Olimar +1 - Quite underrated, he has lots of potential to rack up damage, good aerials, and good KO power if he has the right Pikmin
Zelda -1 - She isn't really that high, she's already got two impractical specials, and overall poor mobility that limits her damage output
Samus -1 - She has a poor grab game in terms of speed, limiting her punishes, and a lot of somewhat slow attacks. A lot of attacks are interceptable.

+1 Combos get in huge damage (25-40%), one of his best options is shield cancelable, etc. Should be in Top 5 imo.
+1 Recent buffs in percent, less Monado drawbacks, less Fair landing lag allow him to combo very well with Nair, Fair, Uthrow, Utilt, and Dtilt. Adaptable character that is severely underrated in the current list.
+1 Like Shulk but better with customs and no Monado. Also underrated in the current list.

That tier is big for a reason lol. Some real big players in that list.
Shulk with that disgusting combo of range + speed. Fox as always, Pikachu, Brawlers a beast, Luigi puts in work and Mario's given inarguable results as has Pit and Mega.

Oh well I'll vote out the less current characters for now.
