Fox +1 - Fox is top 3 imo. He has amazing pressure abilities, he's extremely fast, has a good combo game, and strong punishes.
Olimar +1 - I don't even understand why he's that low currently.
Rob -1 - Rob has an extremely strong on stage game, but he suffers too much from edge guards and low knockback combos.

Captain Falcon +1 Fast attacks, low cooldown, good combo game, great kill options, great bait and punish options. Lacks in recovery, and being juggled. Imo he's top 7
