Clefable still works by shrugging off Probopass' attacks while setting up, Wishing whenever necessary. Charge Beam to +6 and continue.

When there was tried to make restrictions on using choice items (i.e. every move must work), everyone failed to follow the rules when using a choice item. So I banned them outright.

If choice items were allowed without restriction they'd be the most OP items in the game because as far as countering in this game goes they don't have drawbacks unlike Life Orb, Expert Belt, elemental plates, et cetera.

I think Choice items should be banned simply because I'd be a **** and throw out something like Specs Infernape.
