Edit: Assuming my kid doesn't grow up in Japan, I'm definitely going to start them on Japanese classes before their first word. With any luck I'll have a cute girl and her first word will be "Kawaii"

Yes...Clannad movie was absolutely dreadful. I watched it after watching the first season, and it spoiled some of the main plot points of After Story (people that have seen it should know what I'm talking about [but don't say what it is, since Minato and some others haven't seen all of After Story, yet]), which made it not a surprise at all when I got to it in After Story. That's the main reason why I regret watching the movie so much. Other reasons including the fact that they tried to cram in way too much stuff into 1.5 hours. Then there's the other stuff like inferior animation quality, uglier character design, etc.

I don't have a MyAnimeList account, unfortunately. I should make one soon, though, but I'm lazy...

PS: Since it's the end of the month, I'm going to change the image on my avatar. Any guesses on what it could be? (Don't say anything, Minato.)
