What do you think they'll end up calling the game? It was left with a tentative title so we don't even know the name of the game. So I created this topic, on what do you think the name of the game will be.

I'd personally like it to be simply "Super Smash Bros." It'll be the only game titled as such anyways, hypothetical Virtual Console releases of the N64 game for example aside, so why the need for a subtitle?

Before SSB4 was called Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U, I had this idea that it would be called Super Smash Bros. Royale, but now that I think about it, it would be a bit too similar to PSASBR name-wise...

In Kid Icarus Uprising, Palutena mentions a name for a female version of Smash Bros. and she calls it "Super Bash Sisters"
Since Sakurai had involvement this is as far as well get for an official name of a female name for Smash Bros.

If they're marketing this Smash Bros as a sequel rather than a port, I don't think it'll be called Super Smash Bros for Switch. They'd likely want to differentiate it from the previous games.

I could see them just going for a clean "Super Smash Bros" actually. I think it's hard to know what the name will be though, it could be anything.

After hours of careful analysis and research, I decided upon:

SUPER SMASH BROS BADMANS FOLLY

Yes, yes, it makes so much sense, it truly fits the naming scheme of previous titles.

I'd love it if they go back to the melee and brawl style names.
However, I do think they'll pick SSB Switch.
