Justin.tv/playstation2 is still suspended... :( And this week'll be the last week that I can actually see it live, since I have a class around this time every weekday starting next week... T_T

EDIT: Looks like they relocated to Playstation1. HURRAY! :chuckle: (Couldn't post until commercial break... :p)

EDIT2: So with the "Mio/Yui cameo" last episode, their uniform looked a lot like the Kouyouen Academy uniform. Then, in this episode, the episode shows them going into Kōyōen Station. I just love the subtle foreshadowing... :)

LOL Funny thing about that...
But it's better if you watch it to find out. ;)

(And I see you no longer have a "text description of anime girls" avatar...)

What I've always heard is that when popular shows are airing, the earliest DVDs of them you can buy in Japan will be ~7,000 yen (about $70) and hold 2 or 3 episodes.

♣ It's always wise to wait for the completed DVD box set so it would cost less than to buy them. ;3 ♥

I never liked buying the later released box sets. Packaging and everything seems almost gimped
And sometimes, that goes for video quality too.
But this pertains to anime released outside of Japan.

The Clannad DVDs here are actually pretty good in quality. I only bought the first one though.
Upscaled on the PS3, it looks HD on my TV.

Each volume came with 2 DVDs. 6 episodes on each disc.
Subtitles looks ugly though.

I like Clannad enough to buy the two DVD "collection" sets, and I will buy them again if they release an art-box set (I'm actually hoping they will).

Hm...hurray for Rei getting my H-I-N-A lyrics! I'll most likely submit the other two versions of the song within 24 hours.

Yeeeep.

By the way, does the english box set of Haruhi have japanese audio with subs? I would REALLY like to know this before I buy it.
It should say on the box, but it should as far as I know. I have the boxset that was gradually released like 2 years ago, and it has that.

Niiice. Looks like I know where MY money is gonna go this month.

The reason I asked is because I absolutely hate the english dubs. Maybe I'm spoiled by the great japanese Kyon, but I don't know.

I actually like Haruhi's English dub.; not as much as the Japanese dub, but I still like it. I would actually say that the English dub was more worth it for me than the Japanese dub w/ subs for the DVDs, since I can't stand some of the sub's translations (e.g. "future men")... But I don't regret buying all of the limited editions (and the character CDs), since it's definitely a series worth supporting the industry for. But whenever I want to watch the Japanese dub, I just watch the digital version (Hitsuji's release) on my laptop.
(But Tomokazu Sugita is, indeed, amazing. Crispin Freeman is good, just not Sugita-good...)

100% agree with this.

Haruhi is one of the few anime series that I've actually bought lol.

Well, I kinda like it, but I watched Haruhi in japanese, and that's how I feel it should be. -shrugs-

It's just the way I like it. Lol. I know enough japanese to watch it with subs and tell when it's wrong, so it's ok.

And yes Sugita is amazing.

I just got around to watching Sigh II today. I like it. Drawings were nice too despite it's "K-On" moments in the artwork.
Now if only we could get Vanishment this year, then I'd be quite pleased.
Despite the fact that the majority of season 2 was plagued with E8, I'm still enjoying this season (since I only watched half of E8).

I should get around to watching the rest of E8 for fun. But I'm not that bored... yet.

Ha, I haven't watched any of them except for the first three. Lol. I need to watch the rest/the end sometime.

Also, I still need to get the newest Sigh, I completely forgot about it.

Pfft...I guess not everyone is a big enough fan to go over all of them again (after already watching each one at least twice) to see what the order of each event is (and what time they happen) in all the episodes. :p
