Also, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be super busy on Wednesday, got a test to study for, HW and a lab project due. Weekend should be fine, but when is the last tournament going to be held?

I'll post the tech announce thing for a tourney this saturday if you guys want to have it. I would think w/ finals coming up you might not want a tourney still but I'll have it if everyone will come. if anything though this one will be free just because it is going to be my fist tourney to run here coupled with finals coming up.

once we get back from break the first tourney will be $1 entry probably.



and yeah I have a final exam and a test thursday so I can't play tomorrow night.

and yeah im not gonna try to do one of these while i have finals and papers to do these last couple weeks :(

dont blame you. ive been playing as engineer/studying for the past like 6 hours lol

I just set up camp as engineer then study w/ book pushing down clicker. one game I got 38 kills without dieing once lol.

I think running tournaments is fun... I can do the double elimination brackets, if you want.

ehh, I like you and Matt... Doesn't mean Matt's not a jerk. I would hate to see him when he was a child, going around making all the other kids cry. Or did the jerkiness come later in life?:p

It started soon after I began running tournaments, and then getting complaints. Before that there was only selective jerk moments.

....and everyone liked me when I was little and no one cried.

ok so I guess I'll have the tourney this saturday. I'll do the tech announce and all that jazz. we need setups so if you can please bring a TV/cube. BYOC like always.

Fmatt is like the Helix King. He was trying to control the human population/run tournaments, but the humans just didn't understand and kept spiraling towards the heavens

I really want to watch Gurren Lagann, but I can't get around to it because I am so sick of giant robots.

its worth it, i personally do not like mecha animes, but this is in no way like Gundam or anything like that. Robots are just there for something to have fight scenes with

So its not completely spammed with mecha fight scenes? Is it in any way like your average anime that would appear on toonami?


Anyways, guess i'll check it out.

Whuh!? I must be clueless; I thought Thankgiving was the only Thursday the NFL played on. Shows what I know.

No, guys, Gurren Lagann is seriously very, very good. I'm enjoying it immensely.

Doug burned it for me and I love him for it.

They come out 3 days or more after they're submitted, then there's the part about giving people time to plan. (remember, they're not all "hardcore" smashers like us) For future reference, best to submit it a week and a half before the date of. We didn't exactly have that opportunity this time, though...

Come next semester, is there any reason we can't make this a bi-weekly instead of a tri-weekly?
