Sadly it's very likely. Rare confirmed that one of their historical franchises will be at E3.So we're talking about other fighting games now?

Sad day.If you want a pretty good incentive to hate Microsoft and be weary of the Xbone, here it is. It's a big image and if someone thinks it will be an annoyance or a breach of forum rules, let me know and I will link to it instead, and be warned, because it will make you well angry.
I literally have no words to even describe my distaste towards Microsoft right now.If you want a pretty good incentive to hate Microsoft and be weary of the Xbone, here it is. If it weren't for the fact that the vast majority of computers and software use Windows, I'd say **** Microsoft. If you want a pretty good incentive to hate Microsoft and be weary of the Xbone, here it is. @PSIGuy
Basically, Rare had been working on Banjo-Threeie for a while prior to the Xbox 360 launch. The game had a lot of heart, soul, passion, and potentially unique elements put into it that the fans would love. However, Microsoft execs decided to be all business-ey citing things like demographics and stupid **** like that they told them to cancel it. Eventually, another Rare team was working on an inventive vehicle game, but it was all concept, no characters, setting, etc. Meanwhile, Banjo-Threeie was without a concept. On paper, the combination seemed like a good idea, but in the end, we all know what happened.
I have nothing but unwavering hatred for Microsoft right now.If you want a pretty good incentive to hate Microsoft and be weary of the Xbone, here it is. So does this mean that L.O.G. represents Microsoft and possibly EA and Activision?
You know, I took that as satire back then, but in light of this 4Chan thread, this was their way of giving MS the finger in a way they could get away with it.Wouldn't surprise me.
"Gamers today don't want this! They just want to shoot things." **** YOU, MICROSOFT. **** YOU.
Except Nuts & Bolts is a great game.So what you're telling me is that JonTron was right in his theory.
And I'd say Mircosoft contributed to the industry by setting the standards for online play.
I owned it, I beat it, and I got every Jiggy. It's not a great game, its a decent to mediocre game, all of the challenges were dry and repetitive, the worlds were largely empty with nothing to do.Except Nuts & Bolts is a great game.
Yes, it really is.
I wonder how many of the haters actually played it.
Even Jon, he clearly played the game for half an hour, like he always does, without attention (you see Game Grumps? Half the games they play "suck" because they don't know what to do because they don't pay attention).
Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts is a GREAT game. Believe what you want after that guys
The game mechanics for Nuts & Bolts are pretty unique I did play it along with Viva Pinata. The issue people have with Nuts and Bolts isn't that it is a bad game, it's the fact that it isn't what we were lead to believe.Except Nuts & Bolts is a great game.

This is terrible...If you want a pretty good incentive to hate Microsoft and be weary of the Xbone, here it is. It's a big image and if someone thinks it will be an annoyance or a breach of forum rules, let me know and I will link to it instead, and be warned, because it will make you well angry.
Exactly what I'm saying. The game is very good (absolutely not mediocre), but sadly has Banjo-Kazooie in the title.I guarantee you if this game had a totally new set of characters and lore surrounding it. It would receive none of this backlash.
I played several hours of this game, got through most of BanjoLand before a thief stole my first 360 and games from my Dad's house I kid you not, and I will admit as far as vehicle based games go it wasn't half bad. The physics were great and it was admittedly a lot of fun building your own vehicles. My only complaints with it as a standalone game was that the missions were a little tedious after awhile and, as Jon Tron said, the levels were massive yet nothing was in them. I remember searching around the giant worlds for hours just trying to find anything. I must have spent 2 straight hours just trying to jam the gears in the first world to see if anything would happen and nothing did. I suppose an intractable world is not really the point of a vehicle based game, and like i said as far as vehicle games go it was quite good. With all this said no other game disappointed me quite like this one. Not because it was necessarily a bad game mind you, you can actually tell by playing it that a lot of work was put into this game and it comes out polished, but because it just isn't a Banjo game. The reason I wasted so much of my time playing just exploring the worlds is because I was in denial. I wanted to believe the huge open 3D adventure series I held so dear had returned. If N&B had any other characters on the box I would actually like the game. But after years and years of waiting, to get that first trailer that all but confirmed Banjo-Threeie was on the horizon only to get a vehicle based game regardless of quality is sure to be controversial and bring some haters. I only hope that if Rare makes another Banjo game, they go back to the series' roots. If they want to make a vehicle game, a party game, a fighting game, a music game, or anything else, fine go for it. I am sure they can make a polished experience with anything that they put time into. But please, don't use the cast of a beloved 3D platformer that has been all but dead for several years and call it a direct sequel.Except Nuts & Bolts is a great game.

I like the sound of that. I'm gonna take out my anger on the bosses.Out of anger I'm gonna play Banjo-Kazooie right now.
