Oh by the way, I found the most recent ESA gaming statistics.

The problem with these studies is they keep factoring in playing some "social games" on Facebook and your mobile to kill some time as gaming, which then skews the apparent gaming demographics. So these studies at face value make it seem like there are more female gamers than there actually are, and inflates the average age of gamers (especially on the female side).

As such, studies like this don't really provide an accurate picture of who actively buys and plays game as a hobby.

With how much they have been pushing smash as a "2015 holiday release", I am slightly concerned about what they have for holiday sales and hope to see some title to be released for the holidays in a direct soon. This also makes me feel like a big smash DLC update is coming but we have no signs yet...

To tell you the truth, while I do feel old and I tend to want to hang around older people and people even younger than me than people around my age.

Mostly because people my age are dumb as bricks and unfun to be around sans a few people. It's the reason why I wanted to date older women than anyone younger.


So feeling old doesn't feel too bad. It's when people say you look and act younger and make it seem like you're immature, now that's depressing
