Yes, but everyone else( minus mewtwo) were not really expected. They were all well received and nice surprises though.

Lucas joining is what lead to wolf being a " shoe in" even though that sadly was not the case.

Only one more day to go until the end of Smash DLC. Can't wait to have Bayonetta and Cloud fight it out on the Clock Tower stage with this playing.

With Bayonetta also coming out, I can finally have this matchup now.



I don't care if 3rd parties are too much for Smash, the fact we have these guys in a fighting game invalidates any opinion like that for me.

All I would need is Crash and Rayman and all my childhood video game characters would be in the same game (The first 4 specifically).

You know, at this point I'm half expecting Smash 5 to have nothing but cartoony, fully localized characters with absolutely no swords as newcomers and for people to be upset that there aren't enough realistic looking characters in the game.

And then all of a sudden we're going to forget FE and KI bias the same way we forgot Mother and Starfox bias and we're going to have two new series being scapegoated.

One of them is probably going to be Pokémon because it's too "anime."

I'm still glad Lucas got back! I enjoy his character and the variations he offers to Ness. He plays well and is really fun! It's sad that wolf didn't come back but what we got is still great!

I also am good with Lucas most of the time. I have trouble with ness, but the slower inputs on Luas's moves are useful to me even if that's weird.

I am terrible at controlling Pk thunder though, but I've gotten better. That is really good to if you hit people.

Like earlier on for glory, I was doing a 4 person battle, and it was on the Arean Ferox.

I was Lucas and landing down on the right corner. I then used PK thunder as I was falling, and flew past everyone, drove into the stage( slightly) and then make contact with the Cloud I was aiming for, and carried him from 50% to about 77% and brought him from the ground to the cut off at the top of the screen( just about) It was hilarious!

Moments like that are why I really like Lucas. He's a great addition to the roster imo.

There may have been rules here and there but how the **** is a ballot not a popularity contest? Yet we had so much faith in this thought that we had articles, videos and other things dedicated to it.

Smash is a game in which EVERYBODY IS WRONG!

Everyone tries to be Sakurai, but he is to damn smart! He knows what we want, but he knows what could top most of our expectations.

This is something that has been proven to us every step of the way. No one is ever 100% right on smash, but that's a good thing!

It leads to new surprises and excitement each time.

As a fanbase we should learn by now, that we will never be right, and should just buckle up and enjoy the ride!

I just noticed two of my most wanted characters for Smash 5 are blonde guys who use red outfits and become the designated leader of the team since their main leader has hope in them.

I had some ideas for a hard mode on Undertale. Sorry I couldn't get these ideas out of my head:

Spoiler: Undertale

1. Give Mettaton NEO an actual boss fight during the Genocide Run.

2. Learn more about and fight Gaster. Since when you put Frisk for the first human, might cause Gaster to appear due alternate timelines malfunction.

3. Being able to fight Chara in the Genocide Run, finding out the original story of Chara and why she hated humanity. Perhaps the possibility of giving the soul back to the player if beaten if the player has done a Genocide run before, and possibly accompanying you if you do the Pacifist route after the Genocide Run.

4. Asgore having his own Genocide form by absorbing the 6 human souls. That would total 5 legitimate boss fights in Genocide, all which would ideally be hard.

5. The story explains that Chara and Gaster have a connection somehow, perhaps Chara is Gaster's child. And because his existence is gone, Chara hated humanity. Someone must've created a device that allowed someone's existence to disappear completely, perhaps another scientist we don't know about.

Toby needs to do more Undertale content eventually, he can't keep a plot hanging forever. I feel like I have an idea whats going to happen.

This is what I hope for. Pokemon has so many unique pokemon that be great in smash, but they aren't as exposed and because of these aren't considered.

This is why I hope that pokken gets big and can lead to one of it's many unique fighters being in smash.

I kind of want Machamp! He was the first revealed( besides blaziken and Lucario in the concept picture).
