It's Dream Land 64... The favorite of Smash 64's competitive players stages appears here if not if appears on the Wii U version ...

If appears on the 3DS version and don't in the Wii U likely this people going to bother Nintendo for not bringing a competitive scenario Smash Wii U (?)

This makes me feel even better about the leak, wow. I hope that means good things for Roy and Ryu, too. But I'll keep myself as reigned in as possible... phew.

I'm hoping they reveal Roy at E3 and announce he will be released in the Summer season. Then when the FE concert happens, Sakurai (who's presenting at the event) will announce that Roy will be available immediately after the event is over. That's my dream scenario.

I just can't see them waiting all the way until July for the announcement especially with the info that's out now. It's such a long waiting period and it's really disheartening.

Not only that but having Roy revealed at E3 will allow him to have his own section on the Wii U/3DS Character Discussion like Lucas has http://smashboards.com/forums/lucas.525/

So, apparently, the leaks is about 5 new "Mario character", that will be replaced by DLC characters.
One is Lucas for sure, so 4 slots remains...and this makes Roy's return a lot more plausible!

At the E3 we will probably see a DLC pack of Lucas, Roy, Ryu, Wolf and one more (Snake?)...and I'll have to hold my breath for more than 2 months... >_>

lol, ya'll getting anxious over waiting two~three months for some Roy news, fellow Mewtwo fanatics had to wait 6 months after his reveal for any sort of gameplay footage or official release date. Characters revealed from here on out will undoubtedly have it easy with Lucas-esque trailers and reveals, compared to just two still images from the 3DS and Wii U. Just makes me chuckle at some of the impatience.

My best guess at the moment is that we'll be seeing Roy at E3. With the way the character victory themes are numbered, Ryu is next and then Roy. With E3 being such a huge event and many of the fans hanging on the edge of their seat for Smash news, one reveal just doesn't seem like enough, you know? Don't get me wrong, Ryu is huge news, but while the directs were only announcing one character at a time, both E3s over the last two years announced 3 characters apiece. Things are a little different now that we've moved on to DLC, but Nintendo would still want to bring their A-game.

A reveal at the FE concert would be neat, but have any characters for Smash 4 been revealed outside of Nintendo Directs? Plus with the event being Japan-only it just seems less likely to me.

Which means we'd get more newcomers from the Ballot after the 6 pre-determined DLC.

Well, lets be honest here. Mewtwo's reveal was a megaton all in itself, officially revealing both Mewtwo and DLC at the same time. I don't know about you, but I couldn't have cared less that Mewtwo wasn't revealed in a trailer, I was just overexcited for DLC/Mewtwo confirmation altogether!

The drought of information on Mewtwo was pretty much coinciding with a drought of information from Nintendo altogether. We had like what, one Direct in between? And it was a really, really lame one IIRC. lol

The Awakening outfit is cool, but it's wrong for Roy. Roy isn't 'from' Awakening in the same way he's from Binding Blade; I think he should have the outfit from the game in which he starred.

Marth's design is taken straight from FE12 (New Mystery of the Emblem). It's not a hybrid.

After Mewtwo + 7 there are 5 additional “Mario”s listed. This means, that there are 5 additional unused characters in the fighter table in the latest update. Right now, we know for sure that Lucas is coming. After Lucas, it is heavily suggested that Roy (Fire Emblem) and Ryu (Street Fighter) will be incoming as DLC. Therefore, we have two additional slots for DLC. Whether the two slots will be used for the ballot results, or for pre-ballot result DLC is unknown. Stay tuned for additional information.

Fun fact: When I saw Mii Swordsman's final smash, I thought "Wait, did he just use a final smash that was meant for Roy?"

Roy should have his Master Lord attire as his main outfit, but his Awakening DLC outfit could still be used for a reveal. I don't see the issue of a secondary costume being used for a reveal.

That being said, I can't see his Awakening DLC gear being used as a main costume since 1: It's not from his game of origin, and 2: It's a DLC costume where it originates. Marth and Ike didn't get any special treatment with alts, so I can't see Roy getting it at all. It'd still be pretty sweet. I'm not against it, and I wouldn't mind it being his main appearance too much.

Maybe we'll see alternate DLC costumes, including the FE crew. Lucina is going to be DLC in FE: If, Marth is confirmed and there's hints towards Ike, maybe a distribution is planned there and those costumes or a previous appearance for each character will show. We have Mii Fighter outfits as DLC, are character alts really out of the question as a price in-between of Miis and DLC characters? Inb4 people say "put x character that doesn't fit at all like Roy on Math/Lucina/Ike as an alt."

I don't mean to bash, but I think adding K.Rool into smash would be a monumental mistake. All we would get is yet another heavy class character as yet another villain. Be reasonable now, should we really include yet another Donkey Kong Rep when there are dozens, if not thousands of unrepresented games in smash bros.

And people really want that one enemy from one of Nintendo's biggest franchises, with absolutely no character to speak of whatsoever, or defining features because... why?
