Luigi was fun as heck in brawl-. I won vs Dark Peach in a set, lost to the best Pikachu in brawl- in my state and a really good Wolf.

I think i got 11th or 9th out of 16 or so. First brawl- tournament.

Speaking of which, Can someone help me hack my brawlz. I am getting bored of Brawl norm on Wifi/CPUs are crap.

falcon has nothing to keep luigi from getting inside his uair/utilt range and then the only thing falcon has that stands a chance is jab.... and luigis jab out range/disjoints it by far, and luigi can combo him like doo doo, falcon cannot edgeguard luigi either

I tried it myself and it didn't work. I heard there was a non-homebrew way.

I just want to set up brawl/brawl+/Rbrawl (regular brawl wut).

the sd card method is pretty much the only way i know how to get them to work, as in homebrew

if you want all 3 on one SD card i recommend doing riivolution. http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Riivolution

then to get it loaded, i would recommend installing HBC and stuff, but smash stack will get the job done. http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Smash_Stack

you dont have to rename your private folder or anything, just make sure that you delete your custom stages and you can merge the folders. also, i think you have to disable custom stages for random and stuff, otherwise it crashes. i dont use smash stack, so this may not be the case.

I didn't get to the brackets at Bushido Brawl Impact, the biggest European Brawl tournament that has ever happened. It's the first time in my life I do not beat pools... And that's a weird feeling.
Dayum, it motivated me more than anything else. I don't want to let that happen ever again, and that mean I have to become a lot better. I'll make sure people fear my Luigi and my Diddy, not the opposite.

The worst about it, is that I never played that good with Luigi and Diddy. I shoryukenned everyone in the pool at least twice, my Diddy did not get gimped nor ledgecamped a single time, I DI'd like a boss and I forced most people in my pool to switch characters. I got compliments from everyone in the pool and they were all shocked that I did not take a spot. That means I have to step it up a lot. No more 'o**** I'm left handed I can't rise with the tornado' johns. No more 'I did not train against Olimar and Sheik' ****. That was the weak-trek's way of thinking. I'm going to get to another level now. That's why my tag, from now on, will be KerT instead of TreK (and that's also why I'll probably spend the next two weeks in the training room).

first time i entered singles in like 6 months i ****ing get 17th

Wolf and GaW? Your spacing game should be superior from practicing against MK...Just bait Wolfs FSmash, they usually Bair Spam, walk away FSmash if they dont hit you with any...GaW is a difrent story...What I do is bait bair and purposly get hit by it...Then SDI up and land on top of them with nair...

Oh don't worry about that.
I have two clear uses for cpus.
1st is I get hit on purpose every time for several matches ; and thanks to DI / anti juggles maneuvers, I try to reset the situation the best way possible, like I'd try to do in tourneys.
2nd is I learn what moves beat what other moves by playing normally or almost. It gives me more time to adapt to the opponent in tourney matches, because I don't waste this time adapting to his character : I already know everything there is to know about it.

No autopilot is going to sprout out of it :D

Yay. I wasn't really asking whether Luigi counters Sheik or not. I read somewhere the matchup is Luigi adv, but I actually don't care about it ; I just don't know WHY, and that cost me a tournament match D:
So I'd like people that know the matchup, like you, to give me tips and strategies... What is annoying for her, what should we look for, what should scare us and how to avoid it, etc...

That, in exemple, is what I'm looking for :

Up tilt to combo
Down throw to combo
Back air his aerials
Down b vs his recovery/back air it
N-air to escape wolf's "combo's)

Pick any stage that forces Wolf to move often. Stay away from FD and SV. I find BF and Frigate our best option followed by Halberd due to the ceiling.
We do better on platforms easily so abuse them.

Watch out for d-smashes and boosted up smashes, tap a to up b works well and so does f-smash due to Wolf's LOLrange.
Don't recover highly due to wolf's d-smash.

Fox is fun to team with. up tilt to Luigi combos and up tilt to fox combos.

Pick aerial kill stages. stay away from Falco's ROFL
