Seriously, just pick Luigi, take a CPU Wolf into the training mode, and use Luigi's down taunt, regardless of whether you use it in front or behind him, it won't connect unless he does an attack or a taunt himself.

Actually it hit once but Wolf's prolly only open for like 10 frames or so (when he's in that position where his body's moving forward).
Somewhat like how Charizard's Nair tail fire won't hit Popo (or Nana; I forgot which one). I forgot what that's called.
