That's because I had a bunch of references handy. Character model sheets from Prime, her Brawl art, etc. It's just a Shantae-inspired Varia suit.

I've always loved the idea of a buffer Samus (more so than she is now at a bare minimum at least). So much so that I have an unfinished fanfic about the idea with an OC of mine named Gryph.

In earlier character sheets, Samus is described as a muscular woman. The only places I see that represented nowadays is the Awkward Zombie comics.
"The Power Suit hides a strong, muscular woman. Samus is six feet, three inches tall, and weighs nearly 200 pounds."
I would like to see Shantae and Samus more more defined muscle more often, though. It fits them.

Also more bird jokes, Samus being raised by Super Future Space Chickens is simply too easy a set-up joke to pass on.
Speaking of which, I'd love to see more ridiculous art of Shantae talking like The Genie from Aladdin. Joke after joke please.

Considering how bad Other M was, there's no where to go but up.
I don't mind out of character boob armor if Adam Malcovich is no where in sight. It's a worthy trade if I don't have to have my suit and weapons "authorized".

I mean in terms of gameplay, most likely a new 2D game, as WF has shown that they have experience.
I'm sure Nintendo would have strict guidelines in terms of character designs, enviornment design, behaviors, etc., especially after Other M.

Yes, some of Zero Suit Samus's animations are anatomy breaking if you actually pause the game during some of them.![]()
Also, I rather liked Other M. The only time I agree with people griping about Adam and his authorization was needing him to authorize the Varia Suit function.

Working on a young Shantae as well, along with Shantae in various Smash Bros costumes (specifically Mario, Sonic, Mega Man, Pac-Man, Ryu, and Pit)
