Okay, so having collected both Disney Infinity figures, as well as amiibo, I've seen other collectibles quite a bit on my trips to stores. Among them, Funko Pop vinyl figures stood out. I've been tempted for a while, especially with their great selection of Disney and Marvel ones (wtf though...why no Aladdin?), but I have, so far, been able to escape their grasp. Today though? It made me seriously reconsider, after seeing this one:

Pac-Man! And he's adorable. Seriously considering getting him and getting into these now...as a whole they're far cheaper at MSRP than any TTL thing like DI or amiibo. And they're adorable. Makes me wish Nintendo would let them make some Nintendo ones.

Don't want to draw too much attention to myself but I think i'll be on hiatus for the weeks to come. Mainly because I feel that I spend too much time on SB and that my attention needs to be shifted to other things like the online course I recently started for College and looking for a job. Probably be back around E3 time when the hype for the show reaches a fever pitch.

I actually enjoyed Chicken Little, otherwise known as Disney's failed attempt at emulating Dreamworks. I recognize it has a metric ***ton of faults and it became incredibly dated really fast (the scene where the PE teacher leaves and all the students immediately pull out flip phones and call their friends became outdated in less than five years), but I still kinda liked it.

That and Fish Out of Water was a great character and I love him.

Most people consider either it or Home on the Range to be the single worst film in the WDAS animated canon, and even has the second lowest IMDB rating among them all (beat out by Home on the Range) IIRC.

I wish the Sonic ones weren't so goddamn expensive.

There are a few I'd like that are like that, due to being out of circulation. Namely Baloo, Wreck-It Ralph, Peter Pan, Donald Duck, and Goofy. And the Hatbox Ghost, but that's understandable since it was exclusive to the Disney Parks.

How they didn't keep Donald and Goofy in circulation confuses me.

Yes, Sealand is an actual character in the show. But he rarely gets enough screentime because he's a micronation and a little brother of the more popular England.

The same goes for Seychelles, who got whitewashed in the earlier seasons for some reason. But at least that mistake was fixed in Beautiful World and onward.

I mean there are some good ones like that Pac-Man one, but I personally do not recommend Funko Pops.

The promotional screens make them look way better. I got one for my friend last Christmas, but I spent AGES in GameStop and Smyths trying to choose one because the paint jobs were all over the place. I actually had to take two trips to GameStop, and later went to Smyths, because I was having such a hard time deciding.

Also over here at least, the cheapest Funko Pop figures are the same price as an amiibo.

it's probably still rather hard to discern the voices when not using headphones. i'll soon remake the rip, since all I really did was increase the volume of the entire track (I used Audacity, so when I come back to this I can increase the relevant samples and tone down the main music. When I exported the original rip it automatically combined the samples.) Have this as a consolation prize. I'm sorry if I'm shilling so much, these are my first YouTube uploads ever and there aren't many outlets to plug.

Ice Age. It started out good but slowly decend into mediocrity with each sequel. The Meltdown had some laughs, but Dawn of the Dinosaurs and Continental Drift were terrible IMO. I'm not that excited for the incoming sixth film.

As for a video game, I would say Valkyria Chronicles got hit hard with the sequel. It succeeded in getting deeper mechanics, but the characters were tropey as hell and that setting fell into the generic "power of friendship" cheesy territory. Good thing the third game improved from that only for Sega to screw up again with Not!Valkyria Chronicles: The Action RPG.

"Crocodile" Dundee full stop. The first movie was fanatsic in many ways, though I prefer the original Australian dub. But the sequels are nothing worth talking about, they simply lacked charm and couldn't maintain the quality the first film had.

Games, there are several I can choose. But one I can mention is definitely Resident Evil. Well all know what went wrong with RE5, RE6, and the spinoffs. The only good games worth mentioning around the time is definitely both Revelations and the remasters.

For games, Shadow the Hedgehog is sort of a sequel to SA2, so I'll say that.

For movies, Cars to Cars 2. I'll defend the first movie, not so much the second.

So far it's only the player's character (female specifically, but you can assume the male as well) and the rival have models...in X and Y and ORAS there were only a few trainers that had models such as the Team Leaders, Rivals, and Steven (why Diantha didn't but Team Flare grunts did is beyond me)...

I can assume it may be the same in this game, but then again it's only a few extra models since so many generic trainers are the same...trainer class I think it's called? You can also see bystanders so it's likely they could go all out this time which would be cool...

I want to see fully rendered models of Hikers and Beauties alike!
