Maybe in CT my friend, but not when they nerfed all of her zoning moves. Lobelias have longer recovery time, they disappear when Rachel is hit, pumpkin goes less than half as far.

Her zoning game was better in CT and even then it wasn't some kind of impenetrable force. Willing to put money on this...

That's just it though... although I'm saying Rachel will be low tier, people will still play her (like me). She's not unusable (nobody is in either game) but I think she'll be terrible.

EDIT: Noel has a special intro with Ragna... which means (I believe) she has the most amount of special intros in the game. (4, if they didn't get rid of the Noel/A-11 one)

I live in New England, but this thread is more active than the Light House's BB thread so I figured I'd put my PSN here, since I play this game alot and I'm always looking for more people to play with.

I'm a Litchi main, and while her position in the tier list doesn't really affect my plans to continue maining her in CS (although I suppose it would be nice to play with a top tier character for a change), I can't really see her remaining that high as time progresses. I think that the people who've said she does well because people are familiar with her are right, and as the game is played other characters will supplant her.

I'm no expert by any means, but I would bet money that Tsubaki gets to lower high tier or higher mid-tier at some point.

Tsubaki is going to have trouble charging with how much this game relies on pressure from any point on the screen. As long as she doesn't rely too much on charging she should be fine.

Yeah, I've noticed when I go online that almost none of my friends are playing SF 4 or BB anymore (and I met most of them through those games). That's kind of the down side to sequels, they dampen the enthusiasm for the current iterations.
