Rumble really tugs on those nostalgia strings for some reason. Would be a great title.

And we already have Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, and Japan already has Smash Bros Deluxe (In America we call it Melee), and yet Deluxe is an option in the poll.

Well, given how this game doesn't have to share a title between two systems, it seems likely they'll go back to the name convention of "Super Smash Bros." with the addition of a synonym for a fight or battle.

With that in mind, really the only plausible name is Super Smash Bros. Kerfuffle, although I'm partial to Super Smash Bros. Fisticuffs.

Super Smash Bros. for Switch.

My reasoning: I highly doubt it is a Smash 5, the time between the end of the Smash 4 development until now just isn't enough for the development of a brand new AAA game. That is, unless they are releasing a smaller game, as a "service", with fewer characters, in order to release more characters in the future. Think Splatoon 2 with the updates or even Street Fighter V, Killer Instinct (2013).

So, I think it is a Smash 4 Deluxe. All of the content from both the 3DS and Wii U versions (Spirit Train in HD ), plus a bunch of new characters and stages. Perhaps a new mode, too, but who is to say? Therefore, I think it makes sense to keep the naming scheme from Smash 4.

It can be a Smash 5 even it is not a "game as a service", but in this scenario, I think the development would have started before the development of Smash 4 ended. In which case, the development team wouldn't be the same.
