I actually used to see people do baby/parents roleplay on a Creative mode Minecraft server I used to go to, seeing the RP in chat happen live, including the "baby" pretending to cry.

...needless to say, I don't go to it anymore. The people there were always saying weird (and stupid) things.

Roleplaying in comments/chat has almost always been a dumb thing.
