IMO.
Nowi or Cordelia are the ones stuck with a "non-fitting husband." As the other 9 have pretty much an "ideal choice."
And I liked Nowi more.

Chrom and Sumia just fit too damn well and I feel like that's pretty much accepted.

Sully and Stahl, similarly, is pretty natural. Alongside Virion with Cherche.

Lissa and Henry is... quirky, to say the least. But I feel like it's the oddity that makes it work and explains Owain's... personality.

A bit similarly for the awkwardness, Lon'qu and Olivia just work out to me. There's also the raw irony of Inigo as Lon'qu's son... it's actually one of the more interesting child-parent supports in the game to me.

I don't know if anything's a "consensus' with the community for Panne, but damn Frederick's support felt right to her.. and there's once again that kind of dissonance in Yarne to his father that I found charming.

Now, one that I will defend no matter how much it's disputed: Sugar & Sunshine. Gaius is a wonderful dad for Noire and Gaius just seems like one of few guys who could play off the antisocialist personality that Tharja has.

Then.. that leaves two of the "filler" couples that worked out well enough.

Libra and Maribell fit decently but just came out more warming in their ending where Maribelle's finances go back to the community in the selfless act of the orphanage with the pieous husband of hers.

Ricken and Miriel... it's just kinda a standard but it isn't that interesting. Mage with Mage bring Mage.

That, of course, leaves Cordelia and Nowi. With the suitors of: Robin, Donnel, Gregor, Vaike, and an empty space.

Robin and Nowi fit to me a lot, maybe in the raw happiness and energy that she brings to the most mentally tasked person of the group, the reveal of them both having draconic blood, or just how well Morgan and Nah play off of eachother.

Cordelia... being the "leftover" went to Donnel for me. And... if it wasn't for the epilogue it'd work actually pretty damn well. Cordelia goes a bit overboard in the loss of Chrom as an option in the "opposite" of Donnel but ends up truly falling for the simple and pure kind of blooming affection. Severa plays her bumbling father like a damn fiddle.

Path of Radiance should be in a Tellius collection sort of thing anyway seeing as PoR saves had influence on aspects of Radiant Dawn.
Also touch up on visuals and add casual mode for those who struggle with linear, perma death. Probably a few other neat little things too.

Funny thing is, as a part of the Emblemboards joke, one of things we were planning on doing was writing articles for the front page. From the ideas pitched, I ended up writing a full article on why the Tellius series needs a remaster/remake. I think I called it: "We Like Ike!"

There wasn't as much communication between staff departments as Shaqboards so the idea was unofficially canned (I think Mowdow also wrote an article on Gaiden, a couple volunteered for making a waifu tier list, but I think the writing center made their own). Maybe I should ask PushDustIn about helping out with SourceGaming?

I also wrote an article about the Smash Community over the past few years, but I gave up after writing 3 pages and realized it would be way too long. lol

Awakening is a game about strategy

Here you can see the most famous tactic in military history, which consists of throwing spells at enemies from a river since they can't walk on water
This was used by Russia against Germany during WWII, except the water was frozen

Reminds me of the scene in Valkyria Chronicles where they surprise the enemy by driving a tank underwater.

Though it certainly wasn't the smoothest experience probably due to insufficient GPU power, I am certainly looking forward to the game's release! I'm just having speculation thoughts, such as thinking it might incorporate a touchscreen into the controller, but perhaps maybe more akin to a traditional controller like the DualShock 4 or Pro Controller.

A) Cynthia. Cynthia ties it in all together better. Cynthia just works with Chrom, Lucina, and Owain too damn well not to be part of the family.

C) I don't even know what those two pairings even entail.

D) Owain's still a brand of crazy who gives up the sword to become a dark mage.

E) Maribelle just seems a level of abusive as a choice for Lon'qu. Her husband /needs/ the patience of a saint.

My Unit X Nowi was the first ship I launched in my play through of Awakening. Dragon family all around with equal amounts of badass and cuteness. Manakete Morgan for the win. (Still questioning if I'll ever get to a second play through for the ditzy Cynthia, but I guess I'll wait for Fates...)
If I were to play again, I'd probably go with Henry - Nowi or Nowi - Heavy Weapons Gregor ships.

I just needed to add that clause because for either Birthright or Revelations, this isn't an issue. Because of Mozume adding one more bride that tips things a bit.

Azura x Corrin, after doing it in Revelations when it first came out (because Anna canon couldn't be yet).
It... makes sense for how they wanted to conclude it. But that's practically the only time.
