the World, 31% in the Americas, 29% in Europe & Oceania, and 28% in Japan.

Prize for 1st on Wii U was Hard Braker Clothes.
Prize for 2nd on 3DS was 1000G.

<Cehwin> Hahaa! Our dear Libwaechu won on the 3DS! :D

<Sebrin> *Remains surprisingly cheerful, despite his eyes welling up with tears* Yet she lost on the Wii U, despite it being the console that has Pokken on it.... ¦)

<Cehwin> *Patpats Sebrin on the shoulder* Hang in there, Seb. At least we electric mice got Top 2 that week~ :)

<Sebrin> That we did~ ¦D (So long as nobody licks my tears, my sweet FAKES will remain!) Though I DO have one question about this week's Conquest: Why is Wyu with Falcon if there isn't a Stweet Fighter Zero?

*Cue "High-tech -Theme of JULI & JUNI-" by Hideki Okugawa from the Street FIghter Alpha/Zero 3 OST*

<RL Me> Actually Seb, there IS a Street Fighter Zero SERIES. It's just CALLED Alpha in North Amurica and Europe. Over in Japan and the rest of Asia, alongside a few other regions like Brazil and Oceania, it really IS called Street Fighter Zero.

<Cehwin & Sebrin> "Ohhhhh~";o

<Cehwin> You sure seem to know what songs to bump up when, Splooshi~

<Sebrin> Yeah, it's almost like as if you WISH that you could rep us in a traditional fighting game or something.

<Cehwin> Possibly even Pokken~ I mean, we ARE in the background during more than 1 stage in it~ Plus, I've also overheard Splooshi call us Chichi & Nene, Hisui & Kohaku, and the Nakanishi Sisters.

<Sebrin> Ceh, all 3 of those duos feature just girls. If our kind's going to be playable OR Supports, then both of our kinds will likely be female.

<Cehwin> You might be right about that, Seb. Pokken could PROBABLY stand to have some more girl power, if you ask me~

*Cue "Henka" by Kawai Kenji from the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Original Soundtrack Vol.2 (anime version)*

<Sebrin> *Suddenly appears quite alarmed!* "Ceh, we should probably take our leave now before the Cinnei Sisters start thinking that we're oogling over R. Mikachu again!"

<Cehwin> *Uses Nasty Plot to help himself think back to how badly Linnei & Rinnei spanked them for suspicions that he & Sebrin were lusting after Libre, deep within their hearts.... and fearfully brandishes THEE Shimmering Eyes!* "We really should, Seb! I REALLY don't want them to worry about our allegiance to them!" D8

<Sebrin> "Would they seriously think that our Waining Eyes WOULD say otherwise!? We vowed to them on those eyes that we'd NEVER meet with Libwaechu!"

*Cue "Winning Run" by Kawai Kenji from the Eden of the East Original Soundtrack*

<Teyin> *Runs back on-stage withOUT Yooji riding him, and upon stopping, appears to be out of breath!* I'm here.

<Cehwin> "CATBUS!" 8D *Immediately seats himself on Teyin's back!*

<Teyin> Oof! *Breath!*

<Sebrin> Wait a minute, he doesn't live in the same universe as us. How is he able to be here right now? O_O

<Teyin> *Is not AS out of breath as he was a bit earlier* Smashboards-- *Breath* Magic-- *Breath* Of Co-- *Breath* Existence.

<Cehwin> I'm so glad that we can co-exist here in this moment! Catbus, PLEASE take us home to the Cinnei Sisters! They must be worried SICK about our allegiance!

<Teyin> "I may not understand how dat would be so, but dose Shimmering Eyes of yours, along with yer urgent-soundin' cries, appear to be genuine. C'mon Sebrin, we musn't make da Cinos wait any longer for yer return."

<Sebrin> *Snaps out of his pondering stupor over Teyin's response to his question from earlier* O-Ohh! *Rushes over to Teyin, though he seats himself withOUT the high amount of force that Cehwin exerted* "Alright, let's go!"

<Cehwin> "Onwards, to our beloved mates, the Cinnei Sisters!"

<Teyin> (If ANYONE were to see us now, the SHEER cuteness would generate SO many squees, ESPECIALLY from the fangirls!) "Farewell for now, readers!" *Runs out of the area with the Bwin Twins on his back!*

We now return you to your Weekly Scheduled Program.

It may have been almost 2 whole months since I've been gifted my avatar by Tartoon, but at long last, an explanation for why I've wanted who I did for it has finally been put into words elsewhere on these boards:
It DOES seem to be a random selection, but I've got my reasons for all of them being there:

:4ludwig: is both my 1st Sm4sh main, and one of my go-to peeps for Kart 8 (His hair is FABULOUS when he's coming out of the water~). I requested him to be seated facing that way, because somebody's gotta be MOY's 2nd pair of eyes in the back, while MOY himself is running 'n gunning straight ahead of himself~
I can also comedically imagine him sounding & speaking as much of a genius in conducting classical music as Chiaki from Nodame Cantabile is, withOUT the quality or the results to back it up. X3

MegaOrange:yoshi: (Or simply "MOY" as I've taken to calling him) is my absolute #1 Mugen main for a whole host of reasons, a couple of which you can check out for yourself in my signature. :> If you're having trouble downloading him for some reason, I could offer you my secure DropBox link if you like~ :kirby:

"PRETTY sure that my stance here during one of my Supers influenced Splooshi to request TarToon to draw me as you see me in the avy~"

<RL Me> *Blushes profusely as I nervously chuckle!* "It was also because I wanted someone to be your passenger in that pic, so not only would said passenger be in a position to shine, there'd also be room made for the next two guests, which was certainly the stronger reason here."

"Such well-stated selflessness, Splooshi. I suppose it's worth the price of me showing off my tail to all our readers, as much as it bothers Splooshi for not being completely friendly to E-Sports, though at least I DO have my Mega Buster to dissuade folks from messing with me."

<RL Me> Fret not about me being among those folks, MOY, Miss Bayonetta's more shady in that department, anyways~ I'm ready to leave you be now, so I'll soon cover the next two.

"Taking my leave now~ Bye~"

<RL Me> *Blushes brighter as he gazes in awe at how fast MOY can actually move while walking that way in Mugen....* "No other Yoshi or Classic Mega Man in Mugen can move as fast as you, just like how Marthcina outwalks anyone that isn't Speed Shulk, Speed Kirby, or Lightweight Palutena~" *Shakes himself out of his fanboying stupor!* "A-Anyways, next two~"

Bun/Tuff would be my dream main, were he to ever be playable in any Kirby game. He's divekicking here, not only because he once opened up an episode of the Kirby anime WITH a divekick, but his Japanese name, Bun, rhymes with Yun, who's definitely inFamous for his divekicks, moreso than his brother Yang (who I actually main in 2I, 3S, and USF4!), due to him also having Genei-Jin during 3rd Strike, and the amount of damage he gets with Red Focus Cancels in USF4. Needless to say, I sometimes fantasize about Bun fighting like Yun, even featuring 3S-styled Genei-Jin JUGGLES. ;3

Also, in my younger days, I SO wanted his hair style, that during my high school years, I grew out my hair to match his length on the front side TWICE, and also both times, I donated my hair to the Locks of Love charity afterwards. :D

Bandanna Dee is my Day 1 Return to Dreamland main, due to him having the whole "There's NO WAY that anyone would actually WANT to be him. XD" factor, as well as him having the 2nd fastest horizontal air speed out of the cast (:4metaknight: is 1st in that regard, and I'm excluding Wing :4kirby:). With a certain Gecko Code, he can be Team Leader, which in what I nickname "Ongoing Corridor 13: Arcana Leader Must Live", he's awesome at being, due to him being very comfy with lobbing spears in the back from the air, which is QUITE the safe position to be in boss battles. :3

<Mote the turquoise female Waddle Dee with a teal bandanna> "I'm one of his many fangirls~" *Upon realizing that she just said that out loud, puts her flippers in front of her now-blushing face cheeks* "Except I've never actually met him in person at all, since he doesn't ever really visit Onion Ocean these days...." *Eyes begin to shimmer as she laments over how her admiration for him, via the way she's dressing, will put her into actual trouble at some point during the ambitiously-in-perpetual-development fic series, Shimmering Eyes....* "I hope that Batamon Kehtas will see me as more than just 'one of the boys'....." *Eyes transition from Shimmering to Trickling! ((<Mote> "Translation: My welled-up tears are beginning to trickle down my face cheeks."))* "Yet if ANY of those Dees were to EVER gain a voice like what I have, I'm afraid that I might go with that suddenly-voiced Dee instead of Kehtas, who will probably have done so much for me by then....."

*Cue "Oriental Flower" by Daisuke Ishiwatari from the Blazblue Calamity Trigger OST, skipped ahead to the 00:43 mark*

<Mote> *Fantasizes about Bandanna Dee using THEE Copter Spin (as pictured in the avy~) to guard MOY, Ludwig, and Bun from suddenly falling rocks (presumably due to Wham Bam Rock dropping them from above~), and squees over that heroic imagery with such fervor, that her Trickling Eyes transition into the Raining Eyes! ((<Mote> "In other words, as Splooshi here seems awfully embarrassed about typing this aloud in his own voice, I'm now fullheartedly shedding many tears of hype~!"))*
<Mote> *Forlornly looks down at the floor while tracing a circle with 1 foot* "It's too bad that there's going to be tears here tonight for a different reason than sheer hype...."

*Cue "Way to the glory -WINNING-VS.-" by Isao Abe from the Street Fighter Alpha/Zero 3 OST*

Wii U Results:

Captain Ryu got 1st with 50% in the World, 49% in the Americas, 51% in Europe & Oceania, and 51% in Japan. Scores achieved with "Son Goku" :4ryu: were 30 points on Wii U & 56 points on 3DS.
S(p)amuses got 2nd with 27% in the World, 27% in the Americas, 27% in Europe & Oceania, and 29% in Japan.
Spacies got 3rd with 23% in the World, 24% in the Americas, 22% in Europe & Oceania, and 20% in Japan.

<SFA3 Announcer> "Yeaah, the world's waitin' for ya!"
"Right on the marks. This week's results were practically pre-ordained."
Prize for 1st was Ray Gun Gloves on both Wii U and 3DS (+76 Attack & -31 Defense)

Star Fox Zero may be out today, but the week leading up to it didn't exactly help them out here.... :I

RP Scene later, hopefully??? *INB4 Star Fox Zero & Splatfest & possibly even FE Fates getting in my way of that*

Points So Far: 7 points on Wii U & 3 points on 3DS, both for Orange Flame Hair :4bowser:

Oh boy, time to rep my favourite pocket! My prediciton will be 1. Lucas 2. Yoshi 3. Peach based on my experiences so far. At least for 3DS, but I'm brave enough to extend that to the Wii U just like that.

I was repping Team Smooth btw and got only gold as well.

"Just to let you know, abx, the body you saw above wasn't actually IN that week's Conquest, but rather the being that I represented with my color scheme, as evidenced by thee Mega Buster that I held in my left hand in last week's post."

"Anyways, on with the show."

*Cue "Battle Times" by Yuka Tsujiyoko, Kenichi Nishimaki, and Masaya Kuzume from the SNES Metal Combat: Falcon's Revenge OST*

Wii U Results:

:4lucas: (<Nostalgia Critic> "Darling~") got 1st w/ 43% in the World, 44% in the Americas, 40% in Europe & Oceania, and 43% in Japan. Points earned with Boney Shirt Lucas was 28 on Wii U~

got 2nd w/ 23% in the World, 24% in the Americas, 22% in Europe & Oceania, and 20% in Japan. Points earned with
was 82 on Wii U~
<Persona 4 Arena Announcer> "A total reversal!" :O

:4peach: got 3rd w/ 26% in the World, 26% in the Americas, 30% in Europe & Oceania, and 21% in Japan.

Prize for 1st on 3DS was a Tough Edge Helmet with +89 Defense & -4 Speed. For a more reliable recovery with this on, try running Beat (Up 3) with this~
Prize for 1st on Wii U was 1 Tough Edge Clothes (*Has yet to check stats, but presumes it to be the same as ^*)

This week, I was pleasantly surprised by how aggro-- <Sequelitis!Egoraptor> "MEGA MAN, MEGA MAN!!" XD
.... Can be, when you land while in the middle of firing Buster Shots, as well as walking up to someone while firing said shots. ;o
Also, upclose UTilt is love~ ;)

I've gotta say, it was quite sweet to have called that week as well as I did, the last time Lucas showed up in a Conquest styled like that one. :)

More Shimmering Eyes details later this week??? Maybe??? *Has been prepping quite a few plotlines, characters, and scenes for quite some time now.... and is itching to develop them enough to finally showcase them around here eventually*

Alas, another Splatfest awaits, among other things....

*Cue "mother" by dai from the Umineko no Naku Koro ni musicbox Blue Disc1*

<Snoy the snow-colored female Batamon (with dark red shoes and a glaucous lampshade hat)> "Much like the upcoming Mother's Day on this Sunday, Splooshi hasn't been forgetting his ambitiously-in-perpetual-development fic series. In fact, my appearance here marks a little progress for me, and by extension, my husband Aldis. For one, I'm slated to be Kehtas's mother, and despite my portrayal in that Episode Preview Sequence...." *Eyes begin to well up with tears!* "I vow to you readers on my Shimmering Eyes that NEITHER ME, NOR my husband are the vindictive monsters that our 1st impressions made us out to be! If Splooshi can EVER finish writing up that ED Sequence Script for one of the chapters of Shimmering Eyes, among other scenes, we'll show you all how that is so!"

*Cue "Feast of Betrayal" by Hamazu Masashi from the FINAL FANTASY XIII Original Soundtrack Disc 3*
