You need to dash dance, most of the time you're just full jumping around the stage. Work on approaching/ don't approach as much as you do. When you approach you just run right up to falcon and you get punished for it most the time. It would also help if you stopped using up smash.

Don't take this the wrong way but you don't have the fundamentals down at all so before you focus on improving strategically you just need to simply: get better.

You're missing lots of fast falls, l cancels, full hopping a lot for no reason, using your double jump a lot for no reason, it's unclear if you can wavedash OOS at all, your spacing is poor, you're missing lots of jc grabs, you're experiencing fits of sidestep spam and rolling when you get into trouble, it appears you are just taking pure guesses on your tech chases and hoping you're right, etc.

Advice: Very general, but play lots of different people to gain more experience. Watch as many videos as possible of all the good Marth players (personally I watch just about all Marth players to get an idea of all the various styles). Keep getting recorded and watch videos of yourself as much as you can. Only you know completely what your thought process was on each decision you made so go back and question every wrong decision and what you could have done better. Other than that, play a lot and have fun. :)

First off, you have to get your fundamentals down: l canceling, wavedashing, shorthopping etc. You gotta dash dance more and wait until the falcon tries to approach, then punish. Be confident with ur approach if want to; You can't run up to him and start spotdodging.

I saw a lot of whiffed shield grabs; you could wavedash OOS instead. Also, u rolled quite a bit too.

u-smash is pretty much a useless move, so better move choice is key. Didn't see u using much fairs.

hmm from the way he plays.
he must jump with control stick
your an ex brawl player
you forward B too much
you didnt WD once
you didnt even try to hit with the tips of your moves
well timed dtilts/ftilts could've saved you so much
umm upsmash is not his best smash
you nair more than your fair
uptilt chains on falcon start from about 30% or so
um down smash was used randomly
work on SH
work on FF
work on L-canceling
and work on WDing
and it look like falcon was ****ing you over the whole match

Also, I f you want to toss a dude off the stage with your back to it, use dthrow- it sends them farther off than bthrow.
