When Tec0 mentioned reading the EL manga a few days ago, I had the following to say:

And it still applies. Seriously, only read it if you really want to feel sad and confused for the next month or so.

Edit: speaking of depression, I'm playing the final/main route of Yume Miru Kusuri right now. The good end better be **** good to make up for all the **** they made this girl go through.

Lol I am pretty mad....I was at work today, and in my free time I was studying for my sociology final tomorrow, and the word deviance kept coming up and it kept making me think of delinquent, and that kept making me think of Ryuuji and then Taiga. And then it made me remember how sad I am that Toradora! is over =(

On another note, Gurren Lagann is so good. I knew I was going to like it because multiple people kept scolding me for not watching it yet.

I love LOVE Gainax.

You said it was EXTREMELY easy to understand (via IM), and you didn't even have that much knowledge of Japanese before. I'm tempted to check it out simply to see exactly how easy it is to understand; and will continue if it's not above my low threshold of stuff that is "too much of a drag" to understand. (LOL Sloth...)

And I would find an audio file of the Melee announcer saying "SUCCESS", but that goes under things that're "too much of a drag".
Can't wait to see what his reaction on E8 is! Make sure to tell me his reaction when that happens! And if he gets bored, tell him to do the thing I suggested many times a while back (i.e. watch part 1, part 2 up to the last café scene, then part 8 from that same café scene).

I marathoned E8. Same goes Kurasu, I think.
It wasn't as bad as I thought. lol

I marathoned E8 (with Minato over IM) after having already watched each episode of E8 at least twice... (But that's not something I should be bragging about... *goes to hide in a corner*)

And I know a couple of friends that went to see Sword of the Stranger in theaters, and they liked it a lot. (I didn't go because tickets were $12.50+tax... ...and I had a class during the time it aired in the limited showing)
