In response to Waluigi votes: I don't like the amount of them at all, but they are legitimate votes. If there was trolling, I would have noticed.

However, I am contacting Ice Prince since it appears as he may be voting Geno twice a day, which skews the result (I already sent a PM).

If there is a tie by the end of this round, I check to see who has more supporters. The one that does ends up winning. If there is a tie for supporters, I do a tie-breaker by a mini-poll to help determine ranking.

Anyway, I am starting Day Four now. My vote for today goes to Toad.

No, you kind of didn't. A lot of people voted the same person twice. Often. I mean, each new day, you could pick the same person. Which... is not clear by you, otherwise you would've taken off those votes. The way you wrote it is saying you can't vote more than one character. I think people got confused because it wasn't beyond clear. I know what you meant.(but others didn't) "If you vote Mewtwo one day, you cannot vote him on the next. For example." I think an example would clear up all the confusion.

I never stated you had to vote different candidates each day. What I said was you are free to do so, meaning allowed to, but there was no rules stating you had to switch candidates every day. I even said that in the OP. That means that you are free to vote Mewtwo every day if you wish.

I thought you were referring to people double voting (making two votes in a day) and I said that was outlawed. That's what I thought you were referring to. I have not seen any of that yet.

Basically, voting two or more characters in a day is not allowed (or voting the same character twice or more in a day), but one vote on a character every day is clearly allowed. I will try to write in the OP clarifying that.
