Honestly, I can't think of a single Kickstarter project that will ever come close what I donated to Shantae, let along over $30, (WayForward has been a name I greatly trust long before they even considered crowdfunding).

I now only contribute just enough to guarantee me a copy of the game, but you must prove to me you're really worth my money.

In fact, I really can't see me donating anymore after Yooka-Laylee now.

Only thing truly ruined for me was the Paper Mario series. And the level setting variety in standard Mario games. Other than that I wouldn't classify anything as ruined, just disappointing.

The only one of them I've been frustrated with so far is LM2 because Nigoro is not a group who has many staffers who speak english and thus the updates have been very infrequent.

Why are some people actually upset about Robin's Limits on his Tomes, and Levin Sword? Some of them say that it makes Robin underpowered, acts like it takes forever to regain one, and say that it will be the sole reason why Robin won't return in Smash 5. I mean I thought it was fun of throwing books at my opponents at quite a Long range, was actually unique and part of Robin's source material. It really sounds like this complaint is coming from people who really like Spamming projectiles.

Paper Mario and Metroid (Federation Farce) are two big ones for me.

To a lesser extent, there's also Animal Crossing with the forced promotion (Too many damn Mario Maker costumes) and small spinoffs lately (No Animal Crossing Wii U?).

If people seriously think Robin won't return because of a moveset mechanic they don't like, they don't know how Smash works.

All of our past cuts were either close enough in design to another character that people cried clone or had some kind of complication behind them that made it more inconvenient to bring them forward.

If *insert character here* made it despite being underpowered/overpowered and *insert two thirds of the veteran roster here* came back despite having a huge outcry to have them cut, then Robin has as much chance to come back as any other character and if they DO go it'll be completely unrelated to their moveset being "underpowered."

The more I hear about the mess that is Mighty No. 9, the more I'm reminded about the Cheetahmen.

If you're wondering what I'm talking about, the team behind the Action 52 was actually banking on Cheetamen being the next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Before knowing the fate of Action 52, the team was planning out everything on the Cheetahmen name. They were promising a comic book series, animated TV series, an action figure line, additional sequels, and more. Of course that all died when the game actually came out.

I can definitely say the main Adventure Mode Map in the 3DS version is way easier than the one on Wii U. Partly because of all of the extra mechanics in the 3DS version that make things more convenient.

Some people recreated the entire first Zelda game in a 3D pixel style, as a tribute to it's 30th Anniversary. And you can play it for free in your browser. It's the entire game, so you can play it from start to finish.

And before anyone says it, this isn't the same project as that 3D NES emulator, though it uses some similar technology. It is legitimately the first Zelda game re-built from the ground up. You can tell since they've added things like a camera that swing around to close up on Link's face when you get an item (like in actual 3D Zelda games), and there's the fact that the overworld camera scrolls along with Link rather than being separated by screens.
