I knew it. Everyone scaled down 50%. Don't blame me for knowing this info, I am a playtester. They have been scaled down for Ridley. Y'know because he is too big? They have to make him to scale compared to the others.

After the Bad King completed his dungeon sentence he came back to the kingdom as a commoner, and has since then, been closely watched.

Keep in mind, this game is still in very early development. Things such as speed can change at any time, but I'm sure we can find a nice medium between all the smash games.
