I'm not sure if Little Mac is still considered retro after Punch Out Wii & the spin-off game on the WiiWare that starred Doc Luis.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I dont think Lip is considered retro since she debuted in 1995, between the end of the SNES & beginning of the N64 era.

So far Duck Hunt Dog is 2nd most retro if Lip is still in that category
