Those are the places the Riverside Transit Agency buses can take you. At least as of one year ago, being a UCR student allowed you to ride for free, although I saw no mention of that during a cursory survey of the site.

If you hit someone, you will be stuck in hit lag for a couple frames where neither character will move. What aerial are you talking about too? If you nair, you should nair first and then fast fall; but if you use an aerial that is C-stick'able, you could hypothetically do both at the same time, I believe. If I saw what you were doing in person, I could tell what you were doing, though. If you want, sometime we can go over any questions you have in person. I'm coming back to SoCal today! When are you free?
