I hope everyone had fun at Adams, sorry I couldn't make it, hwk day.

Alrite time to get on to that Fox vs. Falco thing. Yes Adam, most of the game is dealt with the people and their mind games, but this is just character match ups, not like Mew2King vs. DA Dave. But thanks for the input, we all know how important mind games are.

John, you've done your research well. The chain throw (which I think the Fox must jump cancel grab for) is a deadly thing versus a Falco. It takes some practice, but can easily give some major damage on a Falco. The thing that Falco has on Fox is combos though. Straight up shine combos which most of the time, Fox cannot DI that well out of, and Falco is too fast to try to counter attack from. Falco is a character that will constantly put pressure on a character, the range of Falco is amazing and will easily outdo a Fox. This gives a little thing that Falco's attacks in some situations would have better priority.

Another thing is the shine, Fox's that is. Fox's shine is the key against a Falco I believe. Falcos usually move so much that they can get caught off guard with shines and can easily lead to deaths (probably ask Eric when he plays Ryan). This can severly punish a Falco on any stage and give Foxes a quick stock.

Oh yeah, edgeguarding... IMO Falco has it there, better range and the spike. But I'm sure that people can probably avoid most of it by switching up forward B and up Bs and some crazy stuff. So overall, the match is in slight favor of Fox.

Thanks for seeing another rant. Comments on it if you please.

EDIT: Check back to this thread, you guys will get the link to the Crew battles sooner than all of other smashboards. It is uploading RIGHT NOW.

I was doing so good today in the smashfest until the very last match with Tiep. >_<
Before that I was on a role!

I need so much more practice against you Tiep. We play like 1 round 1v1 against each other once every smashfest. :p

hey Troy, just a suggestion for the vid. Can you add stock updates after each match? I think that was all that it was lacking. Other than that, thanks for the vid :)

Tiep I was thinking about that, but does it really matter? I was thinking that if I did do that, it could be a little pointless. A 6 vs 6 seemed fine enough for me, but if everyone really thinks that stock updates should be there, then I guess I would add that in.

EDIT: Sorry Roby I forgot to answer you!

Those screen recording programs should be pretty basic. Press a button and record what you do on screen. Are you saying possibly to hook up a cube and use your monitor to play and record? If so, that isn't a really good idea, it's a bit small.

Currently at 27KB/sec.

Looks like I'll have to wait until AFTER my interview at cosco to watch this v_v

Yeah Tiep u were crazy in crews no doubt I give u FULL props for that. I also credit myself for stepping up for their 'hard hitter' Sas, the one player who is on the Smash Panel Power Rankings (Top 25 players in USA) ranked at 13th. Props to Wilfred, for being forced into battle first, Eric, for breaking even in stock in his matchups, Tiep again, for playing smart and ****** Yagi with a char. disadvantage, John, for taking that last Sas stock and setting up Ryan by getting 2 stock off Tori's Falco, and finally, Ryan, for quite simply... "wrapping things up for us" ;)

Well I got 60kb/sec while DLing it.

We didn't really force Wilfred by going first but because he had to go. If he wasn't in a hurry I think he could have gotten 1 or 2 more stocks.

I R teh noob >.> well not really. I didn't do to bad considering the amount of time I've played peach. Could have been a lot of improvements but 3 stocks aint bad at all.

Adam nice job taking down Sas to 1 stock for me!

hey guys....haven't been on this board for a while cause of exams and such...

man...last last sunday was pretty fun, its a lil late...but i'll still put up some shoutouts

Tiep: Your samus is still crazy.....i still dunno how to beat it...can you gimme some pointers? lol, we should play again sometime soon before classes start again

Adam: Holy crap, i have never seen a ganon like yours before, your matches against yang were crazy. All your other characters pwn as well! :D. Oh yeah, I was that fox who teamed up with u many times in teams... we pwned :p

John: Your peach really surprised me man....too bad we only got to play 3 or 4 1v1's, I need to play your peach with my fox more to improve it...haha

Eric: Man...you pwn me so bad like tiep does with his samus...very nice falco and doc...Thx for iniviting me and my friends over that day, we had a blast...One last thing, I gotta witness a 1v1 between you and tiep..rofl

Ryan: Too bad we didn't 1v1 that day, we did team up once thou against Adam and John...double fox team ftw!

And i just read like...10 pages of this thread....Is there a chance i can fight for the top ten positions in the BC tier list? lol...i think i can be there :p

and about fox vs falco.... falco owns fox on FD, unless you have a fox like zelgadis in "shined blind"

He isnt really new. He was just not active on the forums. His name is Andrew. And ya Keith is newer than Andrew by like a whole year? Iono when kieth started playing. But I assume a year.

Andrew yes I think you should compete for top 10. You might have a really good chance.

Also the video beside the stock count tiep was talking about there could be something to show people who is on who's team. Like something to clarify that Patooty is on Team B.C. and Yagi is on Team WA.

If your busy troy just msg me and I can do this editing for you.

Hopefully far away from anybody who wants to know
Well... I have more posts! Ha! Ha... :(

There's about 8min left as I speak, I can hear Adam's "step it up sassy boy" perfectly clearly :) Tiep vs Blair last stock was good.. and yeah.. the only new part was the beginning since I was downstairs doing nothing when it started. Where was the Bowser :(

edit: holy crap you have 320 posts in this thread, that's like 75% of your posts what the hell

Yes Tiep taking out Blair's last stock was awsome.

Are you sure your DL speed is 220kb/s?

Mine was 58-65kb/s and it only took 1hr. 60kb/s x 3 = 180kb/s shouldn't that cut the time by one third? Take it down to 20minutes but it should be even lower because yours is 220kb/s. So about 15min?
And looking at both your post that is around a 40minute download. With 8minute left rounding it up to 48minutes. Which is far from 220kb/s. Maybe its you meant 120kb/s.

Yes I'm so bored i'm doing math and thinking of useless stuff. >.>

And are you talking about my posts? If so then yea. I don't really post anywhere else unless its a tourney post or if its something that interests me.

Watching the video makes me want to play the game so bad. Jeremy phoned me just now to talk about it, we were mostly laughing at the ownage but the serious things we talked about were... Eric's custom patented combos, Adam's great spacing game, Tiep and Ryan's... totally sick ownage (we enjoyed these matches the most), and John and Wilfred's Peach were quite different from Sastopher's, and in a way I think that worked to BC's advantage, since they might have been adjusted to Sas' style. Of course, biggest thanks goes to the camera man. If I left someone out (don't think I did though) then let me know. Good job! Why didn't you guys kick this much *** in the tourney though? =P
