For the last announcement, Wolf and Krool would be a great way to go off with a bang. Most requested newcomer and most requested veteran come back, and then characters like Inkling and the others can be newcomers in Smash 5 so we don't have a newcomer shortage.

So, now that we have a Namco, a SEGA, a Square Enix and two Capcom characters
I think it's time for a certain company to get one of their characters on Smash

R-right? A-and maybe from a c-certain handheld RPG t-that the users in this thread should be playing?

I know and if you havent been following my annoying posts.I really want more 3rd party characters.Cloud is amazing and if they added a crash,a rayman and if possible a banjo that would be fantastic and a way better way to end smash DLC off than a veteran.But thats just my opinion not really the person to hate a person for thinking a bit differently

Technically speaking, wouldn't that make them the 2nd Sega character? Not that that's an issue clearly as Ryu proves lol.

I'm going to make a crazy AreJay25 prediction and say that they'll pull a SFV and have enough characters to last throughout 2016.

It's INCREDIBLY unlikely, I'm aware, but it's not something that would surprise me.

I kinda hope he's kept Japanese, I like his actor.

If they give him an English actor then I hope that he doesn't go overboard with the whole gloomy thing, since his FF7 iteration wasn't like that.

Wasn't the buyout around when we even found about PXZ2? The dev cycle was already to far to really capitalize on it (I'm sure ATLUS would have loved to plug more Persona 4 if they could after all lol)

I'm hyped after watching the direct. I'm not totally sure why, I mean, I've never even played a Final Fantasy game. Maybe it's just that I think it's a little amazing that Sakurai threw such a curveball. It's kind of surreal to even be talking about the idea of Cloud in Smash.

Needless to say, I'm really looking forward to the December Smash announcement.
