Super-easy.
Fast pivot grab with grab armor, priority, good projectile, good recovery, good killing options, fast jab, sex kick, aerial mobility, smashes and grabs aren't screwed up by the terrain.
You guys must REALLY be slacking to be so low on the tier list.

...also, I changed your victory theme to the normal one and increased the volume.
I jumped from surprise when it started, so that should be loud enough.

Olimar still has the best pivot-grab, though (I don't understand what you mean by terrain, since doesn't his Pikmin just travel over it while you're grabbing? Your smashes do get messed up, though. Although, Yoshi's grab get's angled from the terrain and sometimes screws up his chain-grabs and stuff).

Also, Yoshi is only as low as he is due to his shield. Do you understand how good Yoshi would be if he was able to n-air/b-air/up-smash/u-air/double-jump cancel Egg Lay/Dragonic Reverse out of shield? It's such a shame that he can't. He'd easily be up there around Peach or something if it wasn't for that.

His pikmin do travel along the terrain, which can screw you up sometimes if you grab down a slope, especially since the hitbox for his grab is so lowwwwwwww (which is really cool because it lets us grab people from under ledges :D).
