If he was part of the ballot? This would have been mentioned.

I also think he's far too complex looking to have just been started.

He's definitely 1 of 2 characters that were started around the time of Ryu, Roy, and Lucas.

Well to repute his claim, Substitution argues that Sony has no copyright over Cloud nor Final Fantasy, Square Enix does. And yes Substitution is fully aware that FF7 was a Playstation game, but Substitution also knows that just because it was on a Sony console, that still doesn't mean they have dibs on what they do with Cloud.

As if that was the case, then Substitution would say that all other third party reps could either never be on other consoles, or be on Nintendo's console. So long story short, Substitution finds this point idiotic and faulty.

This is just before he pops out with a yellow star thingy. We notice that we already saw the same setup somewhere, I believe this is just before the gooba appearance in the intro. what I think happened is paper amrio just appeared and saved them making me happy because I love paper mario

usually, I woudl not expect them to show the very supposed last area of the game. Normally, you show the main stuff like they did up until now because bowser's castle in m&l used to be a final lcoation. This one has the m&l castle right showed.......this is very weird. To showcase the airplane, I bet they coudl have used another location, so why here?

This is new and I see a lto of paper mario stuff int he backgorund. Btw, these piranha plant are clearly not from SS, their designs are new.

And that button for amiubo wasn;t there before, they probably added the feature in dev or it;s used only if you used the amibo.

Though like @vaanrose pointed out one time, Cloud is from a game-era previously untouched in Smash. So it's not "entirely" wrong.
