edit-I do think this is showing a taunt, but I dont think the solar ball is part of it. (at least hope its not)

I already posted in the Miiverse Updates thread, but I think it's the spectrum effect of a projectile being created (specifically, the volley/sports ball Wii Fit Trainer creates out of thin air for one of her moves) coupled with WFT's 'starting up' jump before spiking it down.

It's also the closest thing to a visual representation on how it feels to climax.

Haha, I just didn't have too much interest in the competitive scene for a good while, I'm shy to boot. So it would probably be quite the adjustment to get used to being in tourneys if I do decide to go that far when Smash 4 comes around. xD.

I don't think it isn't "solar power" (note they aren't capitalized) but rather maybe the flashes indicating that you can hit someone with that or you're charging a smash that happens to look like a sun.

I honestly forget the whole age discrepancy thing half the time. I myself was just starting high school when I joined this forum/during Brawl Dojo days.

The youngin's remind me I'm playing the evolution of a party game. Then on the other hand, we have the lot of you fossils making me feel younger every day.

I would like Ridley. But not necessarily in his Other M form. I did think his metamorphosis throughout Other M was one of the best parts, though.

Huh.
Looks like the Light Ball item now that you mention it. (you need to breed a Pikachu holding it to get a Pichu learning Volt Tackle)

Maybe I'm thinking too much into this.

In Wii Fit There is a Yoga Pose named Sun Salutation I wouldn't be surprised if this is a healing move as this pose is suppose to relax your muscles up for warm-ups

I know about the Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskara as I call it in my language).

After seeing the video, I think it's probably a taunt.

She already has 3 taunts so it's most likely her Down Special, unless Sakurai is adding an extra taunt animation for the 2 horizontal options for 4 taunts in SSB4, so i could be wrong.

I don't see why not. After all, Captain Falcon and Pichu had two different taunts depending on which direction you faced in Melee.
4 is usually better than 3.

But Brawl didn't have a "back taunt". (pressing left on the d-pad while facing to the right and vice-versa) They had a forward taunt, an up taunt, and a down taunt.

That, or as a victory animation like in Project M. I actually like Diddy's taunts in Brawl. Except for the Angry Kungfu Monkey one. Felt that one was a bit out of character.
