Edit: if anyone else wants to bring a VCR to record matches, I have plenty of blank tapes to use and I'll just take whatever's recorded from each VCR and put them all online. If we got one for each TV, we could have the whole tourney recorded.

hey entel, do you happen to still have the original, uncompressed videos from Docking Station? If so, would you mind burning me a copy of them on a CD so I can get them from you at the tourney?

I want to improve the quality of them somewhat. Namely, deinterlace the matches so that those horizontal lines don't appear throughout the videos. It starts to hurt my eyes after a while if I try to watch them in full screen.

I started to do it to the ones you hosted but since it's running through yet another compression, it gets rid of the problem but also gives more loss of quality. So if you have the originals still, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Sars: how are these for terms on random?
1. Land on Zelda/Sheik, you get the one that matches the tier of the opponent.
2. If you get the same character you already played, you can choose to reselect.
3. No switching between dittos (?)
4. Each player knocks out 3 char. that they don't have to use if selected (?)
