This is interesting. God knows I HATE Brawlvault's Audio section (it's so unorganized) and Smashboard's Brawl Music Hub is updated once every 10 years. I just wish this site combined more of what's out there.

For Overdrive, I only want the one with actual voices looped around the point I said in the post. (As long as the voice loops to itself in that point I'm fine with whatever happens to the bgm.)

The instrumental overdrive doesn't need to be looped, you can loop the whole song instead.

EDIT: Sorry to say this but Kinetic Harvest is too quiet, could you make it like 2x as loud when you get the chance?

I just tested them. They all sound perfectly fine for me.

If you've defragged already, I dunno what other methods you can try, sorry x.x

Linkshot/darksamus/Calvo/moosehunter might have a better idea on what else you can do.
