It'd be there if AGDQ weren't bias towards DC.I just have one question, by that same logic.

Thing is, it's like this for the whole episode almost, no matter what is going on. There are even shots of otherwise detailed furniture and objects being curved for no reason. So I really do think it was just a budget thing. This isn't something that happens much if at all throughout the show, it's just this one episode that is like this.I want to say that's intentional, though I haven't actually watched that show. I do know however that other shows by that studio - FLCL, Paranoia Agent, etc. - also use this art style from time to time, especially either for dramatic moments or when there's a lot of action going on.
I'm going to wager the intent is the former, particularly due to the awkward perspectives. It's switching between view-from-a-mouse (induces fear of being crushed) and an out-of-body, vertigo-inducing top-down view from higher than the ceiling should be.

I'm not gonna be able to stay up for the Prinny: Can I Really Be The Hero? run.
ESPECIALLY since it's the Hell's Finest run.
For those who don't know....
It's a spin-off action platformer for the Disgaea series, using the "goomba" of the series as the protagonist. You're terribly underpowered BY DESIGN.
Hell's Finest Difficulty? Anything so much as sneezes on you and you are dead.
1000 Lives. 10 Stages.
Do you think you're a bad enough dood to save the Netherworld?
It's still a madman's challenge to do the full game on Hell's Finest.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2oDSDcExgwk
GDQ started youtube uploads.
run starts at ~6:30
EDIT and there is an echo. . .
I mean, even then, it's still from FacebookIt was a screenshot from Facebook that somebody took and posted to tumblr and I saw that and took the screenshot from that.
It's not that hard to figure out.
What I meant by my original post was that I saw the image on tumblr, regardless of where it originally came from, and posted it here from there, because I wanted to share it and thought it was funny.I mean, even then, it's still from Facebook
Believe me, I know some page admins and they would rather not be associated with Tumblr in any way
Personally I always thought this was for the DLC.Smash Bros. itself - the truth behind the "Smash 6" job listing is revealed somehow.
It could have been, but why hire new people?Personally I always thought this was for the DLC.
To give the old team some time off? I have no idea.It could have been, but why hire new people?
I think for DLC they kept everyone or they sent some people off the team, and made it smaller.
Could be wrong though.
I mean they relieve some people.( they can finally go back to their families after 4 years lol)To give the old team some time off? I have no idea.
It doesn't make sense to me for there it to be a "Smash 6" so soon either.
The way you say it makes it look like they were in the warthey can finally go back to their families after 4 years lol)
Smash. . .smash never changesThe way you say it makes it look like they were in the war
Lol with how speculation and reactions to this game were, that might just have been the case lol.The way you say it makes it look like they were in the war
: Smash has changed.Smash. . .smash never changes
Well whatever it is, I kinda doubt it's for a new game so soon.I mean they relieve some people.( they can finally go back to their families after 4 years lol)
They probably didn't need a fullforce for DLC, and since people already believe that DLC worked on limited budget, they probably didn't keep the full team as that will raise expenses.
If I had to guess it could be for Smash NX as some people think. Maybe they wanted to increase the team for that one, so everything could be ported? And maybe to help add new features easier.
If it's an expanded port as many speculate it would feel more Capcom to me.Well whatever it is, I kinda doubt it's for a new game so soon.
Smash 4 NX could be it, but it feels very un-Sakurai (feels very Namco though >~>)
Namco's just as guilty of doing it too.If it's an expanded port as many speculate it would feel more Capcom to me.just don't pull a stunt like MvC3 did with its DLC I will never not be salty over that...and to be fair it's more Marvel's fault in that case
I was talking in a sense of fighting games, Namco's expanded ports are mostly RPGs as you noted (Square Enix does it too)Namco's just as guilty of doing it too.
Especially with Tales games lately (Vesperia getting an updated PS3 version like a year later, Graces getting the PS3 exclusive f version, Xillia 2 arguably counts since Xillia 1 was unfinished, Zestiria got Day 1 DLC story chapter)
Are you surprised? The fact Sakurai emphasized several times that Smash 3DS/Wii U DLC was new content made after the base game was finished as if it was an exceptional and unique case is rather saddening.
in a wayNever heard of To The Moon but my friend loves it apparently and it's sort of a visual novel type thing...which is actually perfect since I am coming down with the flu and I like playing that kind of thing when I'm sick.
True, I feel like if Smash NX happens, it would be suggested by Namco, and pushed by Nintendo until Sakurai went through with it.Well whatever it is, I kinda doubt it's for a new game so soon.
Smash 4 NX could be it, but it feels very un-Sakurai (feels very Namco though >~>)
I have a feeling that if Sakurai agreed to it, he wouldn't actually do any hard work on the game (I.e. Programming), he'd simply oversee the new team hired for it, suggest additional characters/modes and the team would go through with it.True, I feel like if Smash NX happens, it would be suggested by Namco, and pushed by Nintendo until Sakurai went through with it.
It's Sakurai we're talking about.I have a feeling that if Sakurai agreed to it, he wouldn't actually do any hard work on the game (I.e. Programming), he'd simply oversee the new team hired for it, suggest additional characters/modes and the team would go through with it.
B-butIt's Sakurai we're talking about.
He'll supervise every freaking frame if he's on the project.
I know you're mostly joking, but I suppose this a good enough segue for me to mention that Sakurai did actually play an advisory role on Kirby and the Amazing Mirror IIRC. Air Ride was the last Kirby game he developed full time as director, while he played an advisory role on Amazing Mirror, just sort of overseeing things and offering advice to the team. It's Sakurai we're talking about.

True, I don't think he would start until he takes a long vacation though, which he deserves!I have a feeling that if Sakurai agreed to it, he wouldn't actually do any hard work on the game (I.e. Source? If there's a tweet, anyone willing to translate?Apparently Sakurai is already getting ready for his next project if I understood correctly. Not sure if you guys knew already.
Anyway, will be looking forward to it. ^^
He'll keep working until his arms fall off. It's Sakurai we're talking about.

As a Monty Python movie once said...He'll keep working until his arms fall off.
And even then keep working because people don't always need their arms for work anyway.
