Sure!
All the icons in the CSS were switched to the "HD" ones someone made a while back.
The CSPs are a mix of UnclePunch's CSPs.
One more question do I just overwrite the 20xx file with this new one? Or is it not that simple

You just go into DTW, single click on the file (MnSlChr.0sd), click import, select the file I sent, and save.
Let me know if you have any other Qs :) .

All I can say is "wow"! Thank you for putting this convenient download together, and shoutouts to everyone who contributed. Hopefully the next iteration of the HP will contain these and work alongside Tri-CSPs, but for now this is a huge step towards "Melee HD". Again, awesome work and a must-have for everyone.

I followed the readme and my 20xx doesnt work, does it conflict with my Melee? Or is it an installation problem? It might have to do with me having the smashladders version of dolphin or my memory card. Whenever I first start up the game, I see the character selection screen for a half second then I see the debug menu page for 20xx with the general code and I am not able to move the blue mark and if I dont click anything, It pulls me back to make my save data onto my Memory card A and if I click something, I get an error saying Invalid read from 0x90640000c, PC = 0x80301e58

Anyone have an updated guide that really goes in-depth on 20xx features and how to use them to practice. I can't really find any that are current and helpful.

Ok I've got a question that perhaps one of you or Achilles1515 Achilles1515 can answer.

I want to use the 20xx memory card management feature to put 20xxte on a memory card, as it sounds like it might be the easiest way. However I want to use the latest version of TE, for UCF and such. Is there a way to switch some files in the 20xx iso so that it copies the latest version of TE? Or does anyone have an idea for a less convoluted way to get TE on a memory card?

Replace IfComM3.dat with this file and then go to the 20XXTE memory card management menu: 20XXTE_v2d_rev2[IfComM3].dat

I have 2 codes one is an adventure code fix for 2 players and the other spawns a clone of the 1st player and if you switch the control over to 2p both players can play
adventure fix
0446B4A4 3F800000
0446B4A0 3F800000
0446B49C 3F800000
2 player adventure mode but both play as mario
01C45701 08000000
04453086 1D00001D

was wondering if someone can look into the memory to find out which part of this code is overwriting the player id

for example.... I really liked purple marth from 4.05 on the black skin

the new 4.07 has darth vader.

how can I put the purple marth pack in? I don't care for messing with the CSS graphic. just the character model.

Here's one: 20XX Hack Pack 4.06 - Save States/Replays Tutorial - by Achilles himself. Super powerful features there.

And you can learn how to do more in Debug Mode here.

Download the skin(s) you want (either from the Official Texture Hack thread, or Modulous.net) or export them from the older 20XX version. You can export a costume from a game disc by opening the ISO in DTW or GCR. Go to the file named "PlMsBk.dat". This is the file for Marth's Black costume. In 20XX, you'll also find two more ending in .lat and .rat; these correspond to the alternate costumes you can select in-game by pressing L or R, respectively. At this point you can right-click on the file for the costume you want, and click Export. Then you can open your new copy of 20XX, go to the appropriate Marth costume that you want to replace, and this time click on Import. Select the file that you downloaded or extracted earlier that you want in your game. Now go to File -> Save (or press CTRL-S) to save your changes if you're using DTW.

This is incredible, I love you. I do I have a few suggestions/requests/wants though. Other than these this mod includes everything I ever wanted In The Melee realm.

Characters
-Metal Character Z button select Asides from aesthetics (With Metal Characters Weights and fall speeds) (At least for Mario and Luigi)
-Master Hand/Crazy Hand with Stamina so they can be killed in multiplayer mode yet the other characters still use the percent system
-Cruel Melee Versions of The Fighting Wire Frames

Stages/Stage Edits
-The Missing/5th Underground Maze Platform Set up

- Past Stage Kongo Jungle (With no Barrel)
-Jungle Japes (Without water flow and crocodiles)
-Snag The Trophies Stage Classic Mode (with original middle platform and sides plus maybe the trophies falling)
-Smash 64 Final Destination (Collisions and all)
-Smash 64 Battlefield (Collisions and all)
-Smash 64 Tutorial Stage

Is there any way to get coloring for actionability during stun from Falco's lasers? Falco's lasers put you in damagehi, and you can act out of it in frames 10 and 11 as Marth, but they don't seem to be colored by IASA frames.

Hey guys does anyone know what the different character modes (using the dpad to turn the character background purple and yellow) are. At first i thought it was as remix and silly melee but im not sure that’s the case. Thanks!

Been attempting to add UCF to 4.07 ++ but finding little success.

I've tried loading it as a gecko code through nintendont as posted by Kadano (https://twitter.com/Kadano/status/914506661179662336), however the game will crash after a few seconds of getting into a match.

I tried loading it into the ISO as a gecko code using melee mod manager, but that made the game unable to start up.

Lastly, I converted the gecko code to a DOL mod (following the spoiler post in the Melee Mod Manager thread) and then tried using melee mod manager with that but again game fails to start up.

Anyone able to help me understand where I'm going wrong or if it is possible to add UCF to 4.07.

Lost in Thought
I randomly instantly kill CPUs with various moves. Sometimes jab, sometimes back-air.

Edit: additionally, the “playlist feature” plays random songs from the extended list, that are not in any of my playlists.

Also, pretty frequently the game crashes when I use Falco’s shine on Fox

Edit2: Apparently it's due to not using Nintendont to load the ISO. Upon doing that everything works.

Edit3: in “hard” classic mode reflecting the shot for the 150 mark to summon crazy hand freezes the game. Specifically in the below scenario.

Is anyone having problems saving changes made in this version of 20XX. I'll spend like 10 minutes setting my game up to train certain things and when I close out of Dolphin everything is erased. Does this have something to do with me using Faster Melee or using Dolphin for Netplay?? Its so annoying

Quick ISO Building question. So when building a 20xx ISO file with custom music, textures, etc. I am able to load the game through Dolphin when I increase the size of the game, but I am unable to play on Nintendont. Why is this? Is there anyway to get passed this? Also, how do I know when the ISO will NOT work on Nintendont? Will any settings change to tell me it will not load on my wii?

Thanks

Nintendont wont play games larger than the standard GC disc size (~1.35 GB; or 1,459,978,240 bytes). The only thing I know of that you can do to make your ISO play on Nintendont is to make it smaller. There are a number of ways you can do that. The largest differences would be gained by replacing large video files with smaller ones, and/or building your ISO with DTW. Usually when a GameCube disc is built, there is a lot of extra space/padding between files, filled with zeroes or garbage data. DTW allows you to control how much of this padding is added between files. The default is 0x40 bytes, and it can be changed in the settings.ini file (paddingBetweenFiles). There's more info in DTW's ReadMe on the setting, and the pros/cons of going with larger or smaller values.

DIOS MIOS however, is also capable of playing larger sized discs like Dolphin can; up to 4 GiB.

Hey guys, I've been away from melee modding for a long time and this may be a dumb / previously-asked question but I figure I ask here since there are some really knowledgeable folk here:

Because I couldn't find one by just googling around, I have created the following MCM Code for UCF:

Code:
Universal Controller Fix v0.66 BETA
* Smash turn window increased from 1f to 2f (2nd frame requires stick > .95)
* Facing direction and input corrections sent to Nana.
* Consistent shield drops using Axe/Sung method.
* Activates -0.8 spotdodge threshold if roll is disabled and control stick is

I'm able to add it to my 20XX ISO via MCM 2.0. And the game runs on Dolphin just fine, but I'm not sure if UCF is actually working or not. According to reddit:

https://www.reddit.com/r/SSBM/comments/726l1r/is_it_possible_to_add_ucf_codes_to_the_20xx/

Some people were saying it wasn't possible to add UCF to the 20XX ISO. And there's no mention of adding Gecko codes via MCM.

So like.. does adding the UCF Gecko Code via MCM not actually do anything? Is it different than other Gecko Codes somehow?

Nevermind, I realized that the UCF is actually 2 injections and 1 static overwrite.. which would make the MCM Code this:

Code:
Universal Controller Fix v0.66 BETA
* Smash turn window increased from 1f to 2f (2nd frame requires stick > .95)
* Facing direction and input corrections sent to Nana.
* Consistent shield drops using Axe/Sung method.
* Activates -0.8 spotdodge threshold if roll is disabled and control stick is against the rim.

For some reason when I turn on "Fire Emblem Sword Swing Colors" on, nothing changes...
Any ideas how to fix this?

Achilles1515 Achilles1515 this must have been requested before, but is it possible to get reverse frame advance? Frame retreat? (1 frame back in time). That would be super helpfull

Achilles1515 Achilles1515 I may have suggested this before but I just got reminded of it and thought I'd bring it up again
As a toggle, the CPU should have a heatmap of potential hitboxes showing at all times depending on action state. So all grounded hitboxes are showing when standing and all aerial hitboxes are showing when airborn.

lol honestly a really bad example. I just wanted somethng visual to illustrate the overall idea.

I would really like to have an option for something similar, for threat ranges, or how far a characters hitboxes would reach within 30 or so frames. You could have the toggle draw a vertical line x units away from Top-N of the characters current ECB. x units representing the maximum range for a move out of a given state. This image being the maximum range of short hop knee vs SFFL knee out of Dash. It take 3 frames of Dash to reach maximum momentum/range of his aerials
