hmmmmm again i guess i have to give some info for a better decision.

lets see pikachu has the better recovery luigi has a great sweetspot at the beginning of his b up. pikachu's skull bash does less damage than luigi's, but luigi's can cause a sd if not used carefully. pikachu's taunt cant hurt. luigi has no projectiles if we count thunderbolt. pikachu goes faster than luigi but luigis dash punches do more damage........... i cant come up with no more
