Well, the positive things I can see about your playstyle is seemingly good use of upsmash, and upb oos... but overall you need to work on just general skill/playing with luigi a lot more in general.

0:09 - Hit n run tactics work well with Luigi. Get your damage in and bounce out. If you know your opponent well enough do what you need to do according to his/her habits. But just from that position you were in I woulda done either shield or ran away. You did neither and got juggled. I think you coulda shielded the 2nd Bair, but eh maybe he was playing differently than what you are used to.

0:25 - You got hit by Bair so many times by now. It's Yoshi's main approach and it's punishable on shield and it's very predictable when a Yoshi player will do it. Just be familiar with the range of his moves and yours and punish accordingly. Your Bair > Yoshi Bair.

As soon as you got the stock lead, you no longer have to approach because now if the time were to run out he lost due to stock count. In tournament, if there is a tie in stocks, it goes to %. So from here your playstyle should be pure defensive and punish correctly and as fierce as possible. Your death could have been avoided had you been more evasive and potentially get more damage in on him with your first stock.

1:18 - I like that D-Throw you did. You waited and attempted to read him with an Up-smash. Keep working on the D-Throw mix-ups :)

1:25 - Dat OoS Up-B...

1:50 - Change up your recovery game to psyche out your opponent on where you're going. It's bad enough Luigi's recovery is literally on a 2-way street: Either Upward, or Horizontal. And it's predictable. You'll take less damage/avoid losing a stock that way and will secure the win better.

2:05 - Now had you been behind, this would have been the WORST thing to do as a punish on the airdodge. Go for the guarantee smash. But luckily Luigi is a high-risk, high-reward character. Here it costed you a stock but it's all good you had another :D

2:22-2:35 - He had momentum and you took quite a bit of damage in that time. like I said before you don't have to approach anymore and should just do what's needed based on his ****-ups. The fact you showed your hand on what you wanted to do(Up-B), allowed him to bait your kill move and he punished. You probably got frustrated at this point and again he had momentum.

Close match. He punished your landing alot. I'm having the same problem. Don't be obvious with the airdodge or come down with an aerial or just try landing further away from your opponent. A way to help out with your playstyle is to play as if the goal in the game was to get their % to 999%. Camp more. Learn to call it quits when you're so close to Yoshi who's pivot grab beats everything we've got.
Slow down your tempo a bit and you should do fine in the future. I play aggro too and I wanna get those 0-Death combos too, but sometimes you just have to stop "here" or "there" and just wait until it falls in your lap and pounce on it.

I had alot of things going on at the time of writing this (baby girl drama and other gaming lol) so i apologize for the ****ty write-up and I was tired. =_= *yawns*

i feel bad, after she dumped me i started playing wii and then i was trying out new characters to decide my secondary, i liked marth so then i chose him for some event we had here, i won with him so i decided he was my main, but then i remembered how awesome luigi was and how good he dic in matches, but then i was thinking ''Weegees would flame me because i changed to marf like jbandrew did when he changed to Metaknight'' so then i was sad and remembering how awesome you guys were and how good this board was, so i felt bad because i wanted luigi back...

I remember some trolling guy that said i was a Spy on the weegee boards (i don't remember reasons). This was the main reason i really felt bad for it.

And the combo video thing, i really wanted to be part of the luigi group, but i couldn't, because i don't have a capture card, and when i said to jul that i had replays that scumbag said i was late and the project was already finished... THIS, ****ED ME UP. It shows me i'm just another brick on the luigi boards, and that i could never be recognized as a good luigi player

I'm feeling very depressed today. There's no real reason at all to be posting this here, i just wanted to go back and see my luigi buddys again :(

I have bad grades so i'm still on school,My crush friendzoned me, i'm feeling bad...

And i thought saying on a funny way would make you guys more comprehensive to what i had to say, but i'm no good for jokes today so i'll just tell the way i'm feeling...

hmm I hope you feel better man. Also don't stress about being a good luigi player. All the experience comes in due time and besides if marth or any other character really works out for you then stay with that character. No one is going to look down on you for switching characters.

Umm.....is there some kind of PS1 glitch that isn't character specific that I don't know of? I was just playing a cpu on PS1 and right after it finishes going to grass transformation I walk forward and fall through the stage..........

1. I'm Luigi, my recovery is too good

2. Left side under the higher platform where the lower platform isn't under it.

And all I did was walk forward. Didn't attack or dash or anything

And I did save the replay, I might upload the part where I fall through the stage

holyv, tell your crush straight up that you dont want to be in the friendzone.

you got friendzone'd because you weren't good enough at hinting that you liked her, OR she can't tell the difference between a friendly action and a move being made. so you have to be blunt.

Wow, it's been like forever since I've posted here :p (or so I recall posting here before) Anyways, I'll reintroduce myself. Despite my username, Yoshi is actually my worst main :p You can call me either Timmy or Yoshi. Anyways, Luigi is one of my several mains. I like his recovery abilities, makes him interesting. I hope to learn more techniques about him and play you on wi-fi sometime(since my parents would never let me go to a tourney >____>)
