Based on the fact that Default sold 200k (Physically and digitally) in just three weeks tells me probably not

Hell it outpaced Awakening's first month. . I doubt Lightning struck twice. . .even if striking twice in the same turn is Bravely's gimmick

If we get a fire and rock mon, I want it to be greninja 2.0. By which I mean:

It's a lave dwelling pokemon, due to this, it has a extremely hot body.

Due to this, I want it to have a super good HA called Molten Heat.

Description:

The user's extremely hot body intensifies and protects it from all water attacks.

Thus no water weakness. But of course it still has x4 to ground, so that's another problem, but there are a few ways around this should they try to get around it.

And can someone tell me what tiers are below NU?

You are aware that Dark/Steel does have some rather common weaknesses itself, right? While it does lose the Bug-type and Fairy-type weakness that pure Dark-types have, Dark/Steel does gain a weakness to Fire-type and Ground-type attacks, along with a Fighting-type double weakness.

Yes, I am aware. However, two weaknesses and one extreme weakness as cons don't outweigh the pros. Resistance to Normal, Grass, Ice, Flying, Rock, Ghost, Dragon, Dark, and Steel type moves coupled with being outright immune to both Poison and Psychic type moves is just too great to pass up on. I suppose Dark/Fighting could also work for what I have in mind, but Steel-type alone is so good.
