Basically post a set/stats for a smash character with pokemon moves/items/abilites/etc.

1st, Alright.

2nd, yes, squirtle has trouble killing AND staying alive..

3rd, there's no rule that you need 600 base stat. To tell the truth that actually seems high for some of these chars. That would be about the amount some legendaries have. Plus, the base stats should be about being close to the actual counterpart in brawl/melee not having a set total.
