It's cool and surprising that a lot of you included Bandana Waddle Dee in your rosters.
I honestly don't know if he is that likely considering Sakurai didn't even add a trophy of him in Smash 4.

At this point, I just hope he did well in the ballot and that he appears in the next Kirby game with a new ability or something.
Ugh.

I would like to know @PushDustIn 's (or Source Gaming's) opinion about him and also, do you really think the Smash Wii U port will have more characters? (if the rumour is true).
A lot of people are confident that will happen, expecting Ice Climbers, Wolf or even newcomers, but I'm honestly not expecting that.
I would like to know about other fighting games ports, some of them include new characters, I think, like SF4 that included Poison, Hugo and others (I'm not sure about this). Do you know ports that include new fighters?

Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 had a NUMBER of them.
Not exactly a "port" as much as "a re-release a year or two after" but I feel like it's certainly noteworthy.

Edit: 6 characters. Firebrand, Frank West, Virgil, Strider Hiryu, Nemesis T-Type and of course Phoenix Wright.

Double Edit: UMvC3 came out less than a year after MvC3.

Triple Edit: There's also 6 Marvel Characters that were new to the Ultimate version. Dr. Strange, Hawkeye, Ghost Rider, Iron Fist, Nova, and of course Rocket Raccoon.

I didn't notice the list I was looking at only had the 6 new Capcom characters because it was ONLY listing the capcom fighters.
EVEN FURTHERING MY POINT!
Less than a year later it had TWELVE new fighters.

Because of the uncertainty of the newer games. We will probably get a Gen 7/8 rep, a new Zelda character probably from the new Wii U game and as for that last spot, is a wild card spot.

As in for a character that comes in the near future where they get a new franchise and it goes off like with Shulk and Xenoblade

Biasedly speaking, I wouldn't cut anyone and would just settle for a smaller number of newcomers. I'm saltier at all the people cutting out of pure salt than at any character.

One of my main bias tactics is to basically overfeed the trolls, only with a little "one of these things is not like the other" thrown in there. Throw in Dixie and K. Rool at the same time and then pop Pauline in there to top it off, with all three having actual, unique, entertaining movesets. From there I'd grab some popcorn and watch the show.

And if I'm gonna have a biased roster, it's gotta have Tails. Most of the vocal minority hates the hell out of him, but he's pretty much my childhood and I have plenty of ideas to make him work.

Ideally, none of the characters should be cut, as each of them have fans.

Of course, the reality is that bringing everyone back is a very daunting and almost impossible task.

With 7 out of all 44 veterans having failed to make it to the latest installment, I think the developers made a good job overall in achieving such a goal. Plenty of other fighting/crossover games have made far more cuts from one installment to another than Smash ever did.

Consider that from Melee to Brawl, only 5 of 26 veterans failed to return. In relative terms, the percentage of missing veterans actually reduced from Brawl to this game, going from 19.2% to 15.9%.

I remember watching Medabots as a kid... Jeez, that was so long ago...

I remember there were a lot of anime shows back then. In addition to popular stuff like Dragon Ball and Pokémon, I also remember Digimon Adventure, Digimon Tamers, Doraemon, Yu-gi-oh!, Beyblade and several others. I also remember watching one of Miyazaki's films, Sprited Away.

So yeah, I've liked anime since a very young age. I did watch other animated series though.

It's mechanics weren't even to bad imo. IT be easy for them to fix, they just ignore pretty much anything but Sonic. The concept for bill hatcher was unique, and it is still pretty good and fun imo. If they fixed the controls it would probably do better.

So which should I get on the eShop? I'm having a difficult time choosing.

Resident Evil 4 Revelations or Oddworld: New and Tasty.

I heard these games are really good, I think both of them are getting temporarily discounted.
(Oddworld was confirmed to get a 25% discount.)
