If you've ever played any of those Star Fox games, you'd ether forget about her or WANT to forget about her.
LOL! The only game that i played with her was Adventures. Was disappointed with the lack of arwing battles and returned it.

I have noticed she has been in the most recent games so i assumed she was more important to the franchise.

Guys guys.. Lets not start the Krystal argument again please. We have our thoughts on the matter but I feel our energy would be better used on something else.

What Zelda stages do you guys see getting in other then Skyloft?

@Moon Monkey: Try StarFox Assault. It's a rather fun game and is more like StarFox 64 overall. She's playable in it too, but it still has Arwing stuff. Keep in mind that Adventures was not originally a StarFox game, which is more or less why it plays entirely differently. It used to be called Dinosaur Planet, but then got remade into a StarFox game.

@JediSuperSonic: You mean other than Skyloft and Spirit Train. I'm thinking we might get Pirate Ship back in the Wii U version and perhaps something based upon OOT or A Link Between Worlds in the 3DS version. Or, if MM gets remade/ported to the 3DS(hopefully), Termina Bay.

I've been meaning to play SF: Assault, but i'm thinking of watching an LP after I finish watch this Deadpool LP. Assault seems like the right direction for Starfox as a series. From what I have seen the ground combat should be similar to Ratchet & Clank.

I'm indifferent to Krystal. Can't really form an opinion on a character i haven't played an entire game with.

Haven't really played R&C, but it's not much different from the on-foot segments of StarFox 64's multiplayer. You can scroll through weapons, though. You should be able to find it cheap, if you can find it, anyway. Adventures is even easier to find(again).

Also
You get to fight Andross in an Arwing battle around the end of the game.

I just need you guy's honest opinion for this issue. Since Sakurai said that NOT everyone would be returning, which veterans do you think should be cut? Remodeling my roster is difficult because I can't make up my mind other than removing Snake and Toon Link..

I'm pretty sure he was referring to Melee veterans as well. So, we could, albiet I find it highly unlikely, get all the Brawl characters. If we do have cuts, just off of what we know right now, and my gut instincts I would say:

Most Likely
:snake: :toonlink: :lucario:

Plausible
:sonic: :pt:
Unlikely
:wolf: :ike:

So I got a theory. The next Donkey Kong Country is coming out at the end of November, and Dixie Kong is going to be a playable character again. The developer said that there's going to be another one he can't discuss about though. I think he's King K. Rool, and after the game is out, we'll get the reveal that he's going to be playable in Sm4sh. Wishful thinking?

Well, I think that's a large jump from in DK to in Sm4sh, but that would be cool. It could be anyone though. Kiddie, Lanky, Tiny, Stanley, ect. It would be cool to see King K. Rool pull a Bowser and team up for the greater good of his land.

Well Idk at this point. However, throughout Smash, Zelda stages have always been for the most part big (not so much melee's Great Bay), and we know Skyloft will mimic Delfino's area-changing style and is looking big too. That train place to me, though it may not show yet, may have the train stop at different spots that provide more platforms and playing area, then goes off again, repeat. Could be possible if it isn't just train-only. Then it'd be almost like Big Blue.

@Habanero: Jigglypuff is one of the original 12 that's been in each Smash game so far. Granted, you'd have to unlock her each time, but was still present. It'd be likely that she'll just be in Smash4 again as a secret character to keep the tradition of Jiggs being an unlockable going. It'd be weird if she was cut imo.

Even with that said, Jigglypuff, along with Wolf and Toon Link, were all added last minute.
So their spots were never guaranteed to begin with throughout the development of Brawl;
They didn't even have any connection to the SSE's story line (If it even had any to begin with).

I know, didn't people talk about Skyloft and the Spirit Train but didn't mention the Gerudo Valley stage, I just felt like adding it. Unless I missed the point since I'm a little tired right now....

You didn't miss the post. I (and possibly others) kept forgetting about it. So that leaves one for the Wii U version unless Zelda gets 3 courses per version instead.

How come nobody ever brings up the possibility of Jigglypuff being scrapped?
She's got a hell of a lot of seniority on her side and more relevance this time than she did for Brawl, thanks to the fairy type.

Plus, the idea that Sakurai would scrap a 64 vet does not bode well for the return of previously cut characters, which makes contemplating the idea rather unpleasant.

I thought Scatman was just :troll:-ing with the Spirit Track suggestion.
I was also just curious to know if it actually was Gerudo Vally, because I've heard some people say it may have been Kakariko Village.

Why would it be Kakariko Village? It looks deserted and in case you are referring to the Twilight Princess one, Sakurai confirmed that the 3DS stages will be based on the Handheld games and the Wii U stages on the Home Console games.

And Ocarina of Time had a 3DS remake about 2 years ago.

They still chose Jigglypuff over Mewtwo, might mean something...

Heavy popularity, far easier to get in the games, more anime appearances... yeah. There's a lot of reasons.

Also, appearing in all 3 Smashes already pretty much locks her in as is. If there was a chance of her being removed, it's already passed.

I was told it could have been from the Twilight Princess version of the Village, but with the whole 3DS based stages as you said, it does make sense that it would be OoT 3DS remake,

But you bring up something I want to ask (it's probably minor), if Oot is considered a 3DS platform (In terms for smash stage exclusivity).
Is it likely that we will end up seeing Donkey Kong Country Returns stages exclusive on the 3DS

The stage has Gerudo Valley's music playing...

Well I don't think Ocarina of Time is now a handheld game but its remake did get a stage on the 3DS version. As for Donkey Kong Country Returns, I could have sworn I saw a stage that looked like it came from that game in the 3DS version. I guess we will have to wait and see for that. It might even get a stage for both versions. (Likewise for Ocarina of Time?)

We will have to wait for more info about that I guess.

I also thought that the stage you were referring to, was a Donkey Kong Country Returns level; But some people have suggested it may be a story mode level, due to Mario's buffed jumps that may be due to the usage of stickers.

The size of the stage could expand across both screens on the 3DS, but it does seem pretty big to be an actual stage.

I will say that the trees and foliage don't really seem true to the Donkey Kong Country style, if it was supposedly a Donkey Kong Country: Returns stage.

So guys, someone mentioned with the 3DS versions of the game, we could possibly manage to have Swiss Brackets incredibly easily now for 3DS events, what do people think?

Well I guess so then, It may as well be an adventure mode stage then. We really could use some more info because I'm getting tired of saying "Well I guess we will have to wait and see."
