Not being able to miss no matter how you use a move would be stupidly broken.

It's just as broken as when I found out Machamp can hit with No Guard through Dig, Fly, Bounce, Shadow Force, and Dive.

Anyway, fun time:

Normal

Speed: 25 (if you hit him enough times, he'll start going pretty fast)

Ability: Steadfast

Some moves: Present, Rest, Captivate, Glare, Slack Off, Flail, Covet, Fling, Frustration, Taunt, Endure, Toxic (don't ask)

Sample set that would actually be decent (well not really lol):

Hopes to flinch a bunch of times to get steadfast speed boosts. Stalls and trolls, glaring everything in its path. Taunts set-up sweepers and tanks. Slack off heals off most hits. Uses toxic as a means of dealing damage, then stalls.

Sandbag should be 200 / 5 / 200 / 5 / 250 / 25, and his only attackig move is Flail, so as long as you can Taunt Sandbag you'd be all set.

And yeah, I'm at #33 right now. To be in the real top 30 I just need to surpass whoever is in front of me (he's got about 100, I think). To be seen in the top 30 page of the member list, however, I'd need about 300 more posts.
